Answered the phone immediately and arrived on time within 2 hours of my phone call. Very responsive and professional.

Excellent service from start to finish! Travis arrived on time and checked out the problem. He was courteous, and very professional. He corrected the code and replaced the outside keypad. Travis made sure I understood all that he was doing and that I knew how to work the new keypad. A week later the wires frayed from the cold on the light beam at the base of the garage. Travis came again and quickly determined what the problem was and repaired the wires...at no charge!!! I would definitely call All Access Garage Door again!!

Very friendly and professional. Did more than was required. Was prompt and clean, taking the old worn and broken parts with him to dispose.

I was able to make an appointment for first thing the next day. The repairman was on time, efficient and professional. My garage door is so quiet- it's better than it was before! Very happy with their work and will definitely recommend and use them again.

Technician showed up when he said he would an installed the garage door opener more quickly than I expected. He gave me a good explanation of the operation of the remote controls and even reprogrammed my old one to work with the new unit.

The tech was early, as Barbara said he could be. He called to make sure it was ok. Once he arrived he was professional, courteous, and incredibly fast. It took 30 minutes (actually less) to replace the spring. He oiled up the other areas and the garage is working better now then before the spring broke. Also, it's much more quiet. Great job.

Ancient garage door motor decided to stop rolling up the door so called All Access and was able to schedule an appointment for a Saturday. They really worked with me to fit my schedule which I greatly appreciated. The day before my appointment, the garage door opener on my rental property had the exact same problem. I was able to schedule a back to back appointment for both my home and the rental property. All Access offered me the option to go to a local home improvement store and buy a new garage door opener of my choice and would only charge me for the labor to install or they could bring a new one with them and install. I chose to buy one of my choice and have them install. The repair person arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, I just did so today when a neighbor asked me for the number of a good garage door company.

The All Access technician had everything replaced and working perfectly again in just under an hour. He was very professional and courteous.

My old opener was making a loud noise and wouldn't open the door. I spoke to Barbara and even though they didn't have any appointments available for Saturday, she said that Travis would be near my home that day and she would have him stop by to do a quick no charge diagnosis. How often do you have a company with plenty of business go out of their way to help you?? He quickly knew what the problem was and said he would check to see if he had the part on his truck. He did and fixed it right then, much to my surprise. I only expected an estimate. While he was there I asked him about adjusting the door so the light wouldn't show at the bottom. We decided to have him return the next week and replace the weather seal and retainer and adjust the door. I mentioned that the button on the wall remote would stick and the light cover on the opener was brittle and would break when touched. He thought he might have both parts from openers that they had replaced. The next week he returned and replace the above mentioned parts (no charge for the used light cover and wall remote) and only charged me for the retainer and weather seal. NO labor charge or service fee for this second trip. How nice it was to see a company that didn't charge exorbitant fees and labor charges. Travis is professional, friendly and a really nice guy. So easy to talk to and he really did his best to save me money. Kudos to both Barbara and Travis. You certainly deserve your "A" on Angie's list.

Came home on 12/26, from celebrating Christmas with friends and closed the garage door. The whole house vibrated from the spring on the garage door going. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. I first called the company that installed our opener last year through Home Depot (still haven't gotten a call back from them 5 days later), then got on Angie's list. I emailed All Access and had a reply quickly. Spoke with Barbara who was able to squeeze me into a busy schedule the next day (both vehicles were in the garage so therefore "stuck"). The tech was supposed to arrive on Thursday between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. "Maybe a little earlier maybe later," because the schedule was full. (Apparently the cold weather causes garage doors to break). The next day I received a call around 12:30pm from Travis, the tech. He was wondering if he could come early and could be at my home in 15 minutes. He was and he installed double springs, lubed the door AND made a minor adjustment to our opener which had been making a funny noise for weeks. All this in 30 minutes. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. I used the 15% off coupon through Angie's list too. AND the garage door opener is SOOO quiet now. This company is great. I'll go with "small, family-owned," businesses every time in Las Vegas. They seem to give the best service.

The builder's model opener is 18 years old, but Travis looked at it and said it seems to be in good shape and that there is no need to replace it at this time--no attempt to sell me even one part, much less a whole new opener. This level of honesty is just what I had been led to believe would be the case from other Angie's List reviews. I offered to pay a small fee for the 5-minute service call, but Travis said it wasn't necessary. I whole-heartedly recommend All Access to anyone who needs garage door service. Based on this experience, if I need work on my door or my opener, I will not have to consult Angie again.

I hired All Access while still living in North Carolina. They communicated well by phone and email. They were very prompt, punctual, and professional. When I arrived the garage doors are working fine.

Overall, a great experience. Would use them again.

The service technician arrived on the scheduled time. He was fast and extremely courtious. I would use All Access again and highly recommend them.

Travis inspected the door, sensors,chain, and springs. He showed me how to check the sensors for spider webs (didn't realize they could interfere with the operation of the door. He installed a keyless opener and helped me program it. He called with his ETA; arrived on time and was both extremely professional and friendly.

My husband called around to get some estimates for our broken garage door. Then I told my husband I just joined Angie's List. We looked up garage doors and found All Access. Travis came out the next day and fixed our garage door at a very reasonable price. It's now two months later and still working great. He fixed the bracket and did some other maintenance. I would definitely use this company again.

My two car garage door would open only 4 inches. I was able to push it up by hand and it would close normally. I called a day earlier and requested someone come the following day. Travis came at the appointed time and immediately saw what the problem was. He adjusted the amount of power needed to raise the garage door. This was done by turning a dial on the motor box. All this was done in the first few minutes. Travis said the springs were starting to wear but there was not an immediate need to replace them. (My house was built in 1998.) Travis did not charge me for this service. I assured him that if anything else happened to my garage door, I would call this company again. I have used another garage service on Angie's List and, from my own experience, I would suggest to anyone looking for a garage door repair to look no further than All Access. Otherwise you might be wasting your time and money. I'd like to add that when I called for my appointment I spoke to Barbara. She is a very pleasant sounding woman and very accommodating. Travis is also very personable and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I have already told my neighbors of the work performed and again that I would recommend them to all.

I was referred to All Access Garage by Mike from Pro-Handyman and I'm glad he did. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. All Access made the entire process a seamless one for me and the tenant. Should I ever need garage door repair I will definately use their services again.
