Travis called about 15 minutes before arrival which was on time, maybe a little early. He checked out the opener and finally figured it was in the computer but he wasn't sure. He said we could keep throwing parts in it or if I got a new one he would install for $80. I told him I happened to have bought one in case and he quickly installed it, helped me set the outside remote code, offered to show me other programming options. Cleaned up everything although I did find 2 screws on floor that I'm glad didn't end up in my tire but not blaming him, and I kind of wished he would have left the box from the opener in case something went wrong. He arrived around 3 and was gone by 3:45.

I just bought a foreclosed house. I called All Access to fix a cable that came off track. Josh did a great job servicing my door. I also bought two remote controls. Josh programed both remotes for the garage and the private entry gate for the neighborhood.

We recently purchased a new to us house, and one day the garage door remote and the keypad wouldn't open or close the garage door. I was worried about security, so I called "All Access Garage Doors". They came promptly the next morning, and naturally when they arrived everything was working fine. Josh said that something must have been interfering with it. I told him I wanted new remotes anyway, so he recoded them, lubed everything, and then only charged me for a "mini" service call. Less than a week later it happened again; I waited two days before calling "All Access ..." back just in case there was some interference, and the problem would resolve itself, but it didn't. Josh came out the morning after I called, and was a bit baffled by the problem. He installed a new receiver in the motor, but the garage remotes still wouldn't work. He asked me questions about different things I may have in the house that could be interfering with the garage remotes. He said that sometimes treadmills with heart rate monitors can do it. I told him that I just had a new ceiling fan/light kit installed in the bedroom just on the other side of the garage wall, which operated with a remote control. He asked me to take the battery out of that remote, and when I did the garage door opener remote worked just fine! Mystery solved, and "All Access ..." didn't charge me for another service call. I truly appreciated that. They are a great company.

Absolutely outstanding service! Would never call anyone but All Access if I ever have a problem with one of my garage door's again. Was not sure what was wrong with my garage door as both cables had become unwound and it would not open all the way. Barbara did an amazing job over the telephone, helping me diagnose the problem with my garage door, as soon as I called. She then arranged a time that perfectly fit our schedule. Travis called ahead to let us know he would be arriving at the time we requested. When Travis arrived he was not only exactly on time, but he went to work immediately. Travis was personable, completely professional, and did an excellent job fixing our problem. Travis replaced our broken spring, rewound and attached the cables, and completely lubricated the door we needed help with. He also voluntarily lubricated and inspected our other door, with which we had no problem and he fixed the light on my garage door opener, for no extra charge. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result!

The price was fair.Two gentleman came out and worked well together, carried themselves well and also were promptly on time. They were very informative and kept me updated on the condition of the overhead door.

We have lived in this house for two years and I felt it was time to have the garage doors checked.

This company was excellent. Probably the best service experience I have had in home maintenance since I have lived here in Las Vegas. They showed up on time, they were courteous, and professional. They performed the work in the amount of time they said they would and had everything fixed and in working order before they left. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair.

They were able to fix the door, by putting in some screws. The cost to replace a garage door would have been to expensive for us. We are so happy they were able to come up with an alternative.

This is a rare company in Vegas, organized, polite, punctual, knowlegeable, courteous, effieient and charge reasonably. The mother-son team of Barbara and Travis is awesome . I'd recommend them very highly

The spring (yes, there was only one) on my double garage door had snapped. I phoned All Access mid afternoon on Wednesday, and the office manager, Barbara, apologized for the fact that I'd have to wait until 9 am the next morning for a tech visit. I was liking this company already. Barbara the gave me an estimate of $165 for the spring replacement and informed me that there would be 2 springs replaced, one on each side of the garage for balance. Promptly at 9 am on Thursday, Travis from All Access was at my door introducing himself. While he was inspecting the door, I inquired about the cost of replacing it. The door had 2 tears in it, and buckled a bit when opening and closing. I've had neighbors pay upwards of a thousand dollars to replace their door, so initially I thought I'd just replace the springs. All Access charged $650 for a new door which included new springs, rollers, cables - everything but the motor. So I went for the new. Travis told me that 2 techs would arrive with the door at 9 am the next morning. As promised, Josh and Jason appeared at 9 am and replaced everything in about an hour. I can't say enough about this experience. All 4 contacts were polite and professional. I've had a lot of trades persons in my home over the years, but this is the first time that they individually introduced themselves and shook my hand. Everything was done as promised and when promised. Don't bother looking elsewhere.

We found these guys on Angie's List, and they were great! Professional, timely, polite, HONEST, etc. Its been awhile since they fixed our garage door, and it still works perfectly and is incredibly silent now. We'd use them again, no problem. Garage doors can be dangerous to fix because of the coils, and these guys did a great job for a fair price.

Barbara in the office was pleasant and very professional. She sent a technician to give me a free estimate. The technican arrived on time, spent about 5 minutes diagnosing the problem, adjusted the opener settings and fixed the problem. And, he said there was no charge because it was an easy fix--quite a difference from the $300 estimate from the other company. All Access Garage Door Co. advertises in the Sun City Anthem magazine. Their ad promises "Honest, affordable pricing." I would say they absolutely delivered on that promise and will definitely use them again.

I had a busted garage door, so we made a call to All Access Garage Door Company. To my surprise when we explained the noise I had heard the night before, they said what the problem probably was a busted spring. I was quoted a price what it would cost if this were the case. The next morning I received a call that they wanted to come earlier then they had told me over the phone!! The tech?s name was Travis - easy to get along with, easy going and did the job in a very professional manner. If all people did this kind of work, we as consumers would not have any worries about getting work done to garage doors. I had to give him a tip because he deserved it. Overall I couldn't ask for better service. Now I'm not stuck inside my garage:-D

Extremely professional company. I called and spoke with Barbara. She is a delight and very efficient. I called because we needed two remotes. The man who came was on time. He informed us that we did not needa remote for our Buick Lacrosse since it had a remote built in. He programmed it for us. He also lubed all rollers and springs.

)I called Access at 11:30am talked with Barbara( friendly and professional) Service man Travis(friendly and Professional) was here by 12:30PM and had door fixed by 1:15pm Total time from call to being fixed was 11:30 til 1:15pm, one hour and 45 minutes I don't think anything else needs to be said except Thanks Access

Worker was on time and was thorough. I thought that the door would have to be replaced because it looked worped and is 30 years old, but he was able to fix it and only charged $100. Very happy with the excellent, timely job.

Travis arrived on time. Gave me an estimate & ordered needed parts. Schedualed a time to install parts after they came in. Arrived on time again. Installed parts, lubed rollers & checked door operation. Every thing went great! Travis did a great job! I will hire All Access Garage Door Co. in the future if I have any problems wit my garage doors! Again, they did a great job!!

I had a spring break on my garage door. During my research I found out springs need to be installed in pairs (if your door has two.) I talked with friends and relatives first to see how they felt with a similar incident. I found out they felt "ripped-off" and sub-contactor scammed by local companies. All Access Garage Door was "A" top-rated on Angie's List and I called them. They were honest and well priced over the phone. I immediately knew this was the company to go with for the work. They were On-Time, Respectful and Professional. Don't waste time if you need the work. I will use and recommend All Access Garage Door in the future and will recommend them to anybody who asks me for a recommend! The work price was with Angie's List coupon they offered.

i needed two new garage door openers installed along with keypads and remotes programmed. When I called office, they were very knowledgeable and gave me options and prices on different openers so that when serviceman came to house I already knew the cost. I found their prices fair and service was completed quickly and serviceman was very polite and cleaned up and took the old opener. would definitely use them again.
