They were good. The guy came he did it real quick. They came the same day we called. They replaced it. They didn't try to tell us any other stuff. It's very nice and we have no problems with it.

From the initial hone call to completion of the job. Everything was handled in on efficient, professional manner. No complaints of any kind on any level!!!

My main garage door works flawlessly. It closes in one movement without my having to get out of the car and "coax" it shut! This is a tremendous relief. I;m very glad I called Western!

My garage door got a crack in two of the panels from normal wear and tear. I called and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The service tech was late, but it wasn't too big of a deal since he was polite enough to call to let me know he was running behind. When he showed up he recommended using a brace (I think that's what he called it) instead of immediately up selling me to a whole new garage door. I know this is only a temporary fix, but I'll take it hoping it lasts a long while. He was very quick and efficient in fixing my problem. I will definitely use All Access Garage Door in the future.

Called that morning and was told they could have someone out there between 2 and 3 pm. The tech gave me a call said he was on his way to do the job. He came in replaced the bearing plate lubed the springs, hinges and the drive to the door opener. Was great and quick this was the third time I have used this company to work on garage doors and the only ones I will call for work on them.

Called for service, received a phone estimate, and the technician came out the next morning. After a courtesy call that he was on the way, he arrived on time with the correct parts, and began installation. Quick, professional installation wnd answered all my questions without hesitation. Even though he didn't need to, he also checked the operation of the other door and lubricated it's operating system. I cannot recommend this company highly enough ! I give them an A+++.

Terrific! When we called late in the afternoon and explained the problem, we were scheduled for the next day. Travis called and informed us when he was on his way, which turned out to be earlier than the scheduled time. Travis evaluated the condition of the double door which is nearly 25 years old. He told us the spring was of really good quality and that when it broke, it would stay in place and not be dangerous. He showed us how to test when the spring was beginning to fail, and where to lubricate the moving parts and how often we should do this. We also requested an estimate to replace the old wooden door on the double garage, and the stationary single door on the converted garage. Based on what he told us about the probable installation method and estimated price, we are no longer anxious about replacing both doors when the time comes. Now that we found All Access, we will plan on having them perform garage door maintenance on an annual basis.

My garage door started making a lot of noise and vibration when in use. I called Barbara - she gave me a very good diagnosis of the problem over the phone. I opted to buy a new garage door opener and have All Access do the installation. I bought the model that Barbara recommended and Travis did the installation. Everything from start to finish went perfectly and the new unit runs great! I give them an A+++

Were to come between 11-12 called and came 30 minutes early. Service tech was very helpful, explained what he was going to do and why. Looks great and well worth the cost, the old weather stripping was broken and discolored. Would recommend All Access to friends and family

The guy that came out was prompt. He was here on time. He just got the job done, no fuss, no mess and no excuses. He just nailed it. Their pricing was competitive.

I called very early, at 7am thinking I would leave a message since it said office hours began at 8. To my surprise, Barbara answered. After describing my problem, she told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. She made an appointment for that morning between 10-11 , but if they could make it earlier, they would call. At 8:30 Travis called saying he could be here in 30 minutes, and he was. It took about 30 minutes to replace springs and lub the door. Travis was very professional. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Travis was amazing; he arrived early and repaired garage door. He answered all our questions. When he presented the bill, my husband and I were shocked at how low it was. We had previously been quoted $465.00 from another repair shop. That estimate was $400.00 more than All Access charged. Both of us will not hesitate to recommend All Access for garage door repair.

Called them in the morning about a garage door that would not close. They immediately scheduled an appointment that afternoon. They technician called to see if it was ok to arrive 30 minutes early. He adjusted a sensor in about 2 minutes and tested the door to ensure it was fixed. I offered to pay but he said no charge. What a fantastic experience! I hope the owner opens up other types of businesses so I can get such great service with other things!

Very well. They replaced the drive sprocket, lubed all rollers, hinges, and spring. The garage door opener now operates more quietly than it did when I bought the house.

We called All Access Monday morning hoping to get an appointment that day. We got an appointment for that afternoon. They came out a little earlier than they said, which is always nice. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She said that two springs would be better for the life of the motor, as it would take some of the load off. Originally the door only had one spring. We opted to have the second spring installed. The installer was very knowledgeable and efficient. The work took only a little over 30 minutes. The garage door is now quieter and smoother than it was previously. We would highly recommend All Access Garage Door to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.
