Explained my options in a professional manner then when I decided, proceeded to complete the work in a fast and efficient manner. I felt he went the extra mile with me and I will use them again and refer others!

When I called All Access Garage Door Company on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 12:45 PM, I talked with Barbara Westterweel. Barbara was extremely very nice. She checked with her repairman and told me he could be at my home between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM. The repairman, Danny O'Day arrived at my home at 1:46 PM within the hour from the time I had talked with Barbara Westterweel. I was surprised that I could receive that quick of service. Especially the same day. Barbara gave me a $15.00 discount on my bill. Danny was an excellent repairman and very knowledgeable and polite. I will use them again, when I need them. I have recommended them to my neighbors in my community at Anthem Country Club, Henderson, Nevada.

Travis called and said he was on his way. Polite, professional and friendly. Asked about situation, reviewed issue and explained what he would do. He showed me how my car opener would work and explained how to program. The whole process was done within an hour.

The service was excellent. From making the appointment to replacing the garage door opener. The technician gave me a couple of options and I loved it that he didn't start with the most expensive option but with the cheapest. I did choose the expensive one. He installed it and cleaned up when he left. Overall great !!

Travis arrived as scheduled, after calling first to tell me he was on his way. Diagnosed problem. Gave 2 options. I could order a new circuit board and they would come back to install it, or install a new unit. I was impressed straight away because I was given options. As the difference in price was about $100 and the unit was 12 years old, I asked when he could do it and how long it would take. He said he could do it now in about an hour. 50 minutes later I had a new unit installed with 2 year warranty. He even reprogrammed the integrated open in my car, which I struggled to do when I got the car. This company and Travis has restored some of my lost confidence in American companies and their employees. Prompt, honest, hard working, and friendly. And the repairman spoke English well. Great experience. My highest recommendation.

I can see why this company is so highly rated! Travis called to see if he could come an hour early and was done in 15 minutes. He was polite, professional, and very informative. We had a quick fix and I really appreciated that he took the time to also lube the doors and didn't try to upsell me or charge me for things I didn't need. Don't even bother calling around for prices; these guys will always be the lowest! Honesty and putting the customer first goes a long way!

They replaced my garage door springs. I was able to get a same-day appointment. The service technician was on time, he quoted me a price and a time that he would be complete both of which held true. I would recommend this company for any garage door service.

Called for service on Thursday, had an appointment on Saturday. Technician called prior to arriving and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and provided recommendations. Felt no pressure when I chose not to go with all the recommendations. Repaired drive and said motor was working just fine and did not need to be replaced. Checked out other garage door opener and lubricated both doors. Received a senior discount. Need to check the tech's math. Did not calculate discount properly and I did not catch it until after he had left. I would use this company again and recommend it to neighbors.

So my garage door spring broke, trapping my car inside the garage :( I called All Access Garage Door based on reviews from Angie's list. Unfortunately, I was at work all day, however they were able to schedule me for a Saturday AM appointment (the next day). Daniel called in the morning and said he could be 30 min early. Great! Anyhow, he replaced two springs, lubed the door, and adjusted the sensors and tightened up the frame. He was efficient, pleasant, and neat. He was actually done by the time my appointment was supposed to start! My garage door works even better than it did before it broke!!! Thank you!! Highly recommended.

Their service is outstanding. A spring broke in one of our doors, and 24 hours later, Travis came in to replace it. He was fast, efficient and very friendly. He even gave me tips on how to lubricate all our garage doors. After he finished the job, I asked him for a quote on installing a door on one of our sheds. He took the measurements and a few days later, Barbara submitted a quote. The initial quote was high because Barbara thought we needed a state of the art and insulated door. After speaking to her, she understood exactly what we wanted, and provided me a quote for a standard door to be installed in an outdoor shed. The quote with labor came to approximately $980. I called a couple of other companies, and their prices were competitive. However, they always balked because they had to build a foot extension on each side of the shed in order to install a standard garage door. The guys at All Access Garage Door, Co., did not balk at all. It was just standard procedure for them. I gave them a date - October 1 - and they told me they would have everything ready by then. October 1 came, and they were in here bright and early and prepared for the job. Danny, Jason and Travis had trusses, frames and siding ready for the entire job. It took them about 3 hours to finish, and the garage door is exactly what we were looking for. They were efficient, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. We couldn't be more happier with a company. In the future, for any garage door needs this is the only company we are going to call and recommend. They are awesome.

They were very good. Since I live in a senior citizen community, I got a discount. They advertise in our monthly magazine. The price was really good.

I called all access because my outside remote pad quit working. They made an appointment with me, showed up early and replaced my remote pad. It still failed to work and upon further investigation they found that my 15 year old opener was at fault. Replaced my opener and pad for a very reasonable price. The repairman was friendly and courteous. I am very happy.

I called and talked to Barbara and gave her all the info on our problem. She took my number and said I'll call you back. It was about 4 minutes and she said that the service person would be over within about 30 minutes. Travis showed up in about 20 minutes because he was already in the area on another job. You talk about a good combination for this company when you talk about Barbara and Travis. Travis didn't mind me watching him take care of the job and he is a very friendly person and he knows how to do his job. We were very impressed with his work and within 30 minutes the job was done. Another quote from a different company was 280 dollars for the same job that we paid All Access 165.00. We will call them back for any future work and anyone else that reads this review should put your trust in this company. Thanks Barbara and Travis.

My garage door would not go down with my remote control or wall button. The only way to get it down was to press (hold down) the wall button until the door was completely shut. Barbara explained to me that sensor got out of alignment. She was really professional and told me what to do over the phone. After taking her expert advice I finally got the sensor light to turn green and now my garage door is working properly. I would highly recommend All Access Garage Door Company to my friends and relatives.

We needed a garage door opener keypad installed. When I first called, I had to leave a message, but got a call back within 15 minutes. The receptionist was friendly on the phone. She was able to schedule me for the next day and also gave a general estimate of the work to be performed. On the day of service, the technician called to ask if he could come an hour earlier! He was very courteous and performed the installation so fast. He also serviced my existing opener, so that the loud squeaking and creaking were noticeably softer. He did not try to pressure me to buy new equipment, but when I asked him how long my garage opener would last, he was honest and said it should last a good while longer. If I wanted something quieter and smother his company could help me find a good one. I would definitely recommend this company!

Shane serviced our 3 car garage. He performed a thorough inspection on our doors and opener. He did not try to oversell and gave us good information about our doors and opener. He followed through on coming back and replacing a broken hinge on our garage door. He was punctual and professional. We would definitely call on him again.

The old garage door opener stopped working, we had used All Access in the past to fix broken spring so I called them. I was given different options and different price points over the phone. Once I decided to have the work done they were able to send a technician the next day. Arrived on time, installed the door, went over the system with me, cleaned up after himself and the price I was quoted was what I paid.

I was expecting a very bad (aka expensive) experience. The door was a problem for a long time, but it may have hit something on the way down and got off track, pieces flying. There was about a 12" gap at the top where it hung down. The first thing that happened was I was assured it was no big deal and I'd basically just have a service call. Not only did he get it on track, he put in some missing pieces (gratis), would the spring, and did a general maintenance. The door set up is 20 years old. Everything has worked well sense. Couldn't be happier.

Received the recommendation from my daughter, an Angie's List member. The young man arrived on time, gave me several options for the repair. Had to call them to fix a garage door that was damaged from renters. I never used them before but found them on Angies list. They came and did a great job and made sure the work site was clean and locked the house up after they left. Very appreciative of the fast service and honesty and they could have charged a lot more for the service call but they did not and were very reasonable. If your looking for an honest guy to fix your garage then this is the guy to call.

Work was completed in a timely fashion, cost was reasonable, received a $15.00 discount for being a member of Angie's List, installer was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recomend this company
