Left message midnight the 19th and it was fixed less than 12 hours later. Also changed out the old metal rollers for nylon rollers and installed a metal brace to strengthen the tweaked door. Very professional and skilled.

I went to Angie's List to find the company to use. I decided on ALL ACCESS GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. It turned out to be an excellent company. When I called the company the phone was answered right away and the person who answered my call was the tech whose name was Travis. Travis told me what time he would arrive at my house. Ten minutes before that time he called again to be sure everything was still as we had planned. It was and he arrived on time and immediately introduced himself and asked what I had experienced necessitating the call for service. He was so very nice and pleasant and described just what he would do and offered two prices from which I was to choose. He explained the difference in layman's terms and I was able to decide easily which one I preferred. I was impressed with the skill and knowledge he demonstrated. From beginning to completion it was a most satisfying experience. I was so happy to have chosen the company that I did and Travis was very skillful and knowledgeable while also being such a nice person.

I was headed out on a mini vacation. I backed out of my garage and attempted to put the garage door down, when all heck broke loose. Literally, my garage door tension cable on the right broke and the door bowed on the side rails. It would not go up or down. I was upset and needed someone to come out immediately. Barbara was more than professional, she said she was booked, but she took my number and called he technicians in the filed to see if she could reschedule someone, so that they could help me. Unfortunately, it was 3:00pm in the afternoon and she was not able to get anyone here that afternoon. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I told her I was gonna continue to call around to see if I could get someone out that afternoon. Is so, I'd have to call back and cancel. Fortunately, I was able to find another provider. However, Barbara was amazing, she tried everything in her power to get me the help I needed. I'm sure if she's an example of the level of service you'll get if you use All Access then you will be very satisfied.

I started the process months before I actually had the work done. I called and Barbara(?) was had Terry(?) out giving me a quote within a day or two. He was very prompt and I told him what I wanted and he gave me a quote that sounded good to me. (I did not shop around on price after reading the reviews for this company) The only problem was that I had a lot of leftover building supplies in the garage that occupied the space they needed to do the install. It took me 4 months to finally get the stuff all out. Once I did I called Barbara and she had Terry and a helper out within a couple of days. They removed and hauled away my old rickety, noisy, heavy multi-section windowed wood door and put up the pretty new, quieter, lighter weight, insulated windowed door. They had told me that my existing opener was working but not without a couple of squeaks (which could be a bearing) but that it might still last for years. (I appreciate the honesty) A couple of days later I noticed that the weather seal trim had a good gap on one side of the door, allowing air and dust and dirt in. I called Barbara and she had Terry back out the next day and he made some adjustments and now it all fits beautifully. I am very satisfied and happy to finally have a garage door that fits tightly, not allowing dirt and leaves and junk inside, and is insulated. My garage now feels like another room in the house and not just a place to store a bunch of junk. I finally find it worthwhile to clean it up and get it organized.

Travis trouble shot system and found a defective wall operator that was causing intermittent door openings at odd times. He lubricated all springs and rollers to quiet the door as it opens. He recoded all remotes for safety concerns.

Tech was professional. Price was fair. They checked door, rollers, etc. and gave me what I felt was honest advice. Will definitely use again!

I called them out because my garage door wasn't opening smoothly, it kept stopping half way and getting stuck. I thought it was the springs since our system is 14 years old. I was expecting to pay for the new parts. When Danny got here, he checked everything out and said that the springs and motor looked fine, no repair or replacement of parts needed. So what he did was he lubricated the different parts since it wasn't running right and after that, it ran perfectly. He educated me on when my springs and/or motor would need replacing. He was so honest and I appreciated getting educated. Most companies wouldn't do that. And he didn't charge for the service call or lubricating the parts. This company and their staff are really honest and i will definitely call them when my springs or motor need replacement. Also, Barbara was great at getting them to come out ASAP too. Thanks again! I highly recommend giving these guys a call when something goes wrong with your garage doors. Honest and Professional!

It was a pleasure from start to finish. I wanted to replace my garage door springs before one of them broke and we would be inconvenienced. I was scheduled within a few days. They called the day of service and asked if they could arrive early which worked out fine for me. Travis was the serviceman. He was professional and a gentleman and I enjoyed talking with him. He obviously was an expert. He replaced the springs, lubricated the garage door, and also helped me to pair the garage door opener in my car with the garage door opener. The charge was exactly what they said it would be and I was given a 2 year parts and labor warranty. That is amazing in my humble opinion. I highly recommend All Access Garage Door Co.

From start to finish the replacement of the garage door opener went amazingly. When I called and spoke with Barbara on Tuesday, an appointment was setup for Wednesday between 9 and 10 am. Danny called when he was on his way and showed up promptly at 9:30. He estimated that it would take between 1-1.5 hours to replace the opener. He was done in about an hour. He took the time to explain some of the features of the opener we had purchased, and it is working fantastically. I would not hesitate to call and schedule future service with this company!

What a great company. My double garage door spring broke late last night and I called All Access Garage door this morning. Barbara was very pleasant to speak with and asked how I found them and when I said Angle's List she informed me that I would get a $15 discount. I told her I really needed this repaired asap could they fit me in today. She checked the schedule and said yes. Travis from All Access called me a few hours later and said he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early if that was okay. Yes it was okay. Travis was did a great job, lubed the fittings, tested the door, cleaned up the work area and was very quick. He was very careful around my husband's car that was parked in the single car space, that I could not move. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Travis was actually early for both the date of the estimate and also on the day of installation. He called and asked if he could arrive a little bit early which was fine with me. Once he arrived he started immediately doing the installation. He was very professional and I love my new door and opener.

Barbara was very accommodating to schedule in our emergency garage door service. She asked what the problem was over the phone. An estimate was given and later confirmed when Travis arrived. He explained everything while maintaining a steady pace and precise moves. Wonderful service plus a two year parts and labor warranty.

We were given the price of $195 - $15 Angie's list discount, total $180.00 (all inclusive, parts and labor over the phone). The young man who arrived, was wonderful, neat, clean informative and professional. The most polite and friendly service person we have ever encountered here in the Las Vegas area We arrived here two years ago. He called before he arrived and was earlier than expected. They were here within two hours of my initial call to Barbara. I was impressed with the intial call. She was so polite and congenial on the phone. When Danny arrived there was no pressure. He just went about the business of installing the springs. We had requested both springs be changed. I asked him about nylon rollers to decrease the noise and had him install them for $50. What a difference it made. The garage door opener, a Harrison D7700, runs like a Swiss watch, now. The total jobs was less than forty minutes. Danny lubricated and explained all the lubrication required. This is my company for life and I would easily recommend them to anyone who needs any garage door installed or repaired. They are well equipped and use top quality parts. They offered a two year parts and labor warranty on the repair. I would be hard pressed to beat their all inclusive pricing anywhere. It was a very pleasant service call in what could have been a long and aggravating day. We will call you annually for a check-up. Thank you Barbara and Danny for a unique experience.

Silly me, my wheels were turned the wrong way in my garage and before I realized and could stop I ran right into my garage door track, bending it up so that there was no way I could shut my door, or bend it back into place. I called up Barbara at All Access, told her my problem and she set me up with an appointment at 8 the next morning. (I called about 2 in the afternoon and it wasn't an "emergency" so I thought that was fine. I had the impression she would have sent someone out that evening if I had insisted.) Travis called me at 7:45 to let me know he was on his way, and arrived just after 8 am. He assessed the damage and got started right away. He quickly took out the damaged track, measured it along side a new track, and then cut the new one to fit. He put the new track on and adjusted it to fit the door well, and tested it out to make sure it worked perfectly. He noticed my door was quite squeaky so he lubed up my spring and all my rollers and hinges, and now it works better than ever. He even noticed my opener-chain had some slack in it so he grabbed a ladder and tightened it up for me. Overall he spent about 15 minutes repairing the damaged part, and another 15 mins just educating me on proper care and maintenance of my door as he tuned it up for me. He even worked on a damaged panel for me to help my door look even better. Overall Travis exceeded my expectations, which is the definition of good service in my opinion. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for my garage door needs.

My garage door would not close properly, it would go down a few inches then come right back up. I had to hold the wall remote down to close the door properly. Called All Access Thursday afternoon and, since it wasn't an emergency, they came out first thing on Friday. All I can say is Outstanding! The technician, Danny, was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. Answered all my questions and gave me tips on keeping the garage door maintained properly. I plan on using All Access for all my garage door needs in the future. They are what you expect a top quality business to be, fair, honest, and they get the job done right the first time.

I called on a Sunday expecting voice mail, but Barbara answered and kindly listened to my story regarding my rental property needing garage door service and said someone will be out the very next day, which they were. She called with an estimate, said it would be repaired the next day. As promised, the work was all completed fast and efficiently the very next day. They went above and beyond as my tenant had left their car in the garage so they had to dispatch another set of hands to make sure the work was done as they were being cautious and careful of my tenants vehicle which was in the way as I could not get in touch with tenant to move it. And, they did not charge me extra, even though it cost them extra labor. They also tried to clean some oil that was marking the garage door from a previous lubrication at no extra cost. I have used them in the past, and highly recommend using this company as I will continue to call them for service should I need it!

I needed a new garage door motor installed and they did a wonderful job. Whenever I called, the customer service was excellent and made me feel like a valued customer. She even scheduled a technician to come out extra early to accommodate my work schedule. The technician gave a courtesy call 10 minutes before arrival and was right on time. He was friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. The whole install took a little over a hour. In addition, he walked me through how to use the new control panel. Overall, I would use them again for any garage door needs and I recommend you do too.

Called All Access Garage Door Co. for an increasingly loud garage door. The technician came promptly as scheduled and only recommended a lube and adjustment. Didn't try to upsell me on replacing parts that did not need replacing and even when asking about a new garage door opener, he said mine was fine and when I am ready to upgrade he recommended the belt operated models they carry. I was very pleased with the $35 charge for a simple service call rather than the $150+ I was expecting from past garage door company experiences. I appreciate the honesty and low pressure demeanor of this company and will be callling them again when I am upgrading or need repairs.

I called this morning and Barbara said they were booked for the day however she would contact the installer and see if he could fit me in. She called back and said he could be here between 3-4p and he would call beforehand. At 2p Danny (the installer) called and said he could be here earlier between 215p-230p. He arrived, did the work and within 25 minutes my door was better working order! Before he could leave my next door neighbor came out and said her spring broke last night! I told her Danny had a very full schedule today! Danny was the ultimate professional and said he would be glad to come fix hers too!

The technician called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, looked very professional, was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me valuable information about caring for my garage door and opener. I called Barbara the owner and they were able to come out the next day. The tech came out (sorry, I forgot his name) and gave us some different options. We could either brace it, get a couple new panels, or replace the door. He gave us the good/bad and price of each option. He was very professional and new his stuff. We opted on going with a new door, and he was able to install it the next day. He was great and worked hard. We are very satisfied with the service they gave us. Would recommend.

A young man came out at the appointed time and gave me a written quote. The same young man came the next day to install at the time he said they would. The installation took about an hour. The opener is has been in for a month and is working well. This opener has a belt drive and is much quieter than the old one with a screw drive was.
