Description of Work: The plumber broke a value handle on my tankless water heater by trying to turn it the wrong way. He did not offer to replace the value handle he broke. They were suppose to be here between 10 & 12. They did call at noon saying they would be here at 12:30 but did not show up until 12:55. One of my toilets broke the morning they were suppose to be here so I asked them to fix it. They did, but their charges were highway robbery. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: We called to have them come look at our outdoor faucet based on the coupon in the pamphlet. On the phone there was no discussion of a service fee to have them come take a look. When he came out, they charged us $20 for an estimate just to look at the issue at hand.
