ABC Locksmiths

This is actually the second time i have used this company. The guy I have used both times his name is Mark. And he is top notch. He not only does an excellent job but he also takes the time to explain WHY you bill is what it is. The prices are good but ABC Locks goes above and beyond by ensuring their customers understand their bill. its their personal service and excellent communication that put them on my speed dial. If you want someone knowledgeable in their job. Mark is your guy. Oh the office staff are nice too.

He was waiting for me when I arrived, and was very nice. He did both locks within about 20 minutes - and charged just what they quoted me on the phone. I would recommend them.

Overall we found the individual rude; additioanlly, we were misinformed regrading our garage door needs and lead to spend $120 on a product we were subsequently unable to use.

I called them the same day and they came out within the 2 hour window they provided me.

Mark shoed up on time, asked a mfew questions, went right to work, and before I knew it he was done. His work was very clean and neat. He was very professional, polite and friendly.

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. After showing him where the locks were located, he removed the hardware. Before I knew it, he was done.

Everything didn't go well. I didn't feel comfortable with him. He acted like he wasn't interested.

I called ABC and they were there the same day. The locksmith was able to repair the lock without having to replace it. He was professional and on time.

I just moved to this area and had contracted a landscape service to manicure a large area surrounding a pool and back and side yards. When I went to my new home, I discovered two pad locks on both gates that were locked. There was absolutely no way that I would be able to remove them so I went to Angie's List. I called ABC Locksmiths and explained the problem -- the landscapers were scheduled to arrived in less then 16 hours and would not be able access my yard. The woman, with whom I spoke, was very pleasant and assured me that ABC would be able to help. She asked if a 20 minute advance call would work because I am not yet living at the address as I am waiting for my furniture to arrive from Florida. I told her that would be no problem and within 1 hour I received a call. I met a very nice, professional young man at my new home and he removed the locks in a matter of minutes. He also advised me as to how I could open the gates from outside without pad locks. I would highly recommend ABC Locksmiths.

The locksmith was very good. He explained the options for what I needed and made recommendations based upon my needs. He was professional and courteous.

I call to schedule them to come and re-key the locks after clsoing on my house. They came the same day and on time.

ABC Locksmiths had done a really good job. They can?t do better than what they did. The worker was fair and worked fast. He hesitated at the end about the bonus. There was supposed to be an extra discount because they had something where we would get 3% off or something. He didn?t realize that and he had to call in and get the discount on it. He was very professional and did it really quickly. I am satisfied with the keys. There were times when they had come earlier than we expected, and waited for us. Even if we weren?t in then they had come back really fast. I would definitely call ABC Locksmiths again if I want something done.

the rep described all the options of my security concerns with pricing without trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The installation was quick and tested.

the first call was answered immediately and the work scheduled for the next morning (they would have made it the same day if I needed it!) The service man was a bit delayed, and I got a call toward the end of the promised hour explaining the delay and telling me when to expect him. He arrived on time, was very professional, and finished the work neatly and in a timely manner.

Chris was professional, helpful and punctual. We had a lot of work to do on the house, and we discussed the best options with the least drama. He re-keyed 4 doors (one had a double cartridge), put on a new front door deadbolt and handle that I had bought, then made notes on what he needed to order to finish the job. That was a Friday, and he called me first thing Monday to confirm the price on the parts he had to order, then called me to let me know if would take 5-7 days. As soon as the parts were in, he called me to make an appointment time to come out and finish the job. During the second appointment he installed the door handle and deadbolt for the casita, the deadbolt for the side gate and re-keyed it to match another key, and the alarm box key which was a special order. The work is guaranteed for 90 days.

They responded to my request the same day, and were at my home within about 4 hours. The locksmith assessed the work required and took about 40 minutes to change everything out. He was very courteous, arrived on time and also gave me some extra information that I was unaware of. I was completely satisfied and the price was competitive.

I called and they came early the next day. Service was quick.

He took time to examine all the locks on the doors, some of them more than 20 years old, before suggesting how best to proceed to meet our needs. He had everything he needed on his truck and finished quickly. We would call them again.

When my husband was out of town I lost my keys for the house. They came in 30 minutes and let me in. It only took about 10 minutes to open my deadbolt and regular lock. They were very professional and quick to respond. There price was fair.
