Description of Work: Garage door wouldn't open. Within 30 minutes of call the repairman was here and fixed the door at no charge.

Description of Work: Was first out on 5/5 and replaced overhead door springs on large garage door. Did a superior job and checked out everything else with the door. Noted the motor for the opener was getting very weak. As it turns out the motor did balk and as a result they came out again yesterday to replace the garage door opener itself in total. Were great to work with and highly recommend them to anyone that meet need their services. GOOD JOB.

Description of Work: I called Rapid Response Garage Door at approximately 7:15pm on Friday evening a few minutes after the torsion spring on my two car garage door snapped in half. I had just gotten home a few minutes earlier and was in the kitchen and heard what sounded like a shotgun blast. My dogs started barking and running around trying to find out what the noise was. I found the broken spring and realized that that was what the noise was. |I spoke with the owner (Matt) and explained to him what had happened. He asked me if I needed to go back out, as my car was in the garage, and I told him that I did not and was in for the evening. The reason that he asked was because if I did need to go out he would be right over (he was at his son's baseball game during our conversation). I told him that he could fix the door tomorrow and to enjoy his son's game. He gave me a 3 hour window of when he would be over on Saturday (between 9am and noon). |He arrived at about 9:45am and repaired the door which took about an hour. I would like to mention that the door originally had one spring, which after it broke left the door inoperable, and Matt replaced it with a two spring set up so if one spring breaks there will still be another to help lift the door. Matt was kind, courteous and the definition of professional. The bill was $165 for the repair but I gave him a nice tip on top of that.

Description of Work: He replaced 2 springs. He did not take the Angie's coupon or even offer any discount - a senior or military discount. We were going to possibly have him replace our double garage door, but, with no discounts, we're sure we can find a better price. He hadn't even given us a quote yet. We never called back.

Description of Work: the spring on our garage door broke and we were unable to open the door. This was at 630pm I called Mathew at Rapid Rewards and one hour and a half later the service man was here fixed the and made sure other parts were checked. The work was perfect and I feel that price was fair.. I would definitely recommend then and use them again.

Description of Work: My garage door opener needed repair. The track, from the opener to above the garage door, had come loose from the wall above the door and needed to be reattached with longer bolts.
