Nick and Pedro did a great job adding a bedroom to our first floor house. They also added built in book shelves to our master bedroom and a pantry downstairs. They always responded quickly to our queries and the price can't be beat.

This was a long process but well worth it. Nick and Pedro made sure we were happy with the finished product. They don't skimp or cut corners. Would hire again!

I've been using Angie's List for several years, and have never found a more professional company than Premier Design & Construction. Nick and Pedro laid out every detail and explained the process simply, while also being readily available for any follow up questions or concerns. Work was on time, on schedule, and also under their initially quoted budget. If you are considering any type of construction for your home, you simply can't beat the combination of pricing, communication and perfect execution of work from this company.

I needed to have my door tuned up because it did not close properly. I saw a review that they charged $250, so I called them and took a day off work to get this done. The job ended up costing me $350. To make matters worse; when I logged in to leave a review, I saw a coupon from them on Angie's List for $275 for a door tune up marked down from regular price of $300. Don't understand why they charged me $350......Very Disappointed :(.

Guys did a fireplace mantel and wall on our new home. The results are absolutely stunning and exactly how we envisioned it to look. They found and old weathered telephone pole to use for a mantel and shiplapped the top portion. They were punctual, professional and the job is quality work. We will definitely be using in the future for further work we would like to have done! Thanks Nick and Pedro!

After a succesful experience with Nick and Pedro last year (2016) on a kitchen island and painting job, I did not hesitate to hire them for this bathroom remodel. It came out perfectly. These guys listen carefully, handle the work with perfection, hire the best people, and make sure every detail is completely done. I had an unusual request in that I wanted a walk-in shower without a curb. That meant the concrete subfloor had to be grounded down. They did this perfectly. I also wanted a stationary glass shower panel, not a door. They not only selected the right glass company and personnel, they requested a glass finish that doesn't spot as easily as regular glass. That's just how perfect these guys are! Their advice on the project and the details of it is just invaluable, as they both have an artistic eye and are highly experienced. They are very responsive, always checking in and following up. You can't ask for a better team. I highly recommend Premier Design & Construction for your needs. You will be completely satisfied.

These guys were amazing! They taped off the area so we had no dust in the rest of the house. They took out the ceiling, installed insulation and dry wall, painted and textured the ceiling and cleaned everything up all in 5 hours. Remodeling can be so stressful but this company made it easy.

Nick and Pedro from Premier Design & Construction LLC initially thought my door was just too heavy, but after I pointed out my other door which slides better, they correctly identified the issue with my door (it was mounted too low and the fuzzy weather stripping at the bottom was squeezed between the door and the track) and were able to fix it. Now the opening force of my door has gone down from about 30 pounds to about 20 pounds. It took about 25 minutes total.

When Nick & Pedro signed off the completed project to us, they told us that whatever problem we will encounter later related to the things that they did in the remodeled section of our house, they will come & fix it. Labor will be free but the supplies we will have to buy. It's been over a year now and everything looks good. We highly and strongly recommend Nick & Pedro to whoever needs to have a house remodeling project done. We apologize to Nick and Pedro that we are so much behind with the excellent review that they deserve.

Nick and Pedro, the owners, were friendly and professional all the way. Starting with a consultation regarding my specific custom needs they were punctual and thorough in describing the effort and cost for my project. Being a unique project to build a custom musical rack other companies declined this job. I'm glad they did! Nick and Pedro did an awesome job on the finished product! It is exactly what I wanted and was delivered on time and looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend PCD to anyone looking for a professional company that delivers results!

Nick and Pedro came out and were very polite, on time and obliging. Nick stated he would email me an estimate the next day or 2. Four days later I received an estimate for a door replacement that was so high it was ridiculous. I wouldn't waste my time calling them they overcharge for a job that should have been half of what they estimated.

First I want to say that I loved that fact that when I called their company they were the ones to answer the phone, not a service or answering machine. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Once I explained all that we wanted to have done, they made arrangements to meet us at the property later that day to further assist us with our estimate and answered all of our questions. Even though the remodel was going to cost more than we were hoping for I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor for additions, or remodels or any other home improvement needs. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Excellent job, excided my expectations. We're very professional, prompt on proposals as well as call backs. Was very impressed at how neat they were at keeping the work site free of dirt and made it a point to leave each day with everything clean. I can't say enough about this company and will most certainly be using them again and again as well as recommending them with my highest rating.

Pedro and Nick did a superb job! They immediately understood what I was looking for in the expanded kitchen island table -- unlike two others who came over and simply did not understand. They also advised on the surface -- I went with a gorgeous, inexpensive maple butcher block top -- and size of the island expansion. It all came out perfectly! I'm extremely pleased. I also needed an interior wall drywall repair and texture applied, and a full paint job on the main rooms of the house. They contracted the paint job to an excellent painter. Top notch work! Nick and Pedro advised on other projects I need to have done in the future -- these guys will work with your budget and they suggested many ways to keep the cost down. They are friendly, personable, neat, and very skilled carpenters and contractors. I look forward to working with them on other projects. 100% satisfied!

I elected to go with another contractor who provided great service and fair prices.

The guys showed up on time each day. Very professional right from the beginning. I called just for a drywall estimate but they said they could do my entire remodel/restoration job. All of the work looks amazing and they had a lot of ideas for different ways to do things. They gave me several options based on style we wanted, scale of work and budget we wanted to spend. Will hire again.

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. When they came out to give us the bid they were on time, professional and very personable. They scheduled the repair, showed up on time and worked until they were finished. They were very respectful of our home and took great care in covering our other furniture so it wouldn't get covered in dust. I felt the pricing was very fair and they did excellent work! We are so thrilled with the finished product. Even though they don't paint, they had a painter to recommend to me which also did an excellent job. Lastly, while they were here working they brought to my attention a problem with our irrigation system that I had never noticed! I was so impressed and glad that they were looking out for me. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I needed Carpenters to erect an archway wall from the main entry hall into our living room. I also wanted these Carpenters to install a “Dutch” door from the kitchen to the dining room. I searched Angie’s list and came up with a few I would consider. I chose PREMIER DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION, LLC. As my first company that I would dig deeper on. I looked them up through the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. I found them to be free of any blemishes to their BBB record. They were also on the Angie’s List of grade “A” companies. I called and spoke to Partner Nick Z. We chatted on the phone for a few minutes and told them what I wanted to get accomplished. Mr. Z. made an appointment for them to come and look at what the job would entail. Nick Z and Pedro G arrived promptly and seemed to be professional in their approach to my “job”. They asked a lot of questions and took many measurements. After they finished we all sat for a few minutes so they could tell me just what their company, PREMIER DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION was about and what their policies were. They left with a handshake and a promise to get an estimate for the complete job very soon. I received their estimate via e-mail. I signed a contract with them, as what they listed seemed reasonable to me for materials and labor, we gave them a deposit, and set a work date. Nick Z. & Pedro G. showed up on the day we had scheduled ready to work. They demolished the areas necessary to accommodate the new archway and did the same for the doorway that the “Dutch” door hand. This was done neatly and cleanly with all trash removed by them. They built the archway and reinforced the doorway for the new door. They then brought in a tape and spackle person to make the wall areas around these two projects look like they had always been in place. Both my Wife and I were extremely please with their work, cleanliness, and professional manners. They so impressed us that we started talking with them to complete another project for his. PREMIER DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC. Gets the highest ratings in my book. You can’t lose with their craftsmanship.
