Description of Work: An estimate was provided. It was professional, detailed and complete. In the process we discovered they are carpenters and only do the carpentry part of a job. Our job required mostly tile work and we would have had to get another contractor for that part of the job. We chose to go with a company that could do the complete job but we would hire Premier in a minute for any carpentry job.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to have nick and pesto come to the house to go over a very extensive renovation about a week in advance. The appointment was for 10am. I received a call that morning at about 830am asking if they could come at 9am instead and I agreed although it was inconvenient with our 3 dogs and toddler to rush and to be prepared. Needless to say they showed up at 1015 which already put a bad taste in my mouth. When they arrived they were polite although Pedro was much more pleasant and warm than Nick. We went through the house to go over all the projects we were interested in doing (complete kitchen remodel, master bath remodel, first floor bathroom remodel, move laundry room upstairs and create a a half bath where laundry room originally was). Very minimal notes and measurements were taken. They gave us options for some things we had spoken about which was good. As we were wrapping up I asked when we would have the estimate and Nick said they are extremely busy it would take at least a full week to get the estimates to us. They also asked if we would like one large estimate or each project broken down and we said broken down which we were excited about. Our appointment was on a Wednesday and so the following Wednesday I decided to call nick just to check in even though I knew the estimate wouldn't be ready. When I calley he seemed annoyed that I had called him and he stated again that they're very busy and that he would email me all the estimates in 2 days. Needless to say about 5 or 6 days later I received an email with 2 attachments. Upon viewing them my husband and I quickly noticed that the majority of the renovationew projects were not in the email. Additionally, the projects that were included were missing a lot of things we had spoken about. A few days after this I received a phone call from Nick asking if I got his email to which I said yes. I explained that I felt he should have sent it to me in 2 days like he said to me on the phone and a lot was missing. He repeated AGAIN how busy they are and then he asked if I even wanted him to complete and send the rest of the estimates to which I said no we will go in a different direction. I believe he told me they were busy so many times to inspire confidence about how much work they do but really it made me feel neglected- like my project didn't mean anything and was unimportant, and it made me lose confidence that if they could not send estimates in a timely fashion or show up to an appointment at the time they changed it to that there would be no way they would be able to work around a time line for actually doing the project. Very disappointed. Since then we found a different company who has stayed in touch and delivered all the estimates including 3d renderings of all these projects on time.

Description of Work: I called and the person on the other phone was rude. I finally set up a date to have an estimate. They never called to confirm and never showed up. I had to call about them not showing up.

Description of Work: Came out to give estimate for bathroom and family room remodel. Nick said they would follow-up with an estimate in about a week. Over three weeks later, I've receive no estimate or follow-ups. Was a complete waste of time to set up an appointment with this company.

Description of Work: Beware of being over charged. I asked for an estimate to built 3 small ramps for my front steps to allow me to bring items using a dolly from my garage inside my home. The price he quoted was $475. I went to Home Depot and purchased the wood myself using 3 sheets of plywood and 3 (2X4) and a box of wood nail. Home Depot even cut the wood to my specifications. The entire project was under $100 to include 2-hours of my own labor putting the ramps together. I used my ramps during the Christmas holidays and they worked beautifully.

Description of Work: Only one on Angie's list that even returned my inquiry call. |Punctual/professional appearance. Detailed estimate. I initially requested six things to be done which they easily could of and I would have never known that much of it was unnecessary. They showed me where it was only necessary to replace/install two headers instead of 6 and they were right. So pleased, I brought them back today to do another job. Now I am a two time satisfied customer.

Description of Work: They constructed a Pergola using my basic design. They helped me improve structural support/design with appropriate hardware/fasteners that I did not have experience with. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for my future projects.
