Greg and his assistant were great ,both are very professional and courteous. They did everything they said they were going to do in the time they said it would be done. Even stopping be later to check on things and make sure that we were happy. The misters are Great, we have a big back patio, they really help bring the temperture down. In this Vegas heat anyone who spends time out in there yard should have a misting system. Even great grandma said, this was the best addition we made to our yard. Greg is fair, fast and honest.

To be fair they did a good job of putting in the system last year and the tech (Chris) does a great job. Although I am still unhappy about their solution to use a $750.00 misting fan where they didn't think it would be a good idea to put in misters in the courtyard. Here is what I have issues with - they called and scheduled an appointment to get the system ready for the summer. The charge was $69.00. The tech got here and says - here is what I am going to do today - change the oil, acid wash the system, clean the nozzles and put in new filters. There was no mention of any additional charges for these services however I did expect to pay for the filters. Thinking they can't be more that $50.00. When he was done about 45 minutes later he handed me a bill for $231.61 which included charges for changing the oil, acid washing, nozzle cleaning and over $100 for the filters. (note these can be bought on line for under $50.00) If there are additional charges then they need to be noted up front so the customer can make a decision - the additional costs were blatantly with held and was a sneaky way to do business. Had I known about the additional charges I would have just done everything myself. Other than warranty work there will be no reason for me to have any further contact with this company and certainly can not recommend them due to their practices.

Greg did a great job. I bought a misting system online thinking it would save me money and time and it turned out costing me in the long run. The misting system i bought on line lasted one season and quit working (manufacture defect). The online company would not stand behind there product. After two years of haggling with Cool Mist (don't use them) I called Fuller's Misting and he came out and put a system in that has worked flawlessly so far and puts out much more mist. Thanks Greg. appreciate the work and the education on misters.

Fuller's did a great job. Mr. Fuller was personally on site during the installation and took a lot of time explaining the system and the installation process. We are very pleased with our system. Makes our patio livable in the hot Phoenix summers. I would recommend Fullers to anyone who asks. In fact I already have. The electrician that came out to install an outlet to run the pump for the misting system was very impressed with it and asked me who installed it. Of course I recommended Fullers Patio Misting system.

When we met with Greg he was very enthusiastic and very informative. He was able to design a fantastic two pump system that looked as fabulous as it worked. Fabulous is not a word I would use with misting systems but I would with this one. My biggest concern having other less expensive systems was the hard mineral build up that stains decks and anything it the system sprays on with that white chalky build up. Greg explained to me how the filtering system works and how pressure systems helped to eliminate that problem. Although these systems are more money the damage that hard mineral buildup does to your property makes the investment worth it for me and was a prerequisite before even considering misters. He designed the system on his first visit, gave us a price and even helped with the shipping. The system included two pumps and had water lines that matched the colors of our deck covers, pretty cool! The system came in on time and they installed it over the next two following days. The custom work he did to hide supply lines and to come around corners was really top notch. I feel this system looks as good or better than systems on the strip. Also for a small price he put the system on a remote control so I turn them on with a "clicker" while I am enjoying a drink on the patio. How does it work? It is an experience not just a way to keep cool. The system has enough "horse power" to keep even the hottest days under control but the fine mist keeps everything cool be not wet. I like the fact that I can change out nozzles to turn the system into a misting "beast" or tame it into an elegant experience is great. These systems may cost a bit but the ability to enjoy my backyard fully during the summer months is not only a practical consideration but a quality of life issue as well. And to not have to scrape off the hard mineral damage a do it yourself system does or hire someone is definitely a money saver. Greg will even come out and maintain your system for a reasonable cost compared to what people pay for maintaining pools. The feeling that we can go out on the porch and deck at anytime and spend time outdoors without having to jump in the pool is priceless to us and I wonder why we waited so long. And it looks really cool at night as well.....

Greg, came out and discussed everything on a Thursday, by Sunday he was on the job and had the system up and running with no problems. He went the extra mile by putting the misting system through a point in the awning so it looked the best. I had no complaints and the system works flawless.

We had purchased a high pressure misting system for our patio surround approximately 7 years ago. It worked well, until the pump suddenly gave out right as summer was heating up. I attempted to contact the prior vendor repeatedly, via text message, email and multiple phone messages, all to no avail. It was very frustrating, given the fact we had spent good money on our system, with the understanding follow-up and repair would always be available "in one or two days, max." Luckily I checked Angie's List and found Fuller's Patio Misting. I spoke with Greg Fuller mere minutes later; in fact, Greg answered his phone on the third ring and spent a good 40 minutes on the phone with me, troubleshooting our problem, without charge (this, in spite of the fact that Greg had been in the middle of a personal errand, which he graciously set aside to take my call). That same afternoon, Greg arrived at our home, inspected the broken pump and spent nearly two hours going over all the options for either simple replacement, replacement with slight upgrade, or full blown upgrade. The very next morning, Greg submitted written quotes for all three options, and we chose the ultimate patio misting package: a new high capacity high pressure pump, with an additional 60+ nozzles and flex tubing to transform our existing 32-nozzle system into an incredible 100+ nozzled, misting marvel. Three days later, Greg arrived right on time, as scheduled, with his worker "Chris" to begin the installation. Chris worked the entire afternoon trenching the flex tubing run around all our landscaping, behind the jacuzzi and along the edge of the patio for misting from the bushes. He was very neat and clean and fast in his work. Greg came back out to inspect, and made arrangements to return the following day for nozzle installation. Everything went exactly as planned, only better! Greg and Chris took extra care to maximize impact with the layout of the additional nozzles. My husband and I could not believe how hardworking, thorough and professional Greg and Chris were in completing the job. When the moment came to flip the on switch, we were all of us amazed at the magnificent volume and quality of misting Greg's installation had achieved. Our backyard is now the envy of all our neighbors. My daughter and I lie by the pool even in 115-degree heat and feel delightfully cool and refreshed, it's absolutely amazing! Even my husband agrees, dollar for dollar, this is one of the very best upgrades to our home since purchasing 14 years ago. Thank you Greg Fuller for your abundant hard work and rock solid professionalism, you did such a fine and fantastic job, thank you!!! UPDATE: It's been about 9 months now since Fuller's Patio Misting installed our new system. Greg Fuller has been by, personally, three times since. Once a courtesy call, no charge, to tune up the nozzle placement. Then again at the close of season last fall, to very efficiently disconnect and winterize our entire system thus protecting our investment from below freezing temps. And now Greg was just out this afternoon, to hook things back up again for the summer season ahead. Not only are these service calls reliable and affordable, but with Greg in charge you always know if there's any sort of problem, he is absolutely right on it, no delays. In fact, I texted Greg late yesterday afternoon, and he responded immediately with an arrangement to come out to our home in Boulder City today, the very next day, to hook up our system before company arrives this weekend! Truth be told, Greg Fuller is the absolute epitome of extraordinary customer service. He goes the extra mile, and then some, every single time. You won't find a more thorough, honest, hardworking, fair and reliable misting professional, I guarantee it. He's also just a very nice person! They showed up on time with all parts and tools. We went over the plan one more time and Greg explained everything again in detail. The system we wanted was a fairly large layout and it was installed perfectly and looks amazing. Once the misting and the fogging system is turn on the back yard and pool area disappeared. I can;'t wai tuntil summer to really enjoy the system. Once finished they cleaned up better than I would have. I would highly recommend they, and already have, to anyone. Thank you Greg and Chris.
