This company is out of business. Good riddance. They became a local joke.

Their responsiveness has dropped steadily. They do not answer the phone, or, if they do, it's always the wrong person to whom you speak, so you have to leave a message and nobody gets back to you. When they did come in the beginning, their work was shoddy, late, and expensive. I have had several neighbors complain of the same thing. They have become a bit of a local laughing stock.

Installed sprinkler system in my back yard. System was small and added to a existing system. Work was fine. But contracted in early spring to do work and they did not show up until well into fall. I called many times and also went to office twice with no results. Would not return any of my calls nor did I get any answers from the office girl. I never knew if they were coming or had just dropped me. I was in the process of getting another contractor when they showed up. It took them 1/2 day to do the job and the work was fine. Probably would not use them again.

The job should have taken a week at tops.  It took over a month.  They tore up the yard, did not follow instructions as to where the grass would be, and did not set the proper sprinkler heads to cover the area needed.  In some cases there are three heads in an area of 2 ft. square.  Each do a separate area but if they would have put in the proper head it would have done the area with just one head.  We have removed various lines since and replaced most of the heads ourselves in order to cover the areas that needed to be covered.  We also removed the lines that were installed in the area that was designated for rock and did not require water coverage which if they would have listened would never have been installed.  They frequently would say that they would be coming to work but would not show up or call.  Many times it would be a week or two later that they would show up and then would discover that they didn't have the right equipment to complete the job.  Many times they would be here for no more than an hour and would leave.  Once the job was done we had to repair leaky lines, sprinkler heads, lower the pipes that where underground as they were an inch below surface in many places, replace drip lines as theirs did not work and redig and bury the wireing as it was close to the surface of the ground to the point that I could not even weed in that area without pulling it up.  I would strongly recommend not to use this service if getting a watering system done.  They need to get more professional by being on time, coming when they say they will, calling if they are not able to make it or are going to be late and having the right equipment to do the job, after all, they come and do an assessment so they know what they need ahead of time.
