Total Carpet Care

They did a good job on the area rugs. They got stains out and the rugs looked like new.  The price was good for those.
 The upholstery was not cleaned well.  Stains were still there.  They came back, but didn't get them all out.  I was able to get a large one out with just soap and water.  The couch was so wet it took almost all day to dry even though it was very hot that day.

Carpet supposedly cleaned. They knocked a hole in the drywall and did not tell me. They spent most of their time telling me that I needed to purchase upgraded services that were not included in the package I had bought. In retrospect I believe that all they did was 'groom' the carpets. I used a home cleaner less than 3 weeks later to just pull up a spill of plain water and to my surprise and disgust  pulled absolute mud out of my carpets. I believe that they sprayed with a resolve type product on the top layer to brighten and leave a fresh aroma  and then vacuumed.Also, in regards to the professionalism.  I spent the time they were working in the house to clean out my car in the driveway.  The owner of the company came out by his van to take a phone call which I had no choice but to hear his end of.  It was obviously a creditor who he was arguing with and yelling at including foul language...very poor choice of location to take
 such a call.

When he was done cleaning the carpet, you couldn't even tell. The upholstery looked just as dirty as when he started. The job was done very quickly and even though we had vacuumed prior to him coming, his equipment did not pick up any of the deep dirt. Previous companies had equipment that actually cleaned and the carpet was soft afterwards. This time the carpet crunched under our feet. Not a very good job at all.
