Rooster Fence

I had a budget number in mind when I went looking for someone to replace 2 posts in my rustic split rail fence. Rooster's bid was under my budget figure. They arrived on time, spend 2 hours total and job was done. On time and under (my) budget! Doesn't get any better

The work was complete quickly and the area was left clean. Best price for service provided. Only issue I had was not knowing when to expect the crew on the scheduled day. After waiting 1 1/2 hours after expecting them, I called to find out they were running late.

They rushed through the job and forgot to put caps on some of the posts. They also brought the wrong gate doors. They did not line up the gate doors properly, and left a large gap on each door which I had to fix so our dog would not escape. They set the posts then installed the fence before the posts were solid and told me not to worry, they would be solid in 4 days. They could have been way more exact in their measurements.

These guys were incredibly efficient - surveyed the job, immediately began working and completing the job in perfect timing. They even cleaned up areas so nicely, which was totally unexpected. If I need future work performed - I will not hesitate to call them.

Rooster Fence staff were accessible, prompt and professional, very happy with their service. We had 16 fence posts replaced, and they did quality work. Would definitely hire them again.

They called the same day I made a request for a bid, came that day, sent ,e a bid that day and did the work the next day.

They did not follow instructions on the contract. They came to work site unprepared to do the work on the same day. They ran out of material need to do the job even with a very famous Home appliance store 1 mile away. A one day job took 2 weeks. Shotty workmanship on gate. And excellent work on fence but it was not to contract. I told them not to fix it, as I would do it myself.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are pleasant when they come out, but once they have your money - they're done! They used a much cheaper wood than what they said in the estimate. There were nails protruding and there were open spaces between the slates. When we called to tell them, the owner came to the house with two of his workers to translate for him. He said this was the way they installed fences so be it. My husband told the translator "if you are not going to repair the fence, then leave". I received a call the next day from the receptionist. She said that since my husband told the manager to "get off my property" (something was lost in the translation) that they will never be returning to repair the fence. This was 4 months ago. Now our dog has knocked down one of the slats, being able to get out of our backyard. I am not one to write a critical review, but I would look elsewhere before hiring Rooster Fence.

Did what I asked in the time they said great job

The Company owner worked right along with his guy's and were all so happy go lucky and did a great job and didn't skip a beat , they got'r done quick with quality. This Company didn't over charge like so many do, Very impressive. You get great work at a good price, Thanks Rooster Fence.

They went above and beyond all of my expectations: the work was exactly what they estimated, they were on time, the work men were very pleasant and very professional, and my project looks incredible.
