Since I have known you I have appreciated your quality workmanship but the sprinklers are a different issue: You complained about adjusting the sprinklers 4 times. The first 2 times was because Jody didn't know how to adjust them. I can't remember each time but one time I tried to tell you which ones needed adjustment, You ignored me and continued. The next time, I made you listen but I doubt you paid attention. I have timed the sprinklers and a full rotation is 2 minutes. That means that if a sprinkler needs adjustment, it is 5 or more minutes to watch entire rotations and adjust the sprinkler. The last time I told you which ones I had issues with. You finished in too short of a time (as long as it took me to eat dinner and I am a fast eater) and you claimed to have done all of them. I couldn't believe that but took your word for it. The sprinklers came on at 9PM Wednesday and on Thursday it was obvious the you did not correct the issues of the sprinklers hitting the rear fence and the sprinklers by the porch not doing a complete 180 degrees. That area is watered only if it rains since it is not covered by the sprinklers. Since you are a professional I assumed you could work without supervision. It never occurred to me to take the time to inspect your work since I don't really have the time and doubt you would want to stay another 20 minutes to 1/2 hour for me to watch the rotations. Actually since the fence was already wet, there was no way to check it. I paid you to install sprinklers and properly adjust all sprinklers which was not done. I feel you took advantage of me as a disabled person. I expect you to come back and adjust the sprinklers properly. If necessary I will inspect the rotations after you have finished. If you won't adjust the sprinklers properly I will hold you responsible for any damage to the fence and will file complaints with any governmental agency or private consumer complaints organization that handles these issues. In view of these unresolved issues, I am unable to allow you to do any more work for me.
Description of Work: Jeff and his employee was to install new sprinklers and adjust ALL sprinklers. A non-standard riser was used to install on of the sprinklers without my permission. This riser would require a complete dig up to reinstall or clean the sprinkler. I am disabled and unable to do this myself. I told Jeff that I did not want this due to my disability and was ignored. Jody, his employee did not know how to adjust sprinklers causing Jeff to make several trips to adjust sprinklers. Jeff did NOT listen to me when I told him what was wrong. The time required for a sprinkler to cycle left to right and back is 2 minutes. I figure each sprinkler requires 5 or more minutes to properly adjust each. Since he is a professional, I do not have time to supervise. The last time Jeff came to adjust sprinklers, he announced that he was finished in the time it took me to eat dinner (about 20 minutes). He said that he had adjusted ALL sprinklers which I tended to doubt but had complete all adjustments but had to take his word for it. The sprinklers ran by timer the next evening. The sprinklers were still hitting the fence and missing a spot that I pointed out to Jeff. I called him and he REFUSED to keep coming to adjust sprinklers. He claimed that he had adjusted them and they set themselves back. I am disabled, but not that dumb. In my opinion I feel he had taken advantage of me as a disabled person.

Description of Work: Replace defective sprinklers and install 2 new sprinklers as well as adjusting ALL sprinklers. Cost of service is estimated as $350 since Jeff did not and refused to itemize bill for each service stating he charged for one trip even though the jobs were extended over a lengthy time.
