Contractor didn't come when he said he would all 3days he said he would. He did a good job but was not dependable everytime he said he'd come to do or finish the job. Overall the job was excellent, just his work ethics as far as his claimed work times were all inconsistent.

Gentleman came out gave us an estimate after receiving 2 other estimates and he beat the other 2. After discussing with my husband, we hired this company and they were out within a week. Yes he was out here for about 8 hours but that was due to his partner not being with him for one reason or another. Even though it was him by himself, he was very professional and I am happy with the results. Would hire him again at some point down the line.

Universal responded promptly, understood the problem, were knowledgeable in offering solutions and estimated the cost fairly. They accomplished the repairs in two visits arriving as scheduled each day, worked without breaks and left the area as clean as they found it. The job was completed to our satisfaction and billed as estimated. Yes we would call on Universal for future flooring repairs.

The crew worked hard and did not waste time. The job took about 5 hours during this time, they washed installed carpets in three bed rooms and scrubbed floor tiles in the entry, kitchen, breakfast area, dining room,living room and two hallways. the whole house looks great.

Removed a small portion of carpet and replaced with a scrap I had. Very difficult to match the pattern yet he did it and it's perfect. Great service at a good price. He arrived on time, nice guy - professional. Highly recommend.
