Terrible. The flooring associate Miguel Landaverde. had arranged installation (I thought) He required we pay for it 2 months in advance to “schedule”? installation. I repeatedly asked him when I needed to pick up the floor tile so it could be installed by a certain date. He said I could pick up the tile on a certain date and vaguely agreed that would be an adequate time period for the installation to be installed on the date I said I wanted it done. When the day came for the installation no one called to install. It turns out they don't use local installers. It took days to get my money back when I cancelled the installation. Plus, Paul Hernandez had me sign for getting a full refund of $2144.86 including the tile that I kept. The refund, I got was for only the items I returned plus the installation. I am suspicious of this "so called" glitch in the system since I did not get a full refund for the entire job and the supplies. For part of the return they insisted I had to get a gift card instead of my cash refund. As you can imagine I did not want this gift card. Their “service?” at the supply desk was no better. It took me an hour and a half to have them put my tile in the truck. I had called early in the day to say I would be by to pick it up. They had hours to bring it to the supply desk!

Sales people, Larry and Ruby were very helpful. Follow up call advised us that type of door ordered did not have retractable screen and assisted us in changing order to get what we want. Installer, Johnnie, pointed out useful mechanical aspects of door.

The salesman was very helpful in explaining the differences between the screen doors and the process to order and have them installed. The installer was professional and prompt.

My husband and I are do-it-yourselfers, so we had basic designs in mind for each of our remodeling projects to start. Sheila helped us to refine and improve those designs. She is also a do-it-yourselfer, so her suggestions were useful and practical. She was very patient with our numerous changes we made to each project. She often had technical questions for my husband to clarify how he intended to construct something. Sheila would often call to tell me of a special promotion that the cabinet company had going of which I might want to take advantage. She took a lot of extra measures to help us get good prices on various items and saved us a lot of money. Additionally, she is just really pleasant to work with!

Carpet was not cut correctly and had to be taken back to the store.
