Description of Work: "The project will not be completed until next Spring, due to weather/temperature. They did begin the stucco project, they completed the prep work, which was extremely important that it be done prior to winter arriving. We had major cracks in the parapets which had potential to create water damage if we have a wet winter. No more worries, and remaining work will be done Spring 2016. | |We paid @ 30% and the remaining balance is due when the work is complete. | |We have been impressed with the quality of work that has thus far been completed. | |The crew supervisors pay attention to details and ensure that the work is done professionally. Crew supervisors and crew are all professional, polite and display a strong work ethic. | |Romona has been great in working with us, given that we continue to ask for color samples and have changed our(my) mind three times, so far."

Description of Work: They repaired my 1930s stucco house and applied a dryvit finish to the house and surrounding walls. There is a 10 year warranty on that work. My only concern was that there was quite a bit of debris left in my garden from the wall work. However, they were very careful with the plants and I did not lose anything.

Description of Work: Stuccoed outside of home.

Description of Work: Repaired old stucco as needed (and quite a few repairs were needed) and applied a new coat of stucco with a lighter color.

Description of Work: House re-stucco went very well. Very happy with the whole process. Could be a bit neater with materials and trash on the property and woodwork, such as around windows which got more stucco on them than I would have liked. Still happy though and would use again.

Description of Work: Complete patching and reinforcing parapets on roof and walls around the house, followed by priming and hand trowled DriVit elastomeric stucco on the entire house and walls surrounding the house. A couple of hiccups, which they fixed. Friendly and happy crew who seemed to love what they do.

Description of Work: The company only provided a quote for services. The price was so compared to others I was unable to afford their services. The proposal was professional and they have a good reputation. Just very expensive.
