Description of Work: They designed and built an approximately 900 sq. ft., multi-level redwood deck around our pond. They also designed and built a 400 sq. ft. pergola to go with it. A totally custom installation and construction with top grade materials and techniques.

Description of Work: Patched bad areas in synthetc stucco.

Description of Work: Replaced a three handle shower faucet assembly

Description of Work: Replaced whole roof to house with new shingles, resealed exhausts areas, cut out worn decking and replaced, repaired hole in ceiling in house from water leak. They even worked with me regarding my deductible that home owners insurance didn't cover. They broke my TV satellite dish which the TV company charged to replace, but Professional Contractors paid for the damage. They were also thorough in making sure all trash, roofing nails and other items that could be harmful to animals, kids and car tires were cleaned up.

Description of Work: |They were on time, they did the job fast, they did a good job. They built a new roof (ramada? pergola?) over my redwood deck. They were done by the second day, did a good job of cleaning up, kept me posted on the progress of the job. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Renovate master bathroom. Replaced fixtures in kitchen and one bath vanity. Work went as planned and completed work is great.

Description of Work: They were, in general, very professional in their dealings. They performed all the services satisfactorily as contracted, were friendly and helpful, generally kept appointments and were timely, except for about two or three times. The only major complaint that I had was that there were delays in completing various parts of the job, and the completion of the job overall, which they attributed to delays by the suppliers.

Description of Work: Professional Contracting's plumber/HVAC expert did a good job in getting our old attic mounted furnace going again and improving the whole heating system. Both Professional Sheet Metal and Professional Contracting use the same person, so I'm including one review, although I called both offices before I realized that. It took 3 stops and 2 rather expensive parts, but he installed and checked the parts, tightened up our vents, checked the intake (which now intakes), brought a filter, advised us on maintenance and showed me how and where to replace the thermocouple which seems to go out every other year. He went above and beyond what he came to do and got the system working better than it has since we got the house.

Description of Work: This contractor is drawing up plans for a small home they will build for me next spring. Filipe has been in touch with me twice in person, and several times by email. He and his associates pay close attention to the details. The price he quoted for the completed project is considerably lower per square foot than what the internet shows. I have no doubt that I will love my new home. I look forward to giving an update at the completion of the project.

Description of Work: Install laminate flooring supplied by homeowner-removed and disposed of carpet.
