Windows delayed in arriving. Could not complete & had to return 3 weeks later (too cold & stucco didn't set). Workmen pleasant & neat - always cleaned up.

We were having trouble with contractors that gave us the "run around". After their estimate they would not call us back, (probably too small of a job.) We got on to Angie's List and found Professional Contracting. We called them at 8;00am on December 18, 2014 and advised Monica what we needed. We were promptly returned with a call from Art. We were given an estimate that very day, and were advised that the job could be done the next day. The dry wall needed to be repaired first....Vincent arrived that day at noon and began the repair. On December 19, 2014 Professional Contracting called us to let us know that Mario would be arriving at 8:15 to begin work on putting tile in. . Mario arrived promptly at the designated time, after a short lunch break ( approx. 35 min) he returned to complete the job.. After the job was completed, Phillip came to inspect the work and to thank us for calling professional Contractors. Both Phillip and Mario swept our kitchen floor and the outside drive where the tile had been cut.We had been dealing with other contractors for over a month to No avail....just frustration.....and Professional Contractors completed our job in 24 hours!Everyone we dealt with were over and above courteous and professional!No job too large or Too Small for Professional Contractors!!

Robert from Professional Contracting showed up during the 1 hour appointment window and got right to work. He was professional, and did a great job. He took out our old dog door, framed the entire opening for the new door (the last contractor didn't bother following instructions), talked to me a bit about the previous work done, that they had used drywall screws. One of the installation bolts broke when it was being installed and he went out of his way to try to find a replacement. He installed the door, which looks very clean, and caulked the outside with a clear caulking and the interior with a white caulking. He gave me some ideas and recommendations. I was given 2 methods to pay, and wasn't pushed any further work, which always impresses me. He cleaned up the entire area better than when it looked when he showed up. He even removed the old caulking not covered by the new door. I can't recommend these folks enough, very friendly, very prompt, and very much in contact.

the best experience I have had with contracters.I had asked them fo call me so I could get the dogs (5) in the house before they came because after they are here it is hard to get the dogs in the house the building and painting was good quailty

They replaced our roof 7 years ago. Recently, there was a short period of heavy rain which caused a leak in our roof. I called the company and they promptly came out and repaired it.

Great, Job completed on time & cleaned up all left over material.

All subs were very professional - no problems. This was of utmost importance due to elderly father in the home. All were trustworthy. Great experience!

Great work with all questions or concerns answered prompted. The guys were always prompt , thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They spoke English which I really appreciated. The senior discount was much appreciated and was shown on the contract great job. Everyone was very friendly and easy to converse with.

Could not have gone any better!! We are so happy with the addition. The work crew was the nicest , polite and considerate I've ever had to deal with. The construction was done in three weeks and would have been quicker if the inspectors could have gotten by quicker. We even came in a hair under estimate.

They came by about 7:20AM, worked very professional, clean and had it done by 2:30PM that same day. Later one other person met to install molding.

They did what they said they would do. We had to break an appointment. They did so without any problems and were able to do the job the next working day. Was a great experience.

Did exactly what was contracted for. Went the extra mile when vent tubes were discovered in the walls - reran vents at no extra charge. Removed wall, closet, door wall, rewired, sheet-rocked, plastered and textured area for $2000. Done in four days including clean up. Will and have recommended them to everyone that needs help. Excellent work.

The contractor wanted 85% of the contract paid before work began.

It was to much out of our price range, but if I had the money I would definitely get them for the job!

The first day, demolition day, they had all the old stuff out, and a new window in place. Second day, tile began going up in the shower/tub area. My wife wanted a niche built into the wall, and that was framed and most of that tile was in place. Up graded plumbing was roughed in. Third day, shower/tub area tile completed, including inside the niche. New, custom made cabinet/vanity was installed. Finishing touches on the shower/tub tile including grouting. Floor tile was installed and grouted. walls and ceiling painted. New light fixture installed. Fourth day, light fixture had to be relocated along with an electrical outlet. Vince did this and patched the wall and did touch up painting. Vince did an excellent job and we couldn't tell there had ever been holes in the wall, even though we knew they had been. Vince also did the painting, and even patched and textured places in the kitchen that were in need of cosmetic help due to water leaks! Did an excellent job and didn't even charge us for this work. The new tub suffered a chip (probably from falling tile) and they are taking care of that. Everyone involved went out of their way to insure that we had exactly what we wanted. My wife is extremely happy with the way the whole job turned out. Art was very accommodating and understanding and always responded in a very professional and quick manner. Laura in the office made sure communications were passed along without delay.

We keep calling this family-owned company because they have carried through on providing quality work in a cheerful, efficient manner. They listen well to our ideas andoften offer alternative suggestions which often have added value but within our budget. They always respected our final choices. On our past two jobs, the owners and their employees showed up exactly when they said they would and coordinated times for our convenience. Sometimes it's tricky for them to schedule us immediately, because they started other jobs, some with out-of-town travel. If they're not already booked, both big and small projects get prompt attention. I appreciate that they don't leave until even my inevitable "while you're here" ideas get manifested. My father was a contractor himself and had an artistic yet practical eye. I note these same desirable qualities in the Professional Contracting crew.

Filipe and Art brought the estimate and went over each item line by line so we could understand where our dollars were being spent and they were very professional, just like their company name! We were so impressed by their presentation we decided to get the work done right away. The first item was to measure and order all the replacement windows, since they would take a few weeks to get in. Then they started with moving our pellet stove to a new location more central in the house, with a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone wall behind it. Then the gas-fired kiva fireplace went in--what a process! First, an aluminum cage was built off-site, then the installers fitted it to the space. The next step was the scratch coat, which was put on by another craftsman. Once that was dry, Cruz came back to put the finish coat of Venetian plaster on. What an artisan! There were also some cases where floor tile had to be patched into areas which had been exposed from the demo process, and Vince did a beautiful job of repairing those areas with tile that had been salvaged from the demo. We went up to Albuquerque to pick out our granite, but again, Felipe had done a wonderful job of choosing exactly what we wanted, and we found two slabs of granite that would be perfect in our kitchen. Moises came and did the template and listened to us when we explained the way we wanted the seam to match up. Matt was the cabinet maker who did the cabinet doors and what a beautiful job! He also did the bathroom cabinet which had to be made especially for our space. As a second thought, we had solar tubes installed in the kitchen and the change orders were handled effortlessly by Art, and didn't hold up any of the other work. We also decided to have the rest of the area painted and the crew did a beautiful job and completed the work much faster than we could have. By this time, the windows were ready to go in and the crew got them all installed in one day with all of them fitting perfectly and looking beautiful. We also started realizing the immediate savings on our heating costs, and NO drafts! The master bath was the last on the list and probably was the most involved. The tile work is beautiful, and the new frameless glass door is so easy to keep clean, I love it. It's amazing how much larger the bathroom seems, even though it's in the same space. I highly reccommend Professional Contracting to anyone who is considering a remodel, a new build, or tile work, or just painting. They are superb and certainly live up to their name!

Tore down and replaced walls. Took up and moved floor tiles. Took out and replaced cabinets. New countertops, too. The owner, Filipe, really knows his stuff.
