Prompt response to inquiry. Fair estimate. Friendly professional. We were notified by the city to fix the sidewalk which had buckled over this winter. Because of two trees. I had no idea of the process or the expense. Always unnerving. I loved these guys. Good price. Good experience.

Good people. Hard working. They did a good job for us. The project was about 10,000 sq ft of stamped and colored concrete, a heated fiberglass pool with a hot tub, several raised flower beds. They took care of it all; permits, electrical, plumbing, electronics for pool control, tree removal, etc .. the started on time and finished faster than expected. Everything still works great. They came quickly on service calls when we had issues. I would recommend them. I would make sure to write in details the scope of work

There is no one else in Albuquerque this talented, my landscape job proves that. After building a new house and needing almost an acre of property landscaped, I hired Z Construction. Their work and talent is next level !!

I had a white pic fence installed. I would have leveled the ground if I knew they wouldnt do it. The fence is high on one end. The hinges were put on the inside of the gate then moved to outside of gate and post on the inside shows the holes where first installed hinges. The hinge on the gate needs to be played with to work. The crew was not professional: swearing around young children here; trash all over my yard; never here when they told me.; playing around the fence throwing stones at each other; leaving my water on everyday and eating apples off my tree without asking; as well as leaving their tools around my yard after they left everyday and they used my electric to charge tools overnight without asking. I like the quality of the fence installed although the gate isnt perfect. With the items I mentioned, the boss was here the last few minutes of the job...the only time I saw him, to collect his pay. I would NOT recommend this company.

I spoke with John within a day of submitting my request. He was over my house the following day (he offered to come on the same day but I was unable). John was very knowledgeable and forthright. He quoted me a great price for vinyl fencing and stated it would be finished in a week. I didn't wait to get other quotes and hired him. I also inquired about installing a shed I would purchase from Home Depot and he again gave me a great quote to put together the shed with a concrete slab. His workers were over at the stated date and time and the 275ft vinyl fence and shed were installed a week after I first met John. I already have plans to hire Z-Scapes, Inc. for my landscaping. It was also great to see the workers happy on the job and actually thank me for the work. I would highly recommend John & Zak at Z-Scapes. Thank you for the great experience and the amazing new yard!

John and his team did amazing work from the beginning to the end of our project. John was the only contractor who took the time to create a plan with his quote. His team followed through on the plan and were all awesome to work with.

These guys were friendly, hardworking and extremely competent. I liked them so much, that we had them do a small retaining wall after the concrete job was done. They are great to deal with.

They were the best! They installed 117 ft of fence in 2.5 days under difficult circumstances (high winds). They listened to my requests and checked with me before making the changes. They were neat, polite and professional. I would hire them back in a heartbeat. Thank you John for all your hard work.

I was very skeptical when I started looking for someone to take my yard from nothing to what I really wanted. Got a couple of quotes but John's enthusiasm sold me. I just hoped he could deliver. Well, I never expected him to surpass my expectations but he and his crew did! I had the usual, rocks trees etc. but I was really worried about the water feature and putting green I wanted. By far an awesome water feature with real rock, lights and the sound is unbelievable. The putting green has sand traps rough and a hill for breaking putts which makes a huge difference. Ok, to some it up. John and his crew were timely, courteous, knowledgeable and out right hard working. He thought of every detail. I work with contractors at my job daily and I would definitely recommend John and his crew!!!!

John and his crew were very polite and did a very good job on our front yard. It went over budget but the tree roots were a bear to deal with. We are having them come back to finish planting in the spring. Looking forward to having my whole yard finished and looking good.

Very Happy with them. John and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and excelllent company to hire. When and if we win the big Power Ball lottery and we build a new mansion with an unobstructed panorama view of the Sandia Mountains we will have them build a waterfall ten times bigger then the one they just build for us. Tomorrow night, June 16th we are having a small family bar-b-q to show off our new waterfall. Nobody knows about it yet.

Zia Scapes, Inc., was very professional. John showed up and gave me an estimate. Then showed up on the day he promised and started work with two other gentleman and a large truck to haul away branches. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the back and side of the house from branches and leaves. They planted a tree and put in a large line and several smaller lines for drip irrigation, as well as a regulator valve. They cleaned up after the work and left everything looking beautiful. They even left me some parts in case I needed to install more drip lines and showed me how the whole system worked. I'm very happy.

I contacted John on a Tuesday and my new sod was installed on Friday. This was during a very busy time for landscaping contractors. The sod is beautiful and my lawn is getting very good comments from my neighbors.
