Description of Work: I have been using them for about 10 years. They do pest control services for me. They come by our house every 3 months to spray, but there is no scheduling.

Description of Work: They did not let me know when they were coming out, so I canceled my services with them.

Description of Work: I've been using terminix for the past 15 years to keep insects out of my house. Once a quarter they come and spray the perimeter and knock down any spider or wasp nests on the outside of my home. They will also spray inside and if I need them to come in between scheduled appointments to take care of insects they do at no extra cost.

Description of Work: We use Terminix for ant service. We had used two other companies before which were ineffective over time; Terminix has maintained effectiveness for many years. Ernie, our regular tech, is very friendly and informative-he knows his bugs. We are very happy with our service and the Terminix brand.

Description of Work: If you don't like cockroaches call Terminix! If you do not get excited about sugar ants all over you kitchen counter....call Terminix! Our lovely rains have brought out mice...call Terminix...their "Snap Traps" are quite efficient! They will come take the little bodies away.... you won't have to deal with it. We have been using Terminix for more than 20 yrs. On a quarterly basis, they do indoors and out. Their products do not harm our pets or us.

Description of Work: Killed ALL the bugs and spiders ! ! ! Several years ago, we were overrun with roaches in our garage (in 24 hrs, we went from ZERO to THOUSANDS ! they came from a couple of boxes abandoned by a neighbor . . )- I called Terminex and they were there within two hours and killed EVERY ONE OF THEM ! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for years. Generally they do only exterior treatment unless I ask them to come in and spray indoors. But the exterior treatment has kept the critters from coming inside. They are always professional. Last visit, I mentioned I had wasps living in our concrete block wall. The service provider took extra care to spray every nook and cranny and hole in the block wall.

Description of Work: Spent 10 minutes walking around the house "inspecting". I have not been able to get a signed inspection certificate from the company, making this entire transaction WORTHLESS!!!

Description of Work: We have been using Terminix for our house and yard for nearly 20 years. We have parrots and rabbits. Terminix is very conscientious around our pets to make sure no harm comes to them. About a year ago their prices were beginning to get a little out of hand. I brought up the subject and...lo n behold he cut my prices in half! We will be sticking with this company!

Description of Work: My main complaint is they have an appointment, and show up later than they scheduled, my time is valuable also.
