The experience was very good overall; they did a good job.

They do a decent job. They come when you call them. Their price seems kind of high.

I think their price is reasonable. They are always on time; they come out when they say they would. They give me a call before they come out, so that, I can get my dog in to my house, which is very nice. They are very quiet; they do their job; and they let me know when they leave. I will use them again.

They were good. I didn't compare them.

I reached out to Terminix last week for an annual inspection. The team at Terminix completes this annually to ensure that the treatment they provided is still working. The team at Terminix is very professional and I will use them in the future.

They come out every two weeks. It is the same technician who comes out every time. He does what is needed. He is very professional.

They installed some stuff around the house for termites, so they come once a year to check on that. Otherwise, I call them if something nasty starts walking down my hallway. I don?t have them come in regularly for spraying because I don?t like that very much. I would rate them highly.

They come out quarterly and charge me quarterly. I have it set up for them to come out quarterly. I had them out here routinely because I was afraid I had termites, but they were carpenter ants. They spray for them, but it does not include termites. That's extra. I’m satisfied with what they do. I got a notice saying that their prices are going up, maybe by $5 a month. I'm not sure about that.

Very professional when giving an estimate. She couldn't find the termites that my husband and I did.

Overall, we were unhappy with the service. If you're going to pay $100 every three months, you shouldn't see bugs coming in. We scheduled extra services because of the ants and black widows the last month that we had them come. It didn't work at all, and the guy didn't really tell me anything specific about the pesticides when I expressed concern about spreading granules all over our backyard for the ants because we have 3 dogs and a baby. He seemed to generally not care about it. I wish they would remember that even though dealing with pesticides is routine for them and they probably know all about them, the customer doesn't. I hate that we have a pest control company come to the house. We have an infestation of black widows every year outside and last year they started coming in, which is unacceptable. I told the guy about the black widows and where I knew there were a few and he supposedly sprayed them. But I had to go out a few days later and kill them anyway. The roaches in Albuquerque are nasty. For the most part, the Terminix service takes care of the roaches. They still came in every so often under the door, but they would die fairly quickly. Our main problem is the black widows and they did nothing. Same for the ants, which are just really annoying.

We contracted with West Mesa Pest Control in 2007 to treat our house for termites. In approximately 2008 we were told that Terminex had bought out West Mesa and that our treatment and followup would be provided by Terminex. Terminex came out to do the annual inspection at a cost of $125.00. The inspection consisted of looking at the exterior and interior of the house for signs of termites, period. Two months ago I contacted Terminex to set up a quarterly pest control spraying and inspection. The man I spoke with said I would be contacted by a receptionist to set up a date for the insecticide application. This never happened. I received several calls from Terminex after that asking if I wanted to set up a pest control inspection. I declined due to the past experience. I then received a call from Terminex stating that they wanted to do a six month termite inspection since there were reports of termites on the West side of town (where I live). I set up a date and time and no one showed up. The man who was supposed to do the inspection called and said he couldn't make it on the set date and asked if we could reschedule. We did and he never showed up. I called Terminex and they said the local office was not the one calling me -- it was the national office. I gave them the name of the person who called me and it was verified it was local. I told them I would get someone else to do the job. They are totally undependable.

I have been using this company for close to a year and am generally pleased. I am able to call and request special attention to certain areas on the next service call. I am however part of a two income family and there is no one home during the hours that they spray. As they will only give general time frames when they will come (morning or afternoon) I am unable to be home for the service. The inside of my house has not been sprayed in several months. I am not seeing bugs inside so I have not made attempts to make other arrangements but more exact service times would allow me to get more from this service. The staff is courteous and thorough.

Overall the experience I had with them was terrible. They scheduled several appointments with me for which no one would show or call. It was impossible to reach the Albuquerque office too. Oftentimes, when I would call to speak with a manager or to call someone back, my call would be rolled over to their call center in Memphis. No one at the Albuquerque office would give me a direct line to call so I could avoid this frustration. Additionally, when I spoke with a customer service person from their corporate office, I asked her to cancel my contract and supply me with a refund. She asked me to give them one more chance. Initially I acquiesced, but then I said no, I had spent two days already waiting for them to show up. She scheduled an appointment anyway, and I had to go through the whole cancellation process again. Frustrating! I am still waiting for a refund, which won't include literally the many hours of my time spent on the phone and waiting at home for them to show.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. THEY COME OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS AND ARE VERY INFORMATIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO OTHERS.

THIS JOB THAT WAS DONE FOR ME WAS DONE WELL. I USE THEIR SERVICES ONE TIME EACH MONTH. THEY STARTED AS SOON AS THEY SHOW UP AT YOUR HOME. I DO NOT HAVE A BUG PROBLEM ANYMORE.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAVE ANY PESTS OR RODENTS. EVERY TIME THEY COME TO MY HOUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS PEOPLE.

SINCE THEY CAME TO SPRAY, WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANTS. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY RESPECTFUL. WHEN WE CALLED, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. I HAVEN'T SEEN A BEE ANYWHERE IN MY YARD SINCE THEY CAME OUT, MUCH LESS AN ACTUAL HIVE. I WOULD TELL OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THE GOOD WORK THEY DO.
