Description of Work: Provider arrived promptly and addressed my problems. The three hours purchased were inadequate to complete the job. Provider was supposed to return to make an adjustment in one job, and to complete the others (at my additional expense). Provider has not responded to my requests for rescheduling

Description of Work: 7/1/13 He called 15 min. prior to appt. time and said he would be at least 2 hours late. Due to other F ratings, I want to cancel. My time is precious. Nice guy, but no can do.

Description of Work: The service provider (SMRT Construction, Michael Ortiz) showed up per our appointment on April 18th 2013 for an initial consultation. He looked at our master bathroom, discussed design ideas with us, and provided options for the remodel. When he was finished, he left us his card and said that he'd provide us with an estimate and a set of drawings in a few weeks. After a month had passed I e-mailed him regarding the status of our drawings and he said he had the estimate ready but was still waiting for the drawings to be finished. Another month passed and again I e-mailed him regarding the status of the drawings and to date I have not received a response to my inquiry. I believe it is safe to say that two months is more than enough time to provide an estimate and a set of drawings for a bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal on June 1st and called the following Wednesday to schedule the work. Talked with Michael and he said he couldn't schedule me right then but would call me back and took my name and number. I did not hear from him so I called and left another message on Friday, 6/7 as there was no answer. I called again Friday evening and was not even able to leave a message. I multiple times on 6/10am and the call would go directly to voicemail. I do not like to do business with people who do not return calls and are next to impossible to get a hold of so I requested a refund.

Description of Work: Made an appt with him and he came out to look at the bathroom. He said he would give me a plan in a couple of days but I never heard from him again. At the appt he spent a lot of time talking against prior customers. He was not professional.
