Servpro of NE Albuquerque is a locally owned and operated franchisee of Servpro Industries. Servpro of NE Albuquerque has been serving the disaster restoration needs of residential and commercial customers in New Mexico since 1998. Our offices are located in Albuquerque, but we service the entire state on an as needed basis. Over the last 12 years we have achieved a 98% satisfaction rating from surveys conducted with our customers. We are the preferred vendor for large insurance companies and participate by invitation in structured vendor programs and contracts.

Nothing was tarped like they said they would, we had sawdust all over the kitchen.. Communication was crap.. still is. Said it would be done in 2-3 weeks knowing the work that was to be done. Took 2 and a half months. Sent in a permit, apparently didn’t know how to write one… permit was denied. Drywall looked like crap with big gaps. Broke garage, twice! Broke another item in garage Tried to fix it…… Had to get new garage sensors, which they had to pay for. Sent one guy for two weeks after telling me they were going to send 3 to 4 guys to knock it out faster…… I Lost it, had to call and s*** on somebody and finally they sent a crew like they said they would from the beginning. Finally finished waited for the pack in/ staging They showed up and said that didn’t include unloading boxes because insurance didn’t approve it, when we didn’t go through insurance, we were paying out of pocket… They wouldn’t put things away just unload boxes from storage pod that was, maybe 8 feet away from house, for $900 so what exactly does pack in and staging mean?????????? Didn’t offer a solution Told them to leave Spent all day doing it ourself They were supposed to send pictures of everything they packed didn’t get them for 3 days and then they lied about sending them, but why would you send them again 3 days later……..lie’s always Instead of an apology they sent forms to cover their butt. Picked up the pod forgot their lock box and key to the pod We emailed them to let them know, they never responded so I Cut off the key box myself. When we were getting everything set up we noticed they buried our alarm system plug in the wall so it is not powered at the moment.we really hate to have them back in our house but we need our alarm system to be operating and I’m not going to pay someone else for their ignorance.I was emailed about getting a reimbursement check, it has been over a month and still no check or warranty paperwork…….. worst company I have ever had to deal with…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The service was fine except I was quoted $1000 and when I received the bill it was $2500.00. When I tried to work with them on the bill, they were rude and disrespectful and they were yelling at us and threatened to put a lien on our property. They would not help us with any type of payment plan nor were they willing to go back to the original quoted price. They emailed us a written quote and they are refusing to honor it. The bill for the service is not even 30 days past due and they are already threating to foreclose on our property. We are a church and a daycare that is willing to pay the original quoted price but they are not willing to work with us.

They were really frustrating. They taped off the whole basement area and ripped out all the drywall. Then they sanded off the mold and cleaned out all the pockets of mold then we came back and had the mold inspection done again. After the inspection they found out that one part that was pointed out on the inspection had not even been touched. Since we could not have the furnace on during the time so we had to run space heaters and use our fireplace to keep the house warm until the issue was corrected. We were not really pleased with that.

They did a VERY GOOD job responding to our call for help. However, the cleanup of the carpet etc was terrible. First, they had to reschedule because a worker had to take care of his child. Second, the truck was left overnight with frozen water in the truck and could not be thawed. A second truck was obtained and the carpet was "cleaned' in 30 minutes. They did a terrible job with the cleaning (spots remained), they could not tell me what kind of "soap" was used nor how dirty the carpet was. I hired Excel to clean an adjacent carpet and they spent 3 hours for the same size area, and did a wonderful job. Further, Servpro stood there waiting for us to fill out a bogus quality care report. We felt intimidated.

It did not meet the HIGH standards that we have set for our everyday business activities and how we choose to deliver business. Unfortunately as a parent and working in the real world, accidents and events happen that are out of our control. I strongly believe that because of the personal issues the technician was going through on that day, he overlooked negligible details of the job. Our crews are highly trained professionals and I assure you that if we could do things over, the job would be done right the FIRST time. As far as the soap mentioned, we do not use soap, instead a carpet pre-spray. Ultimately, our main PRIORITY in responding to you, is letting YOU know that your response does matter, and YOUR opinion DOES matter! The satisfaction we get from OUR customers is what keeps OUR business thriving. We accept the advice as a means to constantly improve and grow as a business and we are taking every step to assure that a situation such as this one does not repeat itself again. Our experience was excellent! During the heat and increased humidity of the monsoon season, mold-growth set in to the interior sheet rock and wood structure materials of our main bedroom ceiling after our roof had been repaired from tree-damage. ServPro appraised the problem carefully, informed us of their planned procedures, and sent in a very effective crew. We weren't sure about the extent of the mold problem - was it only behind the area we could see that was affected by water damage or had the mold invaded further? - but the ServPro crew worked systematically to make sure all the mold-growth material was carefully removed. As we didn't know the extent of ceiling square footage affected by mold-growth behind the sheet rock, ServPro thoughtfully included a clause in our contract taking into account this unknown variable; we also did not know if the mold was limited to the ceiling or had also moved down the walls. Communication was excellent! They worked steadily throughout the day, first to prevent the mold spores from entering the rest of the house by constructing a negative-pressure containment area, then by carefully removing the mold--growth material from the house.
