Description of Work: They trouble-shot a problem that was under my car's warrantee. They offered to fix it at a given price and when I said no and asked how much I owed for the inspection they said NO CHARGE!!!

Description of Work: Repair hail damage to 2012 Audi A-7. Quality of work was excellent; however I had to return the car three times to have the invisible bra installed by Quanz (they forgot to replace after repair removed it) then replaced by Audi after bubbles appeared (not installed by Quanz but a subcontractor), hood reattached because one of four bolts not secured (required a home service call to close hood and a return visit to repair paint scratches and windshield molding damaged when unsecured hood opened), and interior of car required cleaning because of black fingerprints on airbag covers and stains on rubber moldings around windows. Quanz personnel were always very courteous and more than willing to correct all problems. Would recommend them and will use them again in the future.
