Went well, a little slow due to dented bumper being shipped to them.

Jim Kleinsteuber, Justin Shaw, and their team did an EXCELLENT job in repairing/replacing the rear bumper! You can't even tell that the bumper was replaced, and the paint job blends perfectly with the original paint. They completed the job in less than two days! Jim and Justin provided excellent professional customer service! What a pleasant experience! I'll definitely take our vehicles to Quanz in the future!

They gave me an estimate and did all the work. They did both body and mechanical work on my vehicle. They kept me informed of how they were progressing all week long. My 2011 Nisan Maxima looked brand knew when I got it back (a day earlier than they promised) Everyone was polite and professional, and I thought reasonable. |

It went very well. We stopped in to get an estimate on minor damage to rocker panel due to my having driven off an unseen curb. I can't remember the last body work I have had done, so I did not know what to expect. Not only did he give me a well-documented estimate of $800 for replacement parts, installation, paint, etc., but he spent some quality time with a screw driver, pliers, dirt, and grime and made the rocker panel look so much better that we probably won't have the real repair done. But you can bet that he'll get our business next time.

Exceptional service from my original contact to set up the appointment to the time I picked up the car. My power steering fluid was leaking rather heavily and my power steering pump was noisy. I was contacted by the mechanic of the needed repairs and the estimated cost early in the afternoon of the day I dropped off the car. I gave the mechanic the ok to do the repairs and the job was completed before noon the following day. The cost was exactly the same as the estimate. This was the second time I have used Quanz Auto Care and I received the same excellent service both times.

They were very professional and fixed it right away. They even had someone available to drop me off at home and pick me up again so that I could work from home. Very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk (Debbie I think her name is). I have used them several times before. Although they are a little pricey, they do good work and seem very reliable.

Quanz was recommended by my insurance company for repairs of damage to my vehicle. They promised the work would be high quality and completed in five days or less. My truck was ready for me in three days. It was and quot;as newand quot;. and freshly washed. I paid my share of the repair and waQuanz on my way. I had heard good things about Quanz, and I will recommend them to others. GOOD JOB!

Their service is excellent. They have both car maintenance and body shop; it's the same company with one whole building. Apart from their work being real good, they are also real good in keeping you up to date on the job that is going on. They do their follow up and keep me informed.

what we paid.I backed our brand-new Prius into a car parked behind me, in a parking lot, slightly denting the left rear fender. We opted for the least expensive fix, which reduced the dent to almost invisible. To do the job optimally would have meant removing the entire fender, and would have cost about 10 times what we paid, we were told. Both methods were explained in detail, without any pressure to choose the more expensive option. This was very much appreciated. The dent was mended while we waited, even though we had no appointment. The work was done as explained ; not absolutely perfect, but very good indeed.

The people at Quanz were very helpful and friendly from the beginning. They had already received my information from my insurance company and had everything ready to go when I walked in. I went with the person to survey damage and had estimate in hand in less then 15min. Scheduled an appointment to drop off car the following week. There is a car rental company in the lobby so I got a replacement car with minimal effort. Quanz kept me update via my preferred method of text message every day. The time frame ended up having to be extended by a couple of days due to some unforseen complications that required parts to be ordered. The finished product was great. Excellent job matching a difficult color of paint. Can't even tell the car was ever damaged. Very satisfied with entire process.

My Air conditioning quit working on my 2007 Honda CRV. After reading about my problem on the internet and reading the reviews on Angies List I decided to take my car to Quanz Automotive Care to do an evaluation on the problem and estimated repair costs. Even though they were busy they took my car in two days from my first contact with them. I received a call before lunch time the same day and was told the problem and given the estimate to do the repairs. I felt no pressure to have them do the work. Even though it cost me lots of money the price was reasonable compared to what I saw on the internet for this common Honda CRV problem. I was told it would be done Thursday and I received a call Friday morning to tell me it was ready for pick up. The repair costs were exactly the same as the estimate. The only contact I had was over the phone with Kelly and she was very understanding and professional. I was out of town when they called so they took my charge number over the phone and told me I could pick up the car at my convenience. The air conditioning appears to be working fine and I will be recommending Quanz Auto Care to others.

They are great. This was the second time I've used them. Before they had to do major repair because I was rear-ended and side-swiped at the same time. Both times they rebuilt the automobile perfectly and the paint matched. I couldn't tell at all that there had been any repair done. They cleaned it up and polished it. They were very professional and worked great with my insurance company. It was very, very easy. The quote was very professional. They gave me a printout of everything they would do and exactly what it would cost. There is not any haggling and they have a set price list, so there is no gouging or making of any special deals for anybody. They are very professional on the business side and the repair is immaculate. I would definitely use them again.

First transmission was low miles (37,000) and appropriately more expensive than the original quote, but I approved it willingly. However, once installed, it did not function at all. After some expressed dissatisfaction and debate, I was about to pull the vehicle out to simply have the original transmission re-manufactured at another shop at a loss of the $1000 labor costs already incurred. (Quanz cannot re-manufacture transmissions.) I did not want to take the chance on another used unit and we were already 12 days since first giving the car to Quanz, which was much longer than estimated. The warranty company would cover getting another used transmission and Quanz was willing to at least consider negotiating the labor already incurred if I pulled the vehicle out. In the end, I decided instead to try one more used transmission that appeared locally with 100,000 miles on it. It was installed just over two weeks from the original drop-off date. It is working fine at the moment except for some apparent self adjusting. Little of this should reflect very badly on Quanz except for their expressing over-confidence in their supplier's product to me. This nudged me into this choice. I certainly wouldn't say they were high pressure. I will not go the used-transmission again and don't recommend it. Once the problems arose, Quanz could no longer adhere to the original schedule projections and I wasn't a happy customer. I told them I also did not trust their supplier if there's no way to diagnose whether a transmission will function well before hand. Quanz personnel (Daniel and Kelly) were personable, polite, willing to hear my complaints, but not always very helpful. They were responsive early on, but the repairs happened much slower than expected. Some of this was likely due to shipping times and other factors that were out of their hands. I might go back for standard repairs, but they're not that convenient, but they; tended to over promise on schedules. Whether their labor is high quality on this job, I won't know for a while. I wouldn't down rate their skill or service, but the whole job wasn't a really satisfying experience, either.

We found Quanz on a trusted source, and took our car in for a head gasket repair. It took longer than their estimate because they admitted they damaged the transmission cooler. This resulted in damage to our transmission shifter (it was tight, difficult to move), which they charged us another $250 to repair. Also, when we got the car back, a pair of sunglasses left in the car had been snapped cleanly in two by someone in their shop. In less than 6 months, the transmission had to be rebuilt ($1900 to repair) due to damage when the car lost a massive amount of transmission fluid as a consequence of a broken transmission fluid hose (less than a week after driving it out of their shop). In short, when we drove away from Quanz, it was drooling red transmission fluid like a vampire on a bender and we couldn't trust them not to charge us again for damage they'd done. I cannot recommend them for engine repairs and I'm surprised to see them on your list after my experience with them. I know I am not alone.

I spent about $300 on the job. I have used them twice. I thought that their service was professional. They were a little expensive, though. Their quality was good. They were very responsive about the technical aspect of the work. I will consider using them in the future only if their price was comparable with the other quotes that I get. I will probably ask them for a quote first.

I have used them for about 6 years. I don't take the car anywhere else except for an oil change. Anything else and I go straight to them. Their service is wonderful. Their customer service reps and manager are always available. I like that they are honest in their estimates. They keep in touch with you so if there is a change in the time line they let you know as soon as they know so you will know when the car will be finished.

I have used them several times. I just found them to be a little more expensive than I was used to. They found the problem with my daughter’s car and they took care of it. They care for customers. It is a good company. I would recommend them because they really have knowledge of cars and car repair. I will use them again in the future.

They are located about a half mile from us. They were very nice. They got the job done when they said they would.

1: We feel we got good value for the work. They provided a quote prior to performing any work. Quanz does not sell tires, so their recommendation to replace two tires was not driven by additional sales. We plan to use Quanz for all service in the future. 2: Quanz checked the error history in our 2001 Odyssey's computer. This vehicle has approximately 78,400 miles. The computer identified the Engine Gas Recirculation system as malfunctioning and the Catalytic Converter was operating below optimum. They charged us $80 for 1-hour of a service tech's time. They found Honda is offering an extended warranty on the EGR Valve and system which was expiring within 1600 miles. They provided a quote to perform the work but recommended we take it to the dealer and get them to replace the equipment under warranty. As a result, we took the van to Honda who made the repairs and replaced the Catalytic Converter under warranty. Quanz saved us $7-$800 in potential repairs that they could have profited on!

Not well-when the repair work on the bumper was completed, there were nicks in the paint on the hood of my car that I was certain were not there before the bumper repair was done. The Quanz rep was insulting and refused to repair the paint damage on the hood. There was also confusion initially when scheduling the work.

I thought that the work they did was good, but the price was terrible. They did the work in about 3 hours. I waited for about an hour then they informed me that it would be about another two, so I left for awhile and they called me when it was done. I also think that they were trying to suggest things to be done that did not need to be.

THEY'RE EXPENSIVE AND THEY'RE ALWAYS THE MOST EXPENSIVE, BUT I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM BECAUSE I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THE DOWNSIDE OF THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY ARE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE.

THESE MECHANICS REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE CAR LOOKS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE MY CAR LOOK LIKE IT DID WHEN IT WAS NEW.
