Everything went very well.

Went well, a little slow due to dented bumper being shipped to them.

Jim Kleinsteuber, Justin Shaw, and their team did an EXCELLENT job in repairing/replacing the rear bumper! You can't even tell that the bumper was replaced, and the paint job blends perfectly with the original paint. They completed the job in less than two days! Jim and Justin provided excellent professional customer service! What a pleasant experience! I'll definitely take our vehicles to Quanz in the future!

They gave me an estimate and did all the work. They did both body and mechanical work on my vehicle. They kept me informed of how they were progressing all week long. My 2011 Nisan Maxima looked brand knew when I got it back (a day earlier than they promised) Everyone  was polite and professional, and I thought reasonable. |

It went very well.  We stopped in to get an estimate on minor damage to rocker panel due to my having driven off an unseen curb.  I can't remember the last body work I have had done, so I did not know what to expect.  Not only did he give me a well-documented estimate of $800 for replacement parts, installation, paint, etc., but he spent some quality time with a screw driver, pliers, dirt, and grime and made the rocker panel look so much better that we probably won't have the real repair done.
But you can bet that he'll get our business next time.

Exceptional service from my original contact to set up the appointment to the time I picked up the car.  My power steering fluid was leaking rather heavily and my power steering pump was noisy.  I was contacted by the mechanic of the needed repairs and the estimated cost early in the afternoon of the day I dropped off the car.  I gave the mechanic the ok to do the repairs and the job was completed before noon the following day.  The cost was exactly the same as the estimate.  This was the second time I have used Quanz Auto Care and I received the same excellent service both times.

They were very professional and fixed it right away. They even had someone available to drop me off at home and pick me up again so that I could work from home. Very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk (Debbie I think her name is).
I have used them several times before. Although they are a little pricey, they do good work and seem very reliable.

Quanz was recommended by my insurance company for repairs of damage to my vehicle. They promised the work would be high quality and completed in five days or less. My truck was ready for me in three days. It was and quot;as newand quot;. and freshly washed. I paid my share of the repair and waQuanz on my way. I had heard good things about Quanz, and I will recommend them to others. GOOD JOB!

Their service is excellent. They have both car maintenance and body shop; it's the same company with one whole building. Apart from their work being real good, they are also real good in keeping you up to date on the job that is going on. They do their follow up and keep me informed.

what we paid.I backed our brand-new Prius into a car parked behind me, in a parking lot, slightly denting the left rear fender. We opted for the least expensive fix, which reduced the dent to almost invisible. To do the job optimally would have meant removing the entire fender, and would have cost about 10 times what we paid, we were told. Both methods were explained in detail, without any pressure to choose the more expensive option. This was very much appreciated. The dent was mended while we waited, even though we had no appointment. The work was done as explained ; not absolutely perfect, but very good indeed.

The people at Quanz were very helpful and friendly from the beginning. They had already received my information from my insurance company and had everything ready to go when I walked in. I went with the person to survey damage and had estimate in hand in less then 15min. Scheduled an appointment to drop off car the following week. There is a car rental company in the lobby so I got a replacement car with minimal effort. Quanz kept me update via my preferred method of text message every day. The time frame ended up having to be extended by a couple of days due to some unforseen complications that required parts to be ordered. The finished product was great. Excellent job matching a difficult color of paint. Can't even tell the car was ever damaged. Very satisfied with entire process.
