Description of Work: Kitchen remodel including change of ceiling and soffits and upgrade electrical and go to all LED lighting. Especially appreciate the two installers that had responsibility for every part of the project from start to finish. We did not have to keep dealing with various sub-contractors. There was consistency from beginning to end. We plan to use them in the near future for remodel of our bathrooms.

Description of Work: I thought their bid was extremely overpriced for redoing a master bathroom without moving walls, plumbing, etc. The $40,000 quote was to replace large tub, rebuild custom shower, replace vanity and sinks. I also did not like the fact that they bundle the whole cost without giving individual line items. I have seen their work at open houses and the quality is excellent, however.

Description of Work: Great job by Poulin contractors overall. We gutted our kitchen and extended the overall space by approx. 5 ft also adding on a custom stucco covered patio. My construction guys were great here on time everyday, never ever left a mess work areas were alway clean an organized. My only disappointment is how they estimate the project which is giving one price for the complete job, making it very difficult stay within a budget when items are bulked together. Would definety use them again. Very professional company addressing any and all concerns in a timely fashion.
