Description of Work: My mother-in-law's Samsung WF330ANB/XAA washing machine was having intermittent problems which caused it to stop during the cleaning cycle. Tim replaced one of the water inlet valves, cleaned wire contacts and ran the machine through a diagnostic program. He was helpful and courteous and the repair was very professional. The washing machine is back in working order.

Description of Work: Serviced my refrigerator and had to replace a couple of parts. All went well, Tim got my fridge working temporarily while the parts were being shipped and then replaced them once they came in. Fridge has been working just as good as when it was new after.

Description of Work: Our freezer door wasn't closing correctly. When I called he made a suggestion to try before he came out and I scheduled the appointment anyway. Good thing as we weren't able to make the adjustment. |He was polite and professional and fixed our freezer door quickly. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Tim Marshall came over on a Sunday afternoon to repair the water service in our refrigerator. He reinstalled the filter which we had put in wrong, and fixed the problem! He refused any payment for his time or even gas money. I will surely call him again for any appliance problems.

Description of Work: Tim Marshall responded right away after I purchased the deal. He listened to me about my problem(which was not in the deal) and told me probably what was causing it and even checked into if the part was available and what it cost.. I asked if this was something that could wait or the situation would get worse if I waited. Very honestly he told me I would be alright. So we decided I wouldn't have the work done now. I will definitely use him in the future when I have an appliance repair.
