Description of Work: I have never dealt with a more ethical, professional repair person. Tim did a ton of research to figure out the problem I was having with my washing machine. He then ordered the necessary part. The company I purchased my machine might be buying it back, so I've yet to have Tim do the work - but the amount of foot work, research and prep work he did is amazing. I will use Tim in the future and would highly recommend him for any repair you might need.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my old Maytag gas dryer. Tim checked the door switch, and all fuses tested good. The dryer was then tested and is now starting fine. He suspects one of the wire connections had oxidized and was no longer connecting or the door switch is failing intermittently. Tim is very thorough and professional. I previously called on Tim to repair our old Frigidaire refrigerator. I will call on Tim again with any appliance problem.

Description of Work: Tim was great. The latch broke in our microwave door, which would have been $200 to replace. Tim figured out how to replace the latch, saving us $70 plus labor. I would definitely use Tim again.

Description of Work: Called And Tim answered quickly. Reviewed the problem with our front load washer machine and to my surprise - he helped us trouble shoot it instead of scheduling us right away and charging us. He worked to "squeeze us in" the same day. Luckily, it was a quick fix. He reviewed how to access the interior of the machine and provided tips for troubleshooting in the future. VERY GOOD SERVICE AND WILL KEEP THAT IN MIND IF SOMETHING COMES UP AGAIN.
