Went above and beyond standard cleaning. Very professional and obviously had substantial expertise in the field.

Mr. Hoover and his team were outstanding! They actually discovered that the dryer hose was not connected in the attic and fixed it with no additional cost! The vents look great and it smells good!

The team did a thorough job, protected corners so their hoses didn't damage paint. They removed their shoes when entering the house. Were very pleasant and answered any questions I had.

Everyone in the organization was punctual, professional and thorough! They explained the process carefully in the pre-work walk-through and then they went above and beyond my expectations taking care to keep the house clean by laying plastic covers around each work area and by protecting wall corners from damage when running vacuum hoses throughout the house.

They did a great job. They did a really good job. They were very professional. They brought all the right equipment. They didn't mess around. They took off all the ducts and one by one and one and cleaned them up and then they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I was satisfied. I just watched. Their equipment they had was pretty cool. So, I just sat there and watched them. I think it probably took them a couple or three hours. They came out pretty quickly after I called them. I was completely happy with them. I think I looked at a couple. I didn't call them, but I looked at a couple other companies that were lower in price, but I tend to look at 4 or 5 and go with the middle ground. I don't usually go high end or low end. I talked to them and we set up a time for 3 or 4 days later and they were there. They got it all done. They were there when they said they would be. They had all the right equipment. They were quick, they checked everything off, the cleaned up after themselves. I was totally impressed with them. I told a couple of friends of mine about them. If they needed ducts cleaned, they're the way to go.

Just great. Mr. Hoover's phone estimate was over 100.00 for the service call. But upon arrival and inspection he cut that figure in half (55.00). That's never happened to me before! He and his crew were fast, efficient, and professional. They left the laundry area looking better than it ever had before.

We were impressed with the service from Hoover's the moment Marshall Hoover, President, and Derek arrived. They were 15 minutes early and organized all of their equipment before even entering the house. The first thing I noticed was their attention to and respect for my home. They set up cleaning cloths and a tray upon which they put their shoes each time they entered my home from outside. Marshall and Derek had to install a filter in a vent above a tall staircase. We simply could not have done that. The men worked diligently for three and one-half hours, always respectful of where I was in the house and what I was doing, making sure they were not interfering. Everything went like clock work. We had had our vents cleaned by another company a year ago and were quite dissatisfied when that company raced through our house in 30 minutes. The contrast in service was striking, to say the least. At the end of the visit, Marshall gave us a referral to a place where we could buy filters for an excellent price. I asked how long Hoover's has been in existence and learned that the company started in 1992. This is an amazing company, and I cannot recommend Marshall and Derek highly enough.

I was not looking forward to the process of getting the 17 ducts cleaned, with all the equipment and mess. When Marshall and Derek arrived right on time, laid down a rubber tray, took their shoes off and put them in the tray, I relaxed. They were so pleasant, clean, and respectful of my furnishings, It was a delight. I had installed all new duct work in the crawl space 6 years ago when I switched to refrigerated air and had not given the ducts another thought. A recent fly infestation in the house made me wonder if something had gotten in and died, so I checked out Angie's list. I keep my house pretty clean and vacuum regularly, but the amount of debris - and dog hair - they pulled out of the ducts was amazing. The hand washed each register outside the house, instead of using my sink and splashing water everywhere. Marshall checked out the furnace, cleaned it, changed the filter and Derek vacuumed the intake area - two more things I had not thought of. And considering I have asthma, you would have thought this would be on my radar. Can't recommend highly enough.

Marshall was able to get me in the day I called due to a cancellation in his schedule (good for me!). He and Derrick came out and were both very professional. They set an arrival time between 1:00 and 2:00 and arrived at 1:00. Wow. They were respectful of our home. They put down a tray for their shoes and took off their shoes when coming in doors. They laid towels down as buffers to guard anywhere their hoses or extension cords might touch (walls, baseboards, furniture). No rub marks! They cleaned each vent and explained what kind of vent it was (mine was a flexible plastic) and what the best method of cleaning was for my type of vent. They removed and washed each vent and exhaust cover. They went the extra mile by cleaning the top of the fan blades in my bedroom. A tarp was placed over a guest bed that was under one of the vents. Marshall provided a replacement filter for my furnace along with a magnet that has a place to write in the date the filter was last changed with a dry erase marker (which he also provided). He and Derrick also cleaned out my dryer vent from both inside the house and from the roof top down. After the job was complete Derrick used a dust buster to clean up residual particles that had come out here and there. As a female I felt comfortable with both Marshall and Derrick in my home. They were both nice and helpful. The cost was $24 per vent + $15 per exhaust vent and $55 for my dryer (which would have been more if scheduled separately). The total was $388 before tax which was an additional $28.37 for a final cost of $416.37. I have allergies and pets and this was long overdue. It went well and was a pleasant experience for duct work cleaning : ) Marshall takes credit cards which made payment convenient. This took about 3 hours. Arrived at 1:00, left about 4:00. Marhsall and his helper, I think his name was Derrick, showed up on time -- at the end of their workday. Marshall also stocks a/c filters, so he changed mine (he sells them for $5, but he'll also tell you where he buys them, so you can get them when he's not there. They were friendly, informative (suggesting when things should be cleaned), he had recommendations for companies who can manage things he doesn't do. I'll definitely have them back this fall to clean the chimney.

Arrived within the scheduled period. One person went on the roof, removed the dryer vent cap and hooked up a machine, the other moved the gas, cleaned out the flex hose and vent pipe from the wall end, working with the roof cleaner. Received a long flat attachment for my vacuum hose and was shown how to clean the dryer's filter slot. Very satisfied!

The experience working with Hoover's has been great from the initial contact through the completion of service. Very knowledgeable and professional. We needing a deep cleaning in the air ducts after we purchased a home. Hoover's came highly recommended so we had them come and do the work for us. The service was fantastic and we encourage anyone looking for a company to clean air ducts to go with Hoover's. Cannot say enough good about this company and will DEFINITELY use them again.
