Empire Yard Maintenance

They came the day to which they had committed and they did a great job of getting into the ground with their aerator, especially considering I forgot to water the night before. In the past, the aeration did little if the ground wasn't well saturated the night before.

They just redid the yard, they put holes all over and irrigate it. I don't know what they did but my husband does. I think they do some fertilization too. My husband just tries to keep up our yard on the backyard, he likes to keep it green. We had a pretty hard spring because of the weather and everything. Half of the yard died after that but I think it was because of the weather, it was a hard year to get everything started but we can't blame them. They came and they did it in about 20 minutes. They were here on time.

Very well.one worker even brought his own lawn mower to finish the job.

It went well overall. The sprinkler system now works much better and covers the lawn. The new grass looks excellent, although one small patch is being nursed back to health after it died out. The pond leak has been reduced almost to zero. I will use them again.

They responded to my requests quickly and showed up on time. We had few gentlemen and they completed the work that I needed done.

I ordered this special as a gift for my sister. She was VERY pleased with the result. They were there on-time and did a thorough job. And they were very polite too. She will be using their services again. Thank you!

They worked very fast. They also hauled away all the trimmings. I thought they were very reasonable for what they did and I was very please.

Because of all of the rain, my yard was full of weeds and shrubs and plants had grown immensely. Empire pulled all of the weeds and trimmed my shrubs back - yard looked fantastic. They took all of the debris with them. Very professional, courteous and prompt. They provided a great service and I will definitely use them again.

I purchased 4 hours labor for $99. Two workers came on Sept 10 and took out a dead Yucca palm, but had to leave because of rain. Two different workers came on Sept 25 to complete the job. I paid an additional $60 for them to stay an additional hour.

They were prompt, hard working and everything was cleaned up when they left. They gave good advise on what to trim back now and what to let go dormant before we cut. They even repaired a broken sprinkler line. We were very happy with their work

Good work. Lawn looks nice. Said what they said they would do. I think the only downside is the owner wants to please the customer so much that he gave me an unreasonable time when it would be done that he was off by 2 working days. If you are sensitive to time issues, be aware of that, if not, just allow a buffer of a few days especially if you have some complicated issues in your yard like concrete being in the way . I kind of knew that things weren't as straight forward since my house is old with mystery concrete at certain places so I didn't mind the extra days. Plus, I'd rather have the job done well a little late than a poor job done on time. They work really hard and they are easy to deal with. I especially liked the heads up for me to put my dogs in the house. They also let me know when they left so I can let my dogs roam around. They stick to their estimates, and if something is wrong, David is available and communicates well.

They did a good job but seemed like they didn't do enough work for the money. I was expecting more from this deal.

I was unhappy with their service. They are way overprice and the quality of their service is terrible. He responded quickly to me, texted me and got back to me but he just did it for the work.

For the first visit the men faced a neglected yard and I think they did a terrific job. The second visit was a quick mow and blow and the guy also did nice work. I was more than happy with Empire.

Once they got to my home they worked very hard for the two hours that I purchased. They were able to trim alot of bushes and remove unwanted small trees.I was very happy with the work that they did. I would have liked for them to contact me on the first day scheduled. I understand that the weather was not good for yard work but I had people waiting at my house and I had to contact them to reschedule.

Very nice group of guys. They came and trimmed up and hauled the trimmings away. Left all very clean and neat!

They sent out two men who did a great job on trimming back plants and getting the yard ready for fall. They were on time and knew what needed to be done

I wrote him back confirming the date I wanted. The owner never followed up with my email response. He sent two men on the first date I entered when I signed up. I went ahead and told them what I wanted done which was to pull weeds, trim a tree and pull up dead sod. They didn't know what the job was and were not equipped. The owner apparently simply sent them out. They left and returned with what they needed and said, the owner charges $30 to haul all the old sod away. I was perturbed but since they were there and I needed it to be done, and I already purchased the special deal,.I said yes, go ahead. The workers did their job. It is not them I had a bad experience with. It was the owner. He never called me. I told one of the workers the goal was to install a lawn. When he came back from having to get a wheelbarrow and trailer to haul the sod, he told me a quote from the owner. I don't know if the quote is in the ballpark of average or not. I still have to call around.

It went great! I had purchased 4 man hours of work on a special. That gave me 2 guys for 2 hours. They completed everything I needed in th time frame and didn't pressure me to buy extra time. They were polite, nice, hard working guys. I will defintley call on them again!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB/I HAD TO RE SCHEDULE ONCE AND THEY WERE VERY GRACIOUS ABOUT IT. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID A THOROUGH JOB.

Company provided services as contracted. Capable. Nothing special.
