Empire Yard Maintenance

David Peltz was easy to work with in scheduling especially in light of some weather concerns which caused initial appointment to be rescheduled. Eric and Anthony - I hope I remember their names correctly - arrived on time, checked with me to be sure we were on the same page as to what was to be done, got right to work and did a beautiful job especially trimming some juniper bushes. They made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. Look forward to using their service in the future.

They did not quite finish with the man hours before it got dark, so they returned on a later day to finish. The workers seemed honest and polite.

They arrived promptly, and removed all of the dead brush and debris. They did send a bill for an additional $50 for hauling away the stuff, which I guess is okay...

Overall, it went well. The owner was very prompt in returning calls and scheduling the service. The two employees assigned to the job did a good job. My only gripe was that they seemed to check their phones and/or send text messages pretty frequently while they were working. That said, they got the job done efficiently and on time.

I am very pleased. There was a small snafu with the appointment time, but David was right on it and rescheduled quickly. The two workers were very thorough and completed the job within 90 minutes. They trimmed back two very wayward shrubs and cleaned up thoroughly. They even blew the leaves off the trees and from my close by neighbors so they would not blow back in my yard! I will use them again in the spring for aeration of my backyard lawn.

They did a great job. I would hire them again.

I responded to a coupon offer in the morning and had a response from David by the evening. I needed a Fall yard clean up and some bushes trimmed. David had a team out here two days later and they did a great job! I would call them again in a heartbeat!

The work was done very professionally! The crew was attentive to my wife and I's needs. They seemed to enjoy doing their job and working as a team! They were very thorough and explained everything in detail regarding my questions!

David Pirdle is honest, has tremendous integrity, and is easy to work with. His crew are friendly and efficient, and, importantly, clean up afterwards. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

The crew arrived on time, got right to the job, were deligent, hard working, knew what they had to do and did it very well. They were courteous and did everything they were supposed to do in a timely and efficient manner.

They did a great job getting rid of the weeds. However, for the twice a month maintenance, they spend very little time and just mow the lawn and clean up the leaves. I have left lists of other things I need them to do (pruning and clean up other planting areas) and they have not done that. I wish they could spend more time when they come twice a month. I do like the fact that they leave a card each time they come, listing what they did that day. The owner is responsive and returns my calls.

We couldn't be happier. Everything from our first encounter to assess the project, to the finished job was professional and very well done. We look forward to working with them in the future.

They only had time to trim my yucca cacti. They cleaned everything up, but I thought they would be able to do more.

They were on time, polite, clean, and easygoing about my dog running around them.

Three guys, worked from 9 am to 4 pm--quiet, hard working, my dog loved them! Showed up on time, took a lunch break but were right back at it. Cleaned up all the mess of wrappings and old landscape fabric. Looks great!

The worker was punctual and shaped and trimmed things to the degree that I wanted. Hauled away all the trimmed limbs and blew out the yard. Trimmed yucca and other plants like cactus. Worked along consistently. I was very pleased with his professionalism and that he consulted with me as we went along on the projects.

I got a return call within 24 hrs as promised. We set up a meeting time and David showed up on time. The yard was cleaned on the day promised. The leaves were cleaned out of the street too. I will definitely call again.

Excellent, wonderful and great!! Owner, David very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and the two men who did the work were efficient and polite. We had several guys out who did not stay in our price range. David knew exactly how to move forward. David picked out great zeroscape plants and the front yard looks new again.
