Techs were early and job was fast and correct.

It went well from strart to finish. I think they did it right and do not have any don't to refer to.

The service representative arrived on time and performed the necessary safety checks on my furnace. He also inspected my humidifier which is connected to the furnace. He did a safety check for carbon monoxide also.

He is my plumber. I was using him before I became a member of Angie’s List. He seems reasonable and professional. He doesn’t try to rip me off. He is honest and personable. I would absolutely continue to use him in the future.

I got estimates from 5 companies. Davis came in 4th in price. I had done my homework on brands and furnace types, and Mark didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, as one company had. They arrived on time and finished at the estimated time, cleaning up everything before leaving. When I phoned the following day to report the kitchen hot/cold were reversed, they responded quickly and fixed it. Very happy with all work.

They are really good. They are prompt. They explain the situation very well. We don't have problems with them.

He was professional and thorough in checking and cleaning the furnace. A Davis the Plumber sticker was on the furnace when I moved into the house, so I assumed they had serviced it before. He also answered all my questions and gave me tips to keep the furnace lasting several more years.

They arrived on time for the estimate as well as for installation of our new furnace. They were professional and knowledgeable; the final price for the furnace matched the estimated price. The work was well done and completed quickly. Their quote was a little higher than the other quotes we obtained, but the brand of furnace they sold, a Trane, was better than that from the competitors we priced, and the trade off between quality and price seemed appropriate. They were the easiest to work with of the three companies we got quotes from, and the company we felt we had the most confidence in.

He was expensive and we didn?t use him. I found a local guy who was cheaper than him. He was professional and showed up on time.

The service man provided me with an extensive check list of items inspected and their condition. I have used this company for the past 8 years to inspect my furnace and central air conditioner. They are very thorough and professional.

We are having A/C problems so I called them last Friday to set up a service appointment. I was disappointed that they do not give free service estimates and that the service call was going to be $129.95 for what he called a "start up". The initial cost is not even including the repair/parts/addition labor for whatever the real problem is. I was ok with the cost because they could get out to our house 1st thing Monday morning. I was told my appointment was set for the 1st one of the day between 0830-0900 on 7 Jun. Around 0945 I called their office and was told that the repairman was running late from another job. I understand that a company is busy and emergency jobs come up. I took time off to meet with the repair man at a set time. I could not wait all day so I just canceled the service and will find another company. Bottom line is the common curtsey of a phone call letting me know of the change would have saved them a customer.

The work was outstanding. They are pricey, but no worse than any other plumber I have used.

We had estimates from 3 companies, but we went with Davis. They had the most reasonable estimate and they were the most conservative. We have exterior ducting on the outside of our roof and a lot of the companies wanted to completely relocate everything and do work that we thought was unnecessary. Davis was willing to work with the existing schemata and just replace the duct work and make them work better which they did successfully. We had a roofing guy tell us that the coating on the duct work was starting to peel. That happened 2 months after we had the work done. I called Davis and they came right back out and redid that. The price was good. We have a membrane roof and they left a lot of metal debris up there that were very sharp and could cut into the membrane roof. So they didn't clean up after themselves in one area.

The bid was comparable to others. Answered all my questions (and some of them were no doubt pretty dumb as I had never dealt with evaporative coolers before) completely. Was very responsive. All and all an excellent experience.

I called on a Friday to have someone come over and look at the heater. We set up an appointment for Monday, but later that day Charlie called back and said he could have someone over right away. Keith came, gave me an estimate. I agreed on the spot because of his thorough explanations and answers to my questions, and because he took the time to check out the other components of the system (vents, etc.). He and an apprentice plumber arrived on time, laid down floor covering, and set to work. I liked the way Keith acted as a teacher to the apprentice, asking him questions and helping him find the answers. They got the old heater out and the new one in smoothly. Keith showed me how to light the new heater, explained the permit inspection process, and cleaned up. A very professional job.

Not only they over-charged, but I had to fix the coolers twice during the season. During the initial call, they quoted $129 for the job. They were supposedly the plumbers who worked with the previous owners even couple months ago. They charge for copper tubing when I provided them with copper tubing. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau, the responses included that they charged $150 for the replacement of hose bib. I had water pouring out during the summer couple of times. One of the problems I fixed was that the suboptimal level of the floater which was one of their claimed service. When I went up to the coolers to shut them down for the winter, the copper tubings seem to be old, not the new ones I provided and got charged $40 for.

I THINK THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL. THEY CONSIDERED MY NEEDS AND THEY SOLD ME A UNIT THAT WOULD FIT MY HOUSE, NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE UNIT THEY HAD. I APPRECIATED THAT. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM FOR AGAIN, ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE A PLUMBING PROBLEM.

I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM IN THE PAST FOR OTHER NEEDS. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND ALWAYS COME OUT AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE WHO DO GOOD WORK.

THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND HOOKED IT UP RIGHT AWAY. I LOVE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I THINK THAT MY HOME DOESN'T HAVE AS MUCH DUST AND LINT FLYING THOUGH THE AIR. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AT GETTING ALL THE VENTS WHILE DOING THE OTHER SERVICES AT THE SAME TIME.

I THOUGHT THAT DAVIS THE PLUMBER DID A VERY GOOD JOB WHEN INSTALLING OUR THERMOSTAT. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID AND THOUGHT THEY WORKED HARD TO FINISH THE JOB.
