$109.00 for one area rug I felt was very expensive. The quality of work was good, but you can still see faint impressions of where the stains were.

Tina called me within 10 minutes after I sought after companies who are listed under Home Advisor. They came out quickly & I actually hired them on the spot after they gave us a free demonstration. I have to admit at first I thought there was no way my grout could come clean but Bravo's expertise restored the grout back to the original color and there was no awful smell! The staff is very friendly, prompt, efficient and professional and they are very respectful of property and they made sure they did not make a mess. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them because their work and attitude is amazing! You will not be disappointed!

WOW! Used Home Advisor on a Saturday afternoon and submitted a request for service quote. Bravo called within 5 minute! Tina was very courteous and price was right for a deeper steam vacuum cleaning job. The guys were here promptly at noon on Monday and really great and fast!. They were sensitive to my needs as I am wheelchair bound and acted accordingly. They had some 1200 feet of older carpet cleaned in about 50 minutes. Were very careful about protecting walls and corners from hose scraping. I would STRONGLY recommend this this family owned and operated company!

They showed up on time and were very courteous. They put down material to protect my carpet while cleaning our shower tile and grout and put up corner guards for the walls and furniture. Our shower looked like it was when we moved in and I would recommend them and will use them again.

The final cost was more than was quoted. Be sure and include everything (bathrooms, halls and closets) in the quote.

We hired Bravo to do a one-time cleaning of our home and carpet cleaning before we put it up for sale. Tina was extremely accommodating in scheduling (we had to reschedule twice due to construction conflicts) and showed up as scheduled. She did a great job cleaning-blinds, windows, refrigerator, etc and then had the carpet cleaning crew come in. They did a great job-the carpets look almost new! My only comment is that the stainless microwave and dishwasher had a few obvious smudges that should have been noted/cleaned. Overall we were extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

My only complaint had nothing to do with the cleaning of the carpet - they did a wonderful job - I'm pleased. My only complaint was that the truck left oil spots in our driveway - perhaps a board or a drop cloth could be used so that doesn't happen.

The team did a very good job the carpets were heavily soiled, they pre treated the high traffic areas and went over them multiple times. It was more expensive than some other companies but you truly get what you pay for. I would definitely hire them again.

IMO, I paid too much for mediocre work. In the bathroom, The girl rearranged items inside the cabinet--didn't request this-and I can't find anything I need. It took forever, yet, she didn't clean the soap dish on top of the sink. There are new scratches on the front of the stove that I never saw before. The bathroom floor was slippery & I was told they used water to clean the bathroom floor. Really? All that cost and they used water? The other woman re-did it & used straight vinegar, and was an improvement. I'm glad they only cleaned the bathroom & kitchen and not the rest of my house.

They were able to remove adhesive from the carpet and make it look quite like new everywhere.

The Bravor crew showed up prior to the appointed time and did an excellent job of cleaning and Scotch-Guarding my carpets in less than an hour. They were pretty much dry within one hours time. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in 6 months.
