Bravo Carpet Care

I had carpet steam cleaned in 4 rooms. I could tell carpet was dirty because I walk barefooted all the time and bottom of feet got dirty when walking on carpet. After steam cleaned, walking on carpet still left my feet dirty on the bottom. Appears the cleaning did not get the carpet truly clean.

Extremely expensive for one room cleaned.

This is a family owned and operated business. They are very professional and they do a wonderful job. The only thing I would like to see is they move furniture I'm unable to and vacuum before they clean the carpets. My living room carpet was disgusting and they made it look presentable! It's a great feeling to walk in and see this clean carpet instead of a nasty dirty carpet! Well worth the $$$ - They are very good at what they do!

The price for having two carpets cleaned was competitive, but not on the lower side. They offered no senior citizen discount or any other discount. The men who came were very nice and presented themselves well. They were on time. However, the carpet in the master bedroom still showed some light spots. I called Tina who is an owner and asked if she could have someone come out and go over the spots again. I believed that if the spots were starting to show through already, it wouldn't be long before they would be back to their original state. I know that carpet cleaning can only go so far, so I didn't expect a miracle. She said she would check with the men in the field and would get back to me. She has never called and no one ever came back to see that we were satisfied. I was very disappointed in this company.

My carpet was disgusting and these people made it look wonderful! I need new carpeting or a laminate wood flooring but while I'm saving to do that this has been the best 2nd thing! It's makes me feel happy to walk in and see it so nice! If they would've moved the furniture (a coffee table) and done the hallway (which is small) along with the 2 rooms I had done I would've given them a solid 5 stars. I recommend this company (a family owned and operated business) very highly. I will use them from now on! If your carpets looks bad check this business out! Very impressed with their work, professional and personal attitudes. I really like all of them! Great job!

being able to get carpet cleaning on short notice

This business was close by to my home so I elected to take-in a large area rug to save the pic-up & delivery fees plus to "check them out" for my future business. They are a very personable family who owns & runs the business.& work out of their home. I was VERY impressed how friendly the entire family was & how much time they took to fully inform me with the cleaning process. They offer a wealth of floor cleaning services & I will definitely be using this company to do my carpet & tile cleaning services through the remainder of 2015 & beyond. I would highly recommend this company over any of the other businesses I have used up to date. Comparison shopping showed me they are below current pricing in my area.

I was very pleased with the results.

They were very professional and courteous, did a great job. Carpets look new again! Just one small area seemed to have a residue left on it - but we were too busy to call them back that week and fix it. Overall, they did a lovely job!
