Bravo Carpet Care

I highly recommend Bravo Carpet Cleaning. They did an excellent job, are extremely responsive and take care not only with the carpet they are cleaning but the corners of baseboards, etc. by protecting them from the equipment like hoses. They were able to remove carpet stains we could not. Our carpets look like new.

We've had many different companies over the years, I believe it is because of the equipment, this is definitely the best I've had done. Tina explained the special equipment to me and it is more powerful than the vans as they have a big truck. They brought in a team of 3 people and it was done quickly, even got out old stains others couldn't. Very nice team of people and very careful about their work.

When the cleaners showed up, they saw my upholstery was going to be a lot more difficult to manage than what was expected. They were upfront with me in the beginning to inform me that they didn't know if they could come through with a thorough clean. At which point they gave me the option to cancel or follow through. I was taken by their sincerity to ensure I got what I wanted and therefore opted to follow through...it was a treasured recliner and I was getting the impression they would do their best. Oh my gosh! They did more than expected and my recliner looks so fresh and cared for. It's a family run business that ensures you get the individual care required to do the job.
