Friendly, knowledgeable staff was able to explain how the whole steaming process worked for me. It was my first time and they were patient in answering all my questions. They took my trashed rental property carpet and made it new again, and they were cheaper than their competitors to boot. I would not use anyone else.

They showed up on time.The carpets were clean when they left and to my surprise, they bragged that the carpet would dry quickly because of their machine they used, and it did!! Even on a rainy day. I'm happy.

Very good service

The people that worked for Bravo Carpet Care first explained what they would do and how their machine worked. They were fast but thourgh. After the carpets dried we noticed three spots that didn't come completly out. I called the company the next day and told them about the spots and they had the crew here within an hour, to take care of my problem. I was rreally impressed with the responce time and no questions asked. OUT STANDING COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Were availiable quickly, it only took 1.5 hours for living room, hall and two bedrooms. Smelled fresh, looked great!

My Grandmother's house sat vacant for months. It was fairly trashed and neglected. I live in Las Cruces and the house was in Albuquerque. I only had one day to complete the work on the house. Bravo Carpet Cleaners came in and not only did an outstanding job cleaning the house and the carpets, they also helped me arrange for the locks to be changed and the heat to be turned on.
