They were on time and listened to what I wanted. The work was excellent.

Martin was great. Came same day and provided an acceptable estimate that ended up accurate with no tricks or surprises. They patched up some potential issues on the roof, but the major work was with the tile balcony that was leaking. The stuff they use looks very nice and the warranty against any issues is great. Also repaired the damaged drywall in the garage’s ceiling due to the leaks and did a good painting it so it looks perfectly matched. Highly recommend!

Customer service was excellent. The first technician came out but didn’t have the proper shingles. A couple days later, the owner of the company came back to resolve the issue.

Showed up on time, made the repair and there was no charge for a small repair. Great company?

Outstanding performance

They went out of their way to get someone over to make an immediate repair which gave me peace of mind. They also took the time to make recommendations concerning other problems with the roof.

Mike Castillo showed up on time and quickly went to work. The old ceiling fan was removed and a new one installed in a very smooth, timely manner. Mike made sure the new fan was balanced when operating. All work was done in a very clean manner.

Professional outfit. They responded quickly and provided a quote for roof repair. They showed up and performed the work on the day that they said they would. They used a quality product to seal my flat roof and guaranteed their work with a warranty too.

Very nice people and got the job done. However, it took 2 wks or so to complete the work. They did a great job, but they were having issues with some employees and they had to keep pushing our work to another day. I would hire them again if they could guarantee the work get done in a timely manner.

A responsive and pleasant company to deal with. They carefully explained their work and accomplished the work in a timely fashion.

We hired Randy to repair the fascia around our entry way, re-mortar the roof penetrations, install gutters and put in some anti pigeon spikes. The work was completed, but it took a long time, and we had to remind them to paint the gutters and install the spikes. What was supposed to be a one day job took them about 6 weeks to complete. We were not really in too much of a hurry, and the roof wasn't leaking, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Randy and his crew are over the top when it comes to getting a lot of work done quickly. I enjoyed them a lot. They handled some difficult projects for me in a very short time frame. This crew was instrumental to helping me to get my house sold. I can't say enough about the skills of these guys.
