Fantastic. Not cheap, but thourough and professional. Work is top self.

It didn't go very well. We had an area carpet that was expensive to purchase. We gave it to them to clean. Whatever they did to it destroyed the backing of the carpet so now the carpet doesn't keep its shape. They advertised themselves as an oriental carpet cleaning company and they certainly aren't that. They were pretty responsive but they just didn't do a very good job. They were punctual.

They damaged one of the wooden steps in the house when they were taking their equipment or at some point a hoe or something took a chip out of it. They fixed it but I don't think I would use them again because I just think it indicates floppiness. They were very responsive to fixing it quickly.

They did a good job. They didn't damage any furniture or anything. I didn't get to see the work so I really can't say that it was perfect and there are some spots that they could have better. The quality of the cleaning was good except for that one area that I saw.

They came and picked up the rug and cleaned it and brought back. I really liked them. It was just what we needed.

Was told that it might take awhile so I agreed to that. It did take several weeks for them to get around to the work, but the rugs cleaned up nicely and they were rinsed well enough so they did not "stink" of cleaning solution. Overall, I was satisfied and the price was fair and as promised.

AWFUL!!!!!! The rugs were returned with long striations of FADED COLOR on one and faded areas on the other.. These rugs had been previously cleaned and this had NEVER occurred. The owner of Bear took no responsibility for this and insisted it was from sun exposure! He had cleaned them before and there were no previous problems. These rugs have been in the same location in my home for years and never, ever had this happened. He did agree to take them back and "supposedly" re-clean them, but upon return, they were exactly the same. The next time I had them cleaned was by SERAFIAN'S ORIENTAL RUGS , one of the finest and most reputable rug companies anywhere, especially here in central New Mexico. They agreed that whoever had cleaned the rugs had definitely caused this to happen and actually explained how and also verified it was NOT due to sun exposure.. They were unable to completely restore them, but their work/service was exemplary! I'm sorry I ever used BEAR at all.

We have utilized Bear Carpet twice. Excellent service, they picked up and delivered, stuck to the agreed time frame, and were affordably priced. Win-win.
