Fine. Door works better than it has in years

Steve came out and looked at the damage. He made recommendations on what to replace. The next day his technician came out and replaced the bottom panel and "tuned up" the door. He completed his work in a couple hours and now the door works like new.

It was very good. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because I had a few extra things done. The technician was really good. Only thing was in the next few weeks I saw a very similar ad for the same company and it was less money. It was like $99 and I never knew why. I don't have any price comparison and I never had that work done before. The quality was good.

The entire experience was fantastic. I had prepurchased the maintenance and roller repair and when Tony arrived, I explained to him that the door had broken (a couple of brackets and reinforcement bars). He assessed the damage and told me how much it would cost (less than $40 for all repairs). He got to work and had the entire job done in under an hour. He was professional, prompt and courteous. He advised that i would probably be in need of a new garage door in the next year or so. I will go to BDC for all of my garage door needs. Great job!

Replaced the rollers, adjusted the tension and lubricated the chain, Showed up on time and completely the work quickly. Only problem was about 2 weeks after the work was done one of the bolts on the lift mechanism came off. Found the bolt and reinstalled it myself so no follow up was required. While he was there he also took a quick look at the other door and ran it to ensure everything was operating correctly - no additional charge.

Went really well. Was contacted within 24hrs to make appt. Came out as planned. Even called to say they were ahead of schedule could come by early. Tony fixed the issues with the garage door (replacing the rollers, securing rails to walls and ceiling, also reinforced bent door). Even provided a remote- at extra cost of course, but at a reasonable price..Overall a good experience would use this company again.

Excellent job. Excellent description of what was to be done and what was done. Impressed that they did not try to get me to spend money on a garage door opener that is too old to warrant repair.

I received a phone call about 30min before my scheduled appointment time to advise of the technicians status and, again, when the technician was going to be delayed, which was only by 20min. The technician was courteous and professional as well as good-natured. He remained focused on getting the job done right and in a timely manner. In addition to changing the door rollers and adjusting the spring tension (which was included in their service special offer), he even checked the opener controller settings which corrected a problem I had with the door occasionally failing to close completely. Then, he was even nice enough to provide me with new batteries for my car remote control (my wife was at work with the other remote that had good batteries in her car) so that he could check the operation of the door when he'd finished all of his adjustments. For me, it was a pleasant experience and I will use BDC Door Company again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. It turned out great. We were just tired of the garage door making excessive noise and we figured either it was the motor or the door. We were hoping it was just the door. Sure enough, when BDC came through and serviced the door, it is 50% quieter. Now the only thing we hear is this 10-year old motor but it’s much quieter now. They came out not that long after I purchased the deal. They provided a prompt service. They were on time with the appointment. Whatever timeframe they gave us, they were right on schedule.

I purchased this service thru a Groupon coupon. The company called me within a day to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, then called to confirm the time, and then called back to state he would be a few minutes late. The service man was very professional and explained all the services that he planned to do. They replaced the rollers, tightened the spring, replaced the bottom strip on the door, and fixed the light fixture. He completed the whole service in under an hour and we were very pleased with the result.

Replaced rollers, lubed components, realigned tracks, fixed door activated light. Could not replace the rubber seal at the bottom, said they "don't make them anymore" but I could call in for a new request to replace the old one with an updated plate. Answered my questions regarding the life of the springs. Result was a quiet, smooth operation. Very pleased.

I bought their "Big Deal" package through Angie's List. Within 24 hours, the company called to schedule an appointment. On the day of the service appointment, the technician was running about 10 minutes late, but I got a call from the company letting me know. Once he arrived, the technician set to work immediately in a professional, workmanlike manner. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. After he finished, he went over the work that he performed and made sure that I was satisfied with the service.

I bought a $99 special for garage door maintenance featured on Angie's list and I was able to have the job scheduled within 2 business days. The office called to let me know he was running a little late, which I appreciated, and he arrived shortly thereafter. He did maintenance on the overhead door and found the reason it wouldn't come all the way down - the landscapers had placed a clip for the new irrigation system just where the door should come down. He relocated the clip and everything works fine. He was very professional and courteous.

The serviceman (Tony) was very good about notifying us that he was running slightly behind schedule, which was fine with me. He arrived within one hour of the originally scheduled time and performed the work promptly and efficiently. He was very professional and courteous. The service significantly reduced the noise we were experiencing (squeaks & squeals), so we are very satisfied.

It was fine. He did what he said he would do. It works much better now and is much quieter. I'm very happy with it.

That went well. It was great. The person was very punctual. I had to leave and we took care of the whole transaction prior to leaving and then my mom was still here and so then he just let her know when he was completed. It was just very easy and straight forward.

They were great and they came out very quickly. I liked the fact that he seemed pretty thorough. He left a sticker by the garage door, so that I would not forget to call him again. He seemed pretty good. I would use them again.

It went excellently as I have stated above. I don't have time to write a book. Sorry I'm not a good typist.
