I called to have the cold water dispenser line hooked back up. It had been off line for years. It was not leaking and the Sub Zero freezer and ice maker were working fine. Gene "fixed" it. He did not report any other problems and he hooked up the line which is located next to the compressor. Soon after, water leaked from the top. Nate found the valve to be faulty and said Gene should have checked for leaks before leaving. Nate found condensation on the coils, next to the faulty/leaking valve. The very thick white frost covered all of the coils and could not be missed-It looked like the inside of an ice box. "That will be $2,900 for a new compressor." It took 3 trips to get the freezer to get to temp. Now there is no ice. New icemaker $400 but did not charge labor (guilt?). I asked, How is it possible for the compressor and ice maker to go out at the very same time that Gene "fixed" the cold water dispenser line. After several non answers I began calling the shop and the techs. Finally Nate admitted that the damage to the compressor and the ice maker could have been caused by the leaking valve since it is right next to the compressor. The owner refused to return my calls. I will post the outcome of SCC.

Horrible, they started out ok, the original tech quit, the new techs and service manager destroyed my refrigerator and they were completely unsympathetic. They broke my equipment, slapped me with a huge bill, then refused to repair what they damaged.

BAD! They oversold us Freon, thus over charging/pressurizing our A/C units - the units were not working efficiently. Our home stayed above 80 degrees! Called them back, no return call for 2 weeks. When I called back, they would not come back without service charge of $100+. I believe that All Tech is owned by greedy, dishonest people who hire untrained/unexperienced technicians. I filed a complaint with the BBB, they couldn't do a thing. RUN, don't walk away from their phone listing!!

Technician arrived, snapped front panel off the dispenser (water & ice) panel and found a broken bracket that held the switch. Said the part had to be ordered and would take 3-5 days. Company called next day to say that part was in (??) and scheduled installation for the following morning. Technician arrived, replaced the part, checked operation and replaced the snap-off panel. While he was cleaning up, noticed that doors would not 'self' close. He removed bottom door hinge, changed position of bracket and reinstalled. Appreciated this insight. Real issue for me was: 1) The cost ! Total time for the call was less than 30 min (including return call). Seems excessive (I realize service companies have a minimum charge) at $ 250. 2) Appearance of technician. (Sloppy dress, greasy/dirty shoes, and strong tobacco odor). 3) Would have been helpful if company had stated the cost of the 'Service Call' or minimum charge at the time of scheduling.

Horrible. All Tech Service owners and employees are dishonest. The technician they sent did not know what he was doing. He replaced parts which were not needed and charged me for them. All Tech Service would not honor the warranty. The tech did not even bother to put the fridge back together. He left trash and debris everywhere. Broke parts by forcing the parts out instead of unscrewing them. He patch one of the parts with a toothpick he was chewing on. This guys was a pig and All Tech Services would not take responsibility. I ended up throwing the appliance away. Stay clear from All Tech Service.

The technician came promptly, did what he thought needed to be done and checked out the fridge. The next day the fridge was still not working and again a technician came out. Both of these men were pleasant, polite and efficient. But it all cost me over $1000 for a three and half year old fridge. I tried to get a break down of the total cost from All Tech as Whirlpool told me I paid too much. I tried several times in vain to get a response from the owner of All Tech as I lodged a complaint to Whirlpool for a defective appliance ( it works well now with a new compressor after 3 months). I was told they just quote a cost for the total job and refused to interact with with me anymore. After checking with various other appliance repair people who came recommended to me I found that All Tech probably over charged me. In my efforts to get a breakdown of the cost the woman with whom I dealt was less than civil. I gave B ratings for the technicians not the company.

Except for the week's wait for the part to come in it was O.K.  The woman who answered the phone was not particularly conscientious about returning calls.

$80 service call to tell me in 15 min it was a thermal fuse. Wanted $325 to repair, Balked at price so he called the boss and they discounted this to $250. Gave in but should have know something was up when they offered to negotiate.  Fixed it in 15 min and later found out could have bought part for $20 and fixed it myself.  I got ripped off.  Never again

I had a drain problem on my front load washer. They charged me $80 to come over then, quoted me $180 to clean the drain.
I felt like they had me "Over the barrel" By then. Rather then paying $80 for nothing, I went ahead and told them to to do it.
It took no time at all for them to get to the drain and clean it out.I felt like they were GOUGING me on the price.
I called them up the next day and asked them to give me a reasonable price and they just "blew me off" I even told the owner that i Would give them a bad review on Angie list and they said "GO ahead" I was very dissatisfied and felt like I got ripped off.
I WILL NEVER USE THESE BANDITS AGAIN! Please don't waist your money!!!!

The first time they came by the repairman ran some cycles and declared that he couldn't find anything wrong with it.  Then he started in on the "maybe you're not doing it right" routine on my wife.  Eventually she convinced him to keep looking, and he found a problem with the upper rotating assembly.  Didn't have parts.  Had to special order them.
Long story short, after 4 scheduled appointments over 6 weeks, we finally gave up on them.

I first tried Sears appliance service which was a complete waste of time.  I called All Tech after waiting a full day for the Sears technician to show up and not being able to re-schedule another appointment for 2 sweeks.  All Tech representative scheduled an appointment on a timely basis and the tech showed up on time.  He was totally incompetent and "thought I needed a new control panel".  Tech informed me that if they replaced the control panel and it still didn't work, I would still have to pay for the panel and installation.  I needed my washer and thought this was a reasonable assessment.  However, after returning with the new control panel the tech had two loose connectors which he didn't know what to do with.  The machine started filling with water but stopped after 3 seconds.  After searching wikipedia for a possible solution, the tech was thoroughly confused and helpless.  I thought the control panel he had just installed was possibly defective, so they agreed to order another one.  It arrived a few days later, the technician installed it with the same loose connectors and the same result.  Then he couldn't put the machine back together.  After two hours of complete stupidity, I finally gave up and asked him to just leave it alone.Don't ever use these people!  They advertise on tv and seem like they know what they're doing but they are only good at taking your money and wasting your time.

The technician of  the company was able to quickly fix the door of  my brand new oven.  He asked me if there is still anything else he could do for me. In addition, he proceeded to fix a side by side freezer door.   The company would usually charge you with the flat rate. He was  excellent, very punctual, knowledgeable with his work. I would say that it is good that he represents the company well.  He is very professional as well as the company.  He is also responsive to my inquiries . The quality of work rendered is great.  I could say the price of  $75 charged was very fair.  I had a great experience working with this company.  I would use this company in the future.

I have 3 properties up there and each property is a duplex so each property has a set of appliances.  They had to replace the heater in the dryer.  I have used them in the past.  They understand the properties I have in Santa Fe Group homes and they understand the client house and they have been really great with the residents there.  When they say they are going to be out there they are out and they always call me back.  They always tell me what is going on and they keep me informed.  They are very dependable and very easy to work with.  It is really nice and hard to get in the New Mexico area. When I call them somebody answers the phone and they take me seriously. They also have somebody to do whatever needs to be done. If they have to order a part they always call me and tell me that they need to order a part and this is why we would be delayed and this is really refreshing in New Mexico.  This doesn’t happen all the time. They seem to be very efficient at what they do and the time is always well spanned.  I don’t have anything to compare them to.

In their advertisements, it says that you get a free service call when you get a repair. That was the main reason I decided to use this company. I told them that I would need an itemized bill, just to make sure that the service call actually was going to be free. They first came out on Dec 22. The glass was broken, so I needed a new front panel on the door. On Dec 29 they actually came to put the new panel on. They did the job I hired them for and I think they did a good job. After the panel was replaced, I told the service technician that I had not yet received an itemization of the bill. The technician stated he did not have it with him, that the office manager would be in contact with me. In total I had six different conversations with them regarding my bill. I still don't have an itemization of the bill. I truly feel this company falsely represented what they advertised in the phone book that the repair service they do for the customer would be free. Without an itemized bill, how am I to know what I am paying for? I think I fell victim to a bait and switch, where they promised me one thing, and delivered on another.
Response from All-Tech Service Co Inc
"Our company does not breakdown the repair. As told to him when he first contacted us is that we tell our customers there is no service charge if you go with the repair. After the tech looks at the appliance he will give the customer a "repair flat rate quote". (no breakdown) If customer goes with the repair they sign approval repair quote & then the repair is performed. This cusotmer was not charged for service charge. The repair was parts/labor/sales taxes only. No refund. Diana Rodriquez-Office Manager"

My dryer stopped working properly yesterday. The timer dial only worked in certain postions. This morning I called All-Tech Services about 9:30. They said someone would come to my home between 11:00 and 1:00. The service man came about 11:30. He found the problem right away, gave me an estimate of the cost, and asked if I wanted to fix it or replace it. I opted to fix it. He went out to purchase the parts, returned and installed them and was finished by 1:00. The service man was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the prompt service. I would use this company again.

Diagnosed problem with refrigerator then moved on to trash compactor. The tech (Gene) seemed knowledgeable about the refrigerator, but not the trash compactor. It took him a lot of time to even obtain access to the inside of the compactor. I told him that the compactor worked fine except that it didn't do a solid compaction. This problem had been going on for about 8 months. A solid compaction is when the ram stays down to make a more solid compaction. He fumbled around and tried to get the compactor ram to come down without pressing the safety button. This caused the compactor motor to give off a burning smell. He then disassembled the wiring and motor. This took him quite some time. After almost 2 hours he said he would be back went to his car to write up the quotes. He came back in acting very nervous and gave me a quote of approx. $400 for the refrig and $400 for the compactor. Shocked, I asked why the compactor was so expensive. He said that the motor was burned out and that was to replace it. I told him that the motor worked fine before he got there and that I thought the problem was the switch for solid compaction. He started to get really nervous and said that it was a failing motor and was going to go out eventually. I told him that it had worked like this for 8 months. I tried the compactor and it didn't work at all. There was no power to it at all. I told him that we had a working appliance before he messed with it and now all we had was a trash can. I asked for his bosses # and he quickly gave it to me and left. I talked with his boss Dave who was calm, but didn't offer me any solutions. He said they would come and fix it for the estimated cost. After 2 days of trying to deal with Dave he offered to give us $50 off the repair. I am furious that what should have cost us around $150 to get the switch repaired is ending up costing us $700 to replace the compactor. I am very thankful that I didn't give them any money for the estimate and they didn't ask for any money for the estimate. This to me is a symptom of guilt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LET THEM BREAK YOUR APPLIANCES!!!!!!

Our freezer stopped freezing on our Frigidaire side-by-side unit. Called them around 9 AM and they told me a technician would be here between 2 - 4 PM and he arrived just a little bit after 2 PM. Quickly diagnosed our problem (bad condenser fan motor), called his office to get find where he could get a new motor and what cost was and then drove to get the motor and came back and installed it. Whole thing was repaired and freezing again by 4 PM. Repair technician was cordial, professional and cleaned up the area after he was done.

We had just purchased our house and had a home owners warranty. When we found out the two front burners on the stove were not working properly we called the insurance company and they sent out the service technician from All-Tech. He came and checked the stove and said there was nothing wrong with it, that I didn't know how to use an electric smooth top stove (although I've cooked on electric stoves for more than 45 years). He took my check for the $60 deductible and didn't fix anything. The next day I timed how the burners were performing and then called his supervisor, (the owner, I believe) David, and insisted they fix the stove. I also called the insurance company. After some argument on David's part, he sent the tech out again and he replaced the control knobs. It still did not fix the stove, and I talked to David again, who argued with me at length that there wasn't anything else they could do, that was the way the burners were supposed to work. The insurance company sent out another appliance repair company who diagnosed the problem as the thermostats in the burners; they came out and fixed them. It took them about 15 minutes.
