They tried to help out, but haven't been able to reach a resolution. I was initially very happy with them, but the follow-through hasn't been what I was expecting. They were here one night and that was it. They looked at the furnace and thought they could fix the problem. They weren't able to find the part we were needing, so they decided to give us a quote on a new furnace. They haven't followed-up with the quote.

They were fantastic and they gave me a free estimate. I scheduled a time with them and they came out and did exactly what they said they would for the price. I would definitely use them in future.

They were on time for the appointment to make an estimate. They got back with the estimate the next day and the estimate was very close to the actual cost. They were on time to do the work and were neat and left no mess behind. I will use them again in the future.

Came out the same day the heater broke down during a very busy time-- the first cold day of the season, when everyone's heater was going kaput. Talked me through what was broken, what would potentially break, and our options given a boiler that was probably near the end of its life anyway. Came 2 days later to install a new boiler. Nice people, excellent service. Highly recommended. Used the Angie's List discount as well for the initial visit and the heater installation.

The work went pretty well and they got the job done. They took care of the problems when we called them out. They were efficient and fixed everything that we needed them to. I would use them again in the future.

I live in KY. Mom lives in ABQ. She's elderly and never was mechanically minded. Two other tradesmen had attempted to fix the system and received payment for their failed efforts. I contacted Mathew Gonzales through Angie's List. Now Mom has heat. That's good. She reports favorably on him. I spoke with Mr. Gonzales on several occasions. I'll be pleased when he moves to KY, and I can consult with him on my heating and plumbing problems.

They had to come out twice, because they could not figure out what was wrong originally. I ended up helping them down to road to figure out what was wrong with the furnace. They listened to what I had to say and were quickly able to figure out what was wrong. I was pleased that not only did they listen, but they made sure to thank me for the help. They were very cooperative, nice, and they always took the time to keep me in the loop with the progress.

Matt was prompt, effecient and very professional. He brought along another technician and they completed the work quickly and then cleaned up after themselves. We were very comfortable with Matt and Ray and we highly recommend them to anyone.

I?m new to ABQ and was worried about finding a reliable plumber. I turned to Angie?s List. I found Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling and called regarding a leaky MOEN kitchen faucet and leaky hot water valve in the laundry room wash basin. Their customer service and courteousness over the phone were fantastic. Anthony and a co-worker came right out and identified the problems after some fairly quick analytical work. Rather than gouge me doing the work I thought I needed, they were extremely honest and professional by suggesting that I contact MOEN regarding a replacement part (MOEN has a lifetime warranty). The laundry room was such an easy fix they didn?t even charge me. Once I hear back from MOEN, you can be sure I?ll be contacting Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for the service I may be needing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Rapid response to my initial call, and the work was done promptly as scheduled and with courtesy. Very comfortable experience. We live well outside of Albuquerque, and I was not charged a mileage fee. I received the discount promised. The price was much more reasonable than that estimated by a local plumber.

I found the company on Angie's list. Called at 8am, and they scheduled me for a 10am house call that same day. Anthony arrived, located the problem, and had it fixed and working well within thirty minutes of his arrival.

They were punctual, courteous. He made sure to tell me that the leak through the drywall may be coming from somewhere else but this would be the first step in the process and he thought it would be taken care of. But I appreciated his honesty in not guaranteeing that he had fixed the problem. The next step would be to dig into the drywall, though. They are nice, honest, and hard-working and I hope their business does well. There is a lot of competition for them but this was by far the most pleasant plumbing experience I have had.
