I had an afternoon appt and the guy showed up - got right to work and was done within the hour. He was proffesional, courtious, and patient when I had questions. He showed me how to instal the spout that I need to still purchase told me to call if I needed help. Overall, I was very satisfied and will use this company for any plumbing or heating issues that come up.

The workers were well mannered, on time, and reasonably priced. They explained the service, and were very helpful and pleasant. They offer superior service, and are very professional.

They came when they said they would. They were professional, corteous, and provided the estimate. What impressed me about this company is that they were honest enough to tell me that it probably wasn't necessary to replace the ducting, even though telling me that meant they wouldn't get the money for doing the job. I was very pleased with the experience and will use them again.

Our water heater broke during the weekend. I left a message for Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to call me on Monday. When I didn't hear from them, I called before 8am and Anthony (the owner) answered the phone. I told him about our water heater and he said he'd get someone out to look at the damage. He called later with an estimate (about 15 minutes), and came out to our house by a little after 9am. He replaced the water heater (we have a manufactured home) and put in a new spigot on the outside hose connection. It took about 7 hours. I am very pleased with the results. Only comment I would have is, to get a more detailed list ahead of time of the costs, and when all is finished get a copy of any product descriptions and instructions for using the water heater, or adjusting it. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall, great job. My call was answered courteously and professionally. Although I described what needed to be done as not an emergency, Matt and a helper appeared at my home within a couple of hours. Matt explained the work involved, the cost of the parts and performed the work quickly. I'm impressed by Albuquerque Plumbing's responsiveness and professionalism. They will be my first call whenever we require plumbing or heating work and I'd gladly recommend them to friends.

I came back from a trip on Saturday and found out we didn't have any hot water. The pilot light wouldn't stay on. I called Monday at 7:30 praying I could get someone out to fix the problem. My appt time was for between 10-12noon. Matt called to confirm directions and actually showed up EARLY. I have a whirlpool water heater and Matt diagnosed it was the thermocouple. He also new right away that this was one of the water heaters that whirlpool no longer makes parts for. He told me to call whirlpool, when I did they said I could get a conversion kit at lowe's. Called lowes and they had 2. Instead of Matt saying he'd reschedule for another day, he actually went on another call and told me to call him when I was leaving lowes with the parts. He replaced the kits on both of my whirlpool water heaters and snaked 2 drains, reconfigured drain pipes under my kitchen sink so I could have more room for items under the sink. The snaking and reconfiguration were 2 things I added on and he kindly and professionally did them WITHOUT having to reschedule. How wonderful was that!?!?! I can't believe that I found a plumber who could diagnose the problem, help me find the solution(call whirlpool), work with me on getting the parts, come back the same day, and fixed 2 other problems in my house. And like it couldn't get any better, I got a 10% discount on this call b/c I used angies list. So my no hot water problem really wasn't that dreadful afterall. Overall all we were VERY pleased with services provided by Albuquerque Plumbing. The reply from their office has been prompt, the plumbers were professional and the end results were as we needed them to be. I will absolutely use this business again as I always have issues with my falling apart home. And I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing/heating/cooling services. *the service person was very friendly with my toddler who was curious about the work he was doing, i appreciate that

He arrived a few minutes early in the morning, quickly ascertained the problem, exploring the area concerned, determined what repair was needed, explaining to us what he needed to do, installed the necessary copper tube, making sure there was no more leakage. All this was done quickly and professionally and very courteously. The charge seemed reasonable; we were given a discount and he departed leaving two very satisfied customers.

We have had multiple plumbing problems in our house, from a 4" outflow to the sewer collapsing, to a steel pipe rusting out in our crawlspace and filling our house with an unbelievable smell. We figured that this would be another major problem costing us thousands of dollars. These guys showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and I never got the sense that they were going to try and sell me something (which we have encountered with other plumbers). I showed them the problem in our kitchen and they snaked our cleanout while they thought about it. One of them went into our tiny crawlspace and tried to figure out where the hammering in the pipe was coming from. They figured that we would need an arresting device to take care of air in the line and went to get the part. Upon returning they told me that they had figured out what the problem was, turned a knob under my sink, and voila, problem solved. I will admit that we did not present this company with the worst of our plumbing problems, but from the way that this service call went, I kinda wish that we had. I think they would have handled it better than the companies we ended up hiring in the past. The pricing was fair and I am happier with this company than any other that I have dealt with. Thank you.

My call to this contractor was placed at 8:15 AM on the 18th and Anthony responded by 8:50 AM the same day. The leaking pipe was identified after checking all the piping that led to the area. The pipe was soldered and the valve from the water heater was replaced. The work was done promptly and professionally.

They took out the old furnace and installed a 80% efficient 80k btu York two stage ECM multi-position furnace. They even went out of their way and bought me a filter to place in the furnace. I am happy with the purchase.

Went well still not totally sure about toilet issue.

He came out once on a Sunday on an emergency basis to repair a leak in a pipe that went from the house to the meter. The owner came out himself and did the job. He did a very good job that I had him come back and service my swamp cooler. He was very reasonably priced and I was very happy with his service. He returns my phone calls right away. He explains everything that he is doing and I really appreciate that. He is very nice, friendly and prompt.

Reponsive and good workmanship. Price was a little high, but they did give me a discount. I would definitely use them again.

We had planned to do the work ourselves in upgrading to high-efficiency toilets, but discovered a problem when we removed one of the old ones. Called Albuquerque Plumbing and plumber arrived promptly the following day and finished the work in two hours. Cleaned nicely after finishing the work. Was very helpful and professional. Would hire this company again.

It's Xmas Eve and the toilets and tub are backing up - tree roots again! With our regular plumber out of town, we decided to search on Angie's list and while a few others that we tried were not available until Monday (4 days later), Albuquerque Plumbing saved the day and night. They arrived shortly after our call, cleared the main line and made sure everything was working properly before they left. First rate service!

I've previously submitted a positive report on ALBUQUERQUE PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING. This report concerns a different matter: I was at home in Kentucky when my elderly mother called to tell me that her foyer was flooded. I called ALBUQUERQUE PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING and they showed up at her house pretty directly. OK, mom had forgotten to turn the outside water valve off and it soaked up through the floor. ALBUQUERQUE PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING turned off the valve - best thing: no charge.

These guys are great! I called on a Thursday and they were at my house the next day to check out my furnace that had worked on and off since Thanksgiving, then completely quit. Matt explained the problem and recommended that I get a new furnace given its age (56 yrs), condition and unavailabilty of parts. He gave an estimate; I approved it. The installation was completed on the following Tuesday, the coldest day of the season. My total bill was actually lower than the estimate because Matt determined that I didn't need as many BTUs as originally estimated. (I would never have know WHAT size furnace had been installed) Very honest, proffesional, prompt and caring folks...with a sense of humor.

They were prompt and professional. The owner himself came out to do the job. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The company was very busy, but they managed to fit us into their work schedule without taking us into Thanksgiving. The lady who tended the phone was excellent. She worked very hard to make sure our repair was done.
