The contractor did a great job. They great pricing as well as were very punctual. They did the job fast and were really nice. I got a few more estimates and this company was the one I found to be the most professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

The service did not go well overall.

We discovered that water leaked through the ceiling of our garage when a second-floor toilet was flushed. Called Albuquerque Plumbing because we had been very satisfied with two other jobs they did for us. They were able to schedule a visit that same afternoon. Jacob called over an hour before the scheduled time to ask if it was OK to come on over, as he had finished his previous job earlier than expected. (Yes.) Quickly established that the most likely cause of the leak was a defective wax seal. Replaced the seal and confirmed that the toilet no longer leaked. However, he also noticed that the filler valve on the toilet wasn't shutting off completely and offered to replace it with a new filler valve, staying within the one-hour minimum labor charge. (Yes, please.) He then asked if there was any other plumbing problem we were concerned about. My wife mentioned another toilet that often failed to shut off, and Jacob checked that out, too. (Because of the design of the low-flush toilet, we needed to release the flush lever quickly, rather than holding it down as the toilet flushed.) All within the one-hour minimum. We were of course delighted that the pipes from toilet to sewer drain didn't have to be replaced. (That would have been a much more difficult and expensive job.) More to the point, we were once again impressed with Albuquerque Plumbing's highly professional and highly customer-centric approach.

They were very friendly, knowledgable. I thought it was very good. They called and said they would come out when they said they would.

I called them on a Saturday morning, about 9, saying I needed someone. He was here in about an hour and a half. Real good technician, very knowledgeable. He could explain to me what the problem was and set me up right. It was a miracle. I did have to pay their weekend charge, but who cares?

The entire experience was outstanding and because of that, we will call them instead of our old plumber for any other work.

Both workers were polite and professional. The work was done quickly and I am very satisfied with the results. I would use this company again for any future plumbing needs. I was especially pleased to receive an Angie's List discount.

Receptionist was super nice and accepted my AngiesList discount. Immediately sent out a technician. He was awesome. We know nothing about evaporative coolers and he explained how they work and solved the problem with ours immediately. Even waited to make sure the leak did not occur again. I will definitely use them again. Technician even offered to check out our heating to give me an estimate on potential conversion to air conditioning. I will definitely call them again later this fall for winterizing.

They were very good. Everything worked out nicely. The pricing was very reasonable.

The serviceman was very pleasant and studied the situation with the toilet. He was very professional and had the problem fixed in approximateyl 20 minutes. Also he actually came to our home 30 minutes prior to the appointment after calling us to see if it was ok to come over a little early. Then he left the bathroom as clean as it was when he started working on the toilet. I will use this plumbing company again in a few months to do some plumbing needed in our master bedroom.

I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling to repair a leaking shower. They were very pleasant to work with and the technician was courteous and professional. New washers and springs were installed and the repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The same shower leak was repaired just a few months ago by another plumbing company. When he was called back I was told the only way to fix the problem was to install a new valve assembly at a cost of several hundred dollars. He left without attempting any repairs. So glad I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. They will be my first call next time I need help.

I've only been here 6 months and I've used them 3 or 4 times for various things. Each time they are excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are prompt and courteous. They call me back. They won't take any money until the job is finished. There are times I had to wait for parts and they wouldn't hear of taking any money. I came from New York and it is a whole different world. They are wonderful. I would use them again without hesitation.

They were fine. We liked everything. They called the day before and set up the time. They showed up about 5 minutes before the time. It took them about 1 1/2 hours and they were done. They told me that they charge by the hour and they didn't mess around and they worked. The price was fine. I was a contractor before and I thought the price was very reasonable for a plumber. They were good. They did a fine job and they got it done quickly. They told me the time frame and I was happy. I would certainly use them again.

I called Albuquerque Plumbing during the early morning concerning the installation of a bathroom faucet and fixing a toilet. We agreed on a time of 1pm, and he was there on time. He advised me that I had purchased a good quality faucet and later told me of a faulty valve under the sink which he repaired with no problem. He kept me posted about what he was doing throughout the installation. He was very good natured and personable. He also repaired my toilet with no problems or issues. I intend to use Albuquerque Plumbing again.

Efrain arrived at my house on time. He was courteous and respectful. He installed the coolerpads, replaced 25 feet of copper tubing, kept me informed, and thoroughly tested the system. Efrain was very upbeat and enthusiastic about his job. To date, I've had no problem with the cooler. I would definitely use Albuquerque Plumbing again.

We had an estimate done for a new swamp cooler. They were on time for their appointment and gave me a verbal estimate. The technician was very friendly and gave me advice on how to get the best of my system. However, when it came to getting the estimate he informed me that I would be receiving it by e-mail either that evening or by the next day. On Monday, I had still not received it so I called the office. The receptionist told me that sometimes the techs didn't not let them know when they promised the estimate so they just sent them out as they received them and she would get it to me ASAP. I did not get it until later that afternoon. My husband and I agreed that if they can't hold to their word on just an estimate, we weren't sure what to expect from them when performing the actual work.

The people I dealt with were all wonderful. Plumber Kenny S. was terrific. The few problems I had were: 1) Several of the people I dealt with during the bidding and planning process were slow to call me back. I had to place several calls to get people to call me back. 2) The quote changed to a higher price once they found out Jacuzzi was reimbursing me for a portion of the labor. 3) the workers not cleaning up the mess they created (they tried but not too hard). 4) they left after installing the tub and had forgotten to plug in the electrical to my tub so I still could not use it (though Kenny did come back at 8:30 at night to plug it in). ) It took me a whole week (and numerous attemps) to get a detailed invoice to submit to Jacuzzi for reimbursement. Overall, they did a great job but I just think they are way too busy to quickly respond to phone messages and seemed in a hurry to get onto the next job. I would use them again as the bottom line is the work was performed well.

Ken of Alb. Plumbing is always punctual, efficient, professional, and cleans up after himself. He had to come out twice but only charge for the second visit and replacement part.

The other plumbing company had apparently not used the right part and rigged it to work somewhat. We were ready to buy a new toilet because this one has always had problems.We are very happy with this company and will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Technician arrived on time, finished inspections promptly. Let me watch drain scoping, explained what I was seeing, answered my questions completely. Was personable and professional. Cost was less than I expected.

Technician arrived on time after calling to confirm appointment. Diagnosed problem and explained how 410 refrigerant breaks down over time and needs "topping up" every few years even if there is no leak. Not sure I believe this - how can gas/liquid disappear from a closed system? Maybe it is not possible to detect a very small leak. In any event the addition of refrigerant resulted in good cooling performance. Service was completed in under an hour.

Only lukewarm air was coming out mildly, and it was pretty warm. I think the fan was broken on the outdoor unit, so I had to replace that. They came out when they said they would. They showed me what was wrong and fixed it very promptly. They also explained it to me pretty well. They were honest and did a very good job. The quality of the work was very good. It's been a while and the unit is working great. They charged me for labor and parts. The price was good too.

The young man who came to fix the sink was on time, he was very personable, very professional, and very efficient.

Gabe called to see if ok to come earlier (definitely ok). He was nice, friendly & down to business. Happy to an answer questions & give us info, very happy with him & price was good. Definitely will use him again. Everything works - great.

Good experience - they showed up on time, were professional - made suggestions as to what would work best - everything was mostly done in one day- Ken came back on Tuesday with a filter for the furnace and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction - which it was.
