Description of Work: The plumber from ABQ Plumbing and Heating came out on Friday and gave me an estimate for the work to be done and he was at my mother's house bright and early on Monday morning to do the work. He finished it in the time he thought it would take and he resolved all the problems that we had in the house, from leaking faucets to slow draining tubs and replacing a garbage disposal. He was professional, helpbul, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jason to others who need plumging work done.

Description of Work: We called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling to schedule an estimate for a 50 gallon water heater to replace one that was not holding its heat during showers. They came, gave us an estimate and the next day installed our new water heater as well as draining and hauling away our old one.

Description of Work: I've had a chronic sewer line blockage problem for about 25 years. I've had numerous plumbers over the years and no one had been able to diagnose the root cause of the problem. They would clean out the drain, tell me everything would be OK, and walk away. Within a year I would have to have someone back in to clean the drain again. Albuquerque Plumbing came and tried to clean the drain but got stopped out in the street. They then used their sewer camera and figured out the blockage was at the city connection site and I had to have my sewer line replaced. They sub-contract this kind of work to TLC Plumbing. Even with it being the New Year's Eve weekend, Albuquerque Plumbing arranged for the work to be done. My sewer line wasn't even connected to the city sewer line and that seems to be the root cause of all my problems. They also put in a clean-out drain for me so if it gets plugged in the future no one has to go up on the roof to clean the drain. A roof clean-out is much more expensive to do. When the sewer line was repaired I still had a clogged shower drain but they came right back and unplugged that as well for no additional cost. I was also given an Angie's List 10% discount and they credited my bill with what I paid for the initial clean out and camera view. The guys were wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone having sewer line problems.

Description of Work: The company was fast and responsive, Actually called to see if they could come early. The job expanded some from what we were hoping for, but the guy was good about explaining everything and the price was still reasonable.

Description of Work: The water main to my house had bursted and I woke-up to a pool of water in my yard. I called 8:45 AM and they arrived ay 9:05 AM, I have never had a plumber respond and show up so quickly! They immediately started digging in ice cold weather where the water was bubbling up they dug about 3 feet down and found the leak and said they could patch it, but the pipe being 60+ years old had suggested to replace the whole pipeline, because it problably would leak again soon...which made sense. So I agreed and they proceeded getting in touch with all the city ultilitys making sure it was OK to dig down to bury the new pipe. They were very careful and cauious in every thing they did and they explained everything to me in great detail. They had a great attuide and where a great guys to deal with. I was glad I had listened to them about replacing the whole pipeline, cause they showed me where there was trouble further on down the line. Description of Work: Service representative unclogged lavatory sink in master bath.

Description of Work: Our kitchen sink was very backed up. We called to have the drain snaked out.

Description of Work: Cleaned off the flame sensor with an abrasive cloth. ( one screw and one wire to detach and reattach) ... about 60 seconds. I do realize a customer is paying for knowledge/experience and not specifically time spent.

Description of Work: Arrived promptly, very professional, solved an electrical problem with a boiler furnace and checked over 2 boiler furnaces to be sure they were in good working order. Frankly I was astounded. This was the best service I have ever had in Albuquerque.
