I have signed an agreement with them to come and check out my heating and cooling equipment twice a year. I didn’t have to pay them anything because it is included in the contract. I have a three way fire place and didn’t know that I could open up the glass and clean it. They actually showed me how to do it which was a useful piece of information which he didn’t have to do. They were here right in time and were good. They wear boots to ensure my house doesn’t get dirty.

They did great. This is the second time I have used them. On time, worked hard and did a great job. Let me know what was going on, and how they were going to fix the problem. The two men that did our work were polite, and cared about doing a good job.You can tell that this company and employees care about customer service and doing a good job the first time. Great job Albuquerque Plumbing both times.

The service tech care did the work and explained what he did then wrote the bill fr work done and an estimate for addition work that I requested. I wrote him a check and he left.

ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came through again. I had to reschedule the appointment, then added work down the street at my son's house, and the office staff handled it all professionally, politely and even with a bit of shared humor. Things went well at our house. There were unexpected problems with the cooler at my son's house. There had been some problems last year that we thought had been resolved (ABQ Plumbing didn't handle those), but we called to have ABQ Plumbing handle the start-up just in case, and we're very glad we did. The motor was the wrong size for the unit, parts had been installed backwards, and there was a problem with the water line. The serviceman, Alex, was professional and good-humored throughout and kept me advised each step of the way about his progress and problems. Because the call ended up taking so much longer than expected, I was happy to agree that he come back later in the day to finish up the work. And, as promised, he did. We're consistently pleased with the service and professionalism provided by the staff.

I originally scheduled the drain cleaning and replacement of drain plug and loose shower control handle (I thought they were defective/broken). Before the scheduled appointment, I called Abq. Plumbing to add another problem, a leaking hose bib, to the same work order. They easily accommodated my request, and I did not need a separate appointment. The appointment was scheduled between 10-12pm. Glen, the plumber, called around 10:15; I missed his call by an hour and half. I returned his call, got voice mail, then called the office to ensure I didn't lose the appointment and that he was still coming. The office contacted Glen, who immediately called me back to say he was on his way. Glen was very personable aqnd honest. He said I did not need to replace the tub plumbing parts and showed me how the parts were put together, so I could remove them myself in the future--saved me that expense! He also replaced the old, leaking hose bib with a new one. I would definitely use them again. I appreciate the honesty and reasonable cost.

They did an excellent job. They prompt and on time. I would recommend using them.

I called on Saturday and was given a call back within the hour. The gentleman I spoke with did inform me that there was an extra charge for the weekend, so I said I would wait. I received a call early Monday morning, within the time frame given. The woman scheduling the appointment was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sean came 5 minutes early, finished within an hour, was extremely helpful, clean and friendly. He answered every question I had. I have recommended this company to a friend, who already used them and was just as pleased as I was. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This isn't my first review. I just wanted to let everyone know how much I still appreciate their business and, more importantly, how much I appreciate Ray. I always ask for Ray! Last fall he was not available because he had to go back to Louisiana to tend to sick family members. But Ray is back and I couldn't be happier (and his family is now fine). There aren't adequate words in the English language to describe Ray and how Ray takes care of me. He is simply the BEST! He is courteous, kind, caring, funny, intelligent, trustworthy, thorough, professional, and knows everything there is to know about his work. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and that your needs are his number one priority. He inspects absolutely everything, replacing faulty parts, parts that are out-dated and cleans the good ones. He discusses everything with me, simply and in detail. He keeps track of what he has done in the past and the things he needs to pay attention to in the future. He even follows up with me after the job is done. Simply said, he does his job and does it well. How often can we say that about someone these days? I have 7 cats and 1 dog and he treats them, and me, like family (and I happen to know he takes care of his own family very well). I can not give him enough praise or encourage you more to use this company and Ray.

I have used this company twice in the last 6 months and will be calling them again soon as I just discovered another leak. This company is very professional, informative, thorough, and efficient. I've had experience with several of their plumbers and have not been disappointed yet. Their prices are reasonable and they don't do unnecessary work. I will use this company as long as they are in business which I hope is for a long time.

. The plumber before 3:00 PM. He wore booties to keep the floors clean. I laid out old towels in the shower basin to keep it clean. The plumber had a great deal of difficulty removing the screw from the faucet. It required an allen wrench. He went through his tool bag several times but could not find a wrench. I brought him our tools to use and he tried them. He said whoever had put the screw in initially had stripped it and it would not come out. He went to his truck and brought in a bucket of allen wrenches and tried quite a few of them. None worked so he went to the store to purchase more wrenches. The new wrenches did not work either including the new metric wrench. He went back to the store to purchase bits to drill out the screw. Several of these did not work either. He continued trying different bits. Finally the screw was released and the faucet base was stripped so a new screw would not work and the faucet base would need replacement. I asked about getting a new faucet and he told me that if we did that we would need to go through the dry wall on the other side of the wall. He wanted to know how soon we would be replacing the faucet. I told him we would not replace it given that it required going through the dry wall. Then he had to remove the mixing valve. This took another 30 minutes. By this time the plumber had been there over 3 hours. Given that the faucet base was stripped, it needed to be replaced. It was getting late so he said he would be back on Monday to finish the job. The old faucet was left in place but not secured so we could use the shower over the weekend. He said he would call on Monday and let us know what time he would be out. Now it was between 5:30 and 6:00. On Monday he called and said he would be out at 3:00. At 1:30 we were returning from an errand and saw his truck leaving our neighborhood. We spoke to him and said that he had told us he would be there at 3:00. He apologized. He came in to replace the faucet base. Included was a new faucet! He did not have to go through the dry wall to install it. I would not have selected that particular model or quality. This plumber was completely disorganized, unable to find his own tools, did not carry tools he needed for the job nor was he able to determine that if he drilled the screw out that a new part would be needed and to plan for this eventuality while at the store. However, he was friendly and courteous throughout the time in our home. As it is, we do not have a full range of hot water as we did before and the shower head still leaks.

I really like them. They were very helpful. They came on time. They were very efficient. I would use them again.

I had three quotes from other people and the other guys kept telling me that they had to pull the furnace to be able to put in the new hot water heater because one of the plumbing had a new furnace put in with the air conditioning. The guy who came out from Albuquerque Plumbing, looked at it and he said he could put that in. I was half-surprised to what everybody else told. He was professional and he did what he said he could do for that price. That was important at that time as he did it for half the price of what everybody else said. Their price was great. In terms of punctuality, they were here when they said they would be here. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

There prices are very reasonable and there work is excellent.

The service man arrived on time, spoke knowledgeably about the problem and repaired it in less than half an hour. He was pleasant and efficient.

The technician called before hand to say that he was on his way, and arrived within the specified scheduled time. He initially ran across a problem with the equipment he had and had to return to the shop for a different part, but this didn't take long at all. He was very apologetic and polite for the inconvenience, but the work described above was still completed withing the period I had anticipated. He brought in an old towel to lay under the drain, and even had a dust pan and brush to clean up the small debris from his work.

There was no problem getting prompt service and the attitude of the workers was excellent. I have no complaints and would hire them again.

He is the only plumber that I would ever use. It was going out on the sidewalk. I just recently had it taken care of it and it wasn't done properly. The previous person did not take care of it. Sean made sure that when the new piping was put it that was fixed. I had to call the water department and get a new meter. I was so pleased with this young man. I never would have known why the meter was broken until he informed me of this.

I discovered my furnace went out when I got home from work to a cold house. The next day I tried to reach my usual plumber but couldn't. I checked with Angie's List and found Albuquerque Plumbing & Heating. I called and was given an appointment that day since my house was in the mid-fifty degrees by then. Alex came on time, and although the blower came on while he was there, he crawled under the house, adjusted the gas pressure and cleaned the sensor. He led me through the ignition sequence so I would know what to listen for in case there was another problem in the future.
