The receptionist was polite and got my service scheduled for the next day. The plumber, Craig, arrived early after calling, which was great! He got the job done quickly and professionally. The price was exactly as quoted. I am very satisfied with the service and recommend Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

Did initial inspection per the order. Recommended some items. Did not push to sell any product or service day of. Our water heater finally broke down a few months after this initial inspection and so i used them to replaced the water heater.

Jason from Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did a great job he inspected the furnace and check out all of the workings and explained that we needed a new part. We will be using this company again and we wil be telling all of our friends

I am doing a complete renovation of a bathroom in my home and I contracted with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling to do the necessary plumbing work. The plumber who came did a good job, but unfortunately there was a minor glitch that needed attention. I called Albuquerque Plumbing to report the problem and within a couple of hours one of the owners, Anthony Giannini, came and checked the problem. Anthony checked the entire plumbing job and spotted a couple of other small things that need changing. He got down to work and within about an hour everything was completed. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he had done, and to make sure I was happy with his work. I was definitely happy with the completed work, and the best part was that I was charged nothing for the work or for parts. I have used Albuquerque Plumbing three times, would I use them again? You bet. They are very customer oriented and they want to make sure the work they do is to your satisfaction, or they will make it so. Thanks guys.

I followed along making notes with the knowledgeable professional. I found out things about my air conditioner that no one had told me before. I had my air conditioner for 9 years and the previous service company wasn't as knowledgeable as Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. As a result of the consult, I purchased a maintenance contract to have my furnace and air conditioner serviced by this company. I also scheduled other necessary plumbing jobs, including the replacement of my 15 year old water heater, which was barely heating my water. I feel confident now about my plumbing, heating and cooling systems being well maintained.

Very pleased with all aspects of this transaction. I had them come out three different times for different problems. Both plumbers were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They were on time every time. The office staff was also excellent. Pricing was very fair. It's great to have good plumber to call when something goes wrong in our old house.

Our airconditioner went out and we called the company and they said they would be available around three P.M. and he arrived a little early. He checked the airconditioner and replaced the part and replaced all attachments to our airconditioner. He said if we had any trouble to call him at home and he would come and fix whatever problem we had.

Jacob Oney, workman, arrived on time, determined slight water leak was due to piping not removed when I quit having soft water., He also helped me change a fire alarm battery. He went the extra mile to be of service. n>

Technician showed up at the pre-arranged date and time (a Thursday). Called back with assessment of repairs and stated that he didn't have the parts he needed to finish the job. Said he would return to his shop and let me know if he'd be returning that day or later to complete the work and would give me an estimate at that time. Never heard from him again. Contacted my tenants to see if he came back out and they stated he'd arranged with them to return the following Monday or Thursday to complete the work. The following week I heard from the tenants that he never showed up or returned to finish the work. Highly annoying as now I have to arrange for another plumber for when the tenants are available.

It wasn't expensive and they came and did the service quickly and efficiently. We decided to sign a service agreement with them due to their good work. They handled it very well.

A/c stopped called ABQ Plumbing ,, Jason the Tech came -- very professional , took his time explaining the problem and the solution. All done and the Air blowing strong in about 30 minutes -- Happy and cool --great job Albuquerque Plumbing . And the ladies in the office, were informative and courteous. Will use again.

I made an appointment on 6/27 for service on 7/5. The appointment was for a two hour window. About an hour into the appointment window Alex to say he'd arrive in about half an hour. He was on time. Alex surveyed the system and interviewed me about the issue. He asked lots of questions about the service we've had performed over the last several years on our system. He made recommendations which I accepted and then performed the specified work. Alex added refrigerant and super seal but had an issue with his gauges which prevented him from balancing the pressure in the system. He made arrangements to follow up with me the next week at no additional charge. He came by at a time that was convenient for me and finalized the work. Overall the service met my expectations.

For the estimate, the plumber arrived on time, inspected the scene, guessed where the manifold was, explained how he would do the install, and gave me an estimate. When he came back to do the job, he called and asked if it was ok to come early, arrived immediately after my ok with one assistant, and started work. His guess on the manifold location was spot on (we were lucky it was near the floor), and he cut small sections of drywall out to run the pipes in from the garage. The job took a little over an hour, and the water softener was ready for me to start up when he was done. He cleaned up afterwards, and the bill was right at the estimate. He did not repair the drywall, but gave a recommendation on a business that would do it for me.

The first plumber actually arrived an hour early after calling, which was great. He quickly outlined the two options: try to repair the old valves, or install a new box with new valves (which would involve going into the wall). We chose the latter. He had not brought a box with him, so he had to go to a supply house to purchase one. He called to ask whether we wanted the inexpensive plastic box or the more expensive powder-coated metal box. We chose the latter and appreciated that he gave us the choice. When the first plumber returned, he cut into the wall and discovered that the new box was slightly wider than the separation of the uprights. He then began to saw away part of one upright. Several bouts of extremely loud sawing were followed by several bouts of extremely loud hammering. Finally, the project was done, and the box looked superficially okay. When the drywall guy arrived later in the afternoon and put the first coat of mud on, we noticed that the top right corner of the box protruded 3/8-inch out from the plane of the wall. We also noticed that the box was not level, that the seam in the lower right corner had been sprung, and that the drain pipe came 1/2-inch above the bottom of the box (making it hard to drain in an emergency). I put in a call to Matt Gonzales first thing the next morning, and he sent out one of his supervisors, Anthony, to see the problems. Anthony concurred with all of the above issues and pointed out that the copper lines had not been put in very straight. He then scheduled a time a couple of days later to redo the job himself at no additional cost to us. Anthony showed up on time with a new expensive powder-coated metal box and installed it level and flush with the plane of the wall. He also agreed to pay any extra charges from the drywall guy. Obviously, both we and Albuquerque Plumbing wish that the job had been completed without problems the first time. However, I am extremely impressed with how Albuquerque Plumbing handled the situation once we became aware of the problems.

It was absolutely, incrediby, fantastic! They were very professional, everyone in the business! It was the most, pleasant, professional, and safe experience i've had with a service provider. And now, the ducts are cooler, so the efficiency in my system went up 100%.

After he left, I did a load of washing and the drain cycle spilled into the bathroom sink and floor. I called and was told the technician would be back later in the day. I received call that he would not Be back due to illness. I purchased an over the counter drain cleaner and poured down the drains. This appeared to work - both drains are fine now.

Very well. Glen and Cameron were great, they got everything installed and tested with no issues. We were very happy with their service.

I called Albuquerque Plumbing and within two hours a technician, Jacob was at my home. I had a leaking toilet water shut off valve. Jacob replaced the valve and left the site clean. He was professional, friendly, curtious, and answered all my questions. The fee, considering the emergency situation was less than I expected.

ool air wqas being distributed.Some time ago, I sent you a report on some excellent work done by Albuquerque Plumbing. Last week the compressor in my air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Albuquerque Plumbing based on the job they had done before. Their rating has to be A+ on this repair. They found an after market compressor and reduced my estimate by $100. They sent two (2) workmen who arrived promptly at the promised time. They tackled the job enthusiastically showing experience and skill. While on my roof, they found water leaks under the flashing and repaired them with no additional charge.They not only saved me money wherever they could, but stayed several hours beyond the agreed-upon time to make sure the unit was working well. They did not charge for the extra time and the manager called me that evening to make sure the unit was working well. One could ask nothing more from workmen.

Maybe it was coincidence, but they were able to get a plumber out within a couple of hours after I called. He was polite and efficient and quickly snaked out the clogged drain. Price was right.

I had a different company over (Air Conditioning Systems Inc.) before these guys. They also found the leaky valve but told me it couldn't be fixed and quoted me $3,350 to replace the whole unit!!! So I called Alb Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for a second quote to replace the unit, and their man Alex said "No way", he would just fix it for me. So he pulled out a special tool and replaced the valve. He then spent time filling it back up with refrigerant, and StopLeak product. While he was waiting for the system to pressurize back to normal, he fixed a problem I was having with my propane fireplace. These guys saved me alot of money! Alex was very honest and professional. He even asked me to watch him on my roof as he went thru his motions, and gave me a good education on my A/C unit. Also, their office staff is extremely proficient, friendly, and professional. They return phone calls quickly! :) I will always use them in the future.

Our air conditioning unit was not cooling our house so I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling to schedule an appointment. Page answered the phone and told me Alex would be coming the next morning, Tuesday, between 8 AM and 10 AM. Upon inspection, Alex found the system partially frozen. He also discovered the unit had one or more leaks and required to be charged. He shut the system down to let it thaw and returned a few hours later. Upon his return, Alex proceeded to seal the leak and charged the system with 2 ½ pounds of refrigerant. Additionally, Alex cleaned the unit?s air filter and verified the airflow from the ducts and the temperature. Furthermore, because we have wooden floors in our home, he made sure to wear paper booties to protect our floors. Alex is a very knowledgeable technician, and both my husband and I are very pleased with him and his company.

After a rocky start, they came back and did a great job.
