From the initial scheduling to my need to reschedule to both of the service calls, they were friendly, professional and efficient. A plumber came to my house one day to disconnect my sink and garbage disposal prior to having new countertops installed, and then returned the next day to reconnect the sink and install a new disposal. He called before he arrived, came when he said he would, was extremely professional and friendly, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced and hauled away two old toilets. The replacement toilets were the exact brand and models I wanted-no problem.

Called three other companies - One was Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and they were the ONLY ones who did another diagnostic and said - "we can fix this." And they did. Description of Work: We have had a couple of small jobs done by Albuquerque Plumbing. Because they were so good,effective, professional, prompt and pleasant, I have referred them to at least 2 other people who gave the same feed back. I would always call them for plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They installed a Navien tank-less water heater to replace two 18 year old tank water heaters, inspected and fixed one zone in the house radiant heating system and fixed a leaky faucet. |The work was performed within 6-7 hours. Everything appears to be working well.

Description of Work: Outside faceut was leaking. The repair included going thru both the outside stucco wall to get to the water pipe and the drywall inside the bathroom next to the bathroom sink/vanity. The repair person Jason Jaramillio explained what needed to be done prior to cutting through the outside wall and drywall inside the bathroom. He kept me updated during all of his work. He was very thorough and I was completely satisfied with his work. Although it was expensive it was in line with estimates from other plumbers. Jason even recommended Perfection Drywall to repair the drywall in the bathroom and the stucco on the outside wall. Perfection did a great job in repairing the drywall in the bathroom and they also created an access panel to the water line inside the bathroom wall. Very happy with all of the work that was done. I even called ABQ Plumbing back for an appointment to install faucets in both bathrooms and specifically asked for Jason. Jason came out and did another fantastic job.

The sales professional and installer (GABE) was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained all the systems and prices and worked with us through the financing of these units. The total installation was completed within a couple of days. | |I would strongly recommend this company and it's services.
