Description of Work: The person who came to our house to service the AC and heating was great. We had AC problems and he explained what was going on and fixed the problem as well.

Description of Work: The service guy I had been using became unreliable so I looked for a new company. Angie's List reviewers gave Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling mostly positive reviews, although I noticed that reviewers who had used the company for more complicated jobs did not all report positive experiences. But I only needed a kitchen faucet replaced and the guy who came, Jason, was professional, courteous and did a good job. Yesterday, I used the company again for swamp cooler/heater conversion and had another very positive experience. The service technician Ken arrived on time and was very professional, thorough and courteous. He also tested CO2 levels on the heater and air supply, which the last service guy had not done. So far, I've had two very good experiences with this company, for two routine service calls, and I would grade both with an 'A'.

Description of Work: Replaced a water heater with split tank to operate both potable water and radiant floor heating system. The replacement was a tankless system that heats water on demand. Initially the pressure wasn't quite right in the system but they responded quickly to fix the problem and it has worked flawlessly for about 6 months since. There has been a noticeable drop in our gas bill with the tankless system.

Description of Work: Got here early, which is always a good thing. Removed bath tub handles and stems "frozen" from hard water, replaced washers and some hardware, plus ran to the local hardware store to find replacement eschuceons.

Description of Work: Supplied & installed out fill valve & flapper for a toilet tank, replace hot & cold Moen cartridges in the faucet on a washbasin, and adjusted float valve in the swamp cooler on roof [2 stories up]

Description of Work: The came to inspect 3 HVAC's we have on our home. We were having an issue with one unit and we knew that we probably needed new filters and that they would need cleaning after the cotton snow storms of late spring/early summer. All were cleaned, one extensively. They checked all 3 out. After they left, we were still having problems with the one unit. They came back out and put a booster on the compressor for this unit. Our only complaint is that when you call in, the return call time seems to be a bit long. The tech who came to the house twice was very nice, explained to us what he suspected. I should note that of the $900, we purchased the service agreement for a year at the cost of $399 for all three units so $133/year per unit.
